Look, instead of the police getting out, telling that young dude to get off their car, arresting him, locking him up, beating him up, boy, they just rolled off with him on the car and he just jumped off the car. Police ain't even want to deal with them. They pretty much could tell that he was have drugs, might have been off some type of liquid uh or whatever the hell. They ain't want to deal with him.
