Hey ladies, hey moms. This is your pelvic floor workout. Today, do it with me right now. We're going to lift for six and we're going to release.
And we're going to do it six times, all right? Uh excuse the face, it just happens. I'm lying down in this one. The other ones I've been doing where we've been sitting down, this one I'm going to lie down. Feels pretty good. All right, we ready? So, we're going to lift our pelvic floor. Remember, lifting your pelvic floor, think of this golden thread through your vagina and through your bottom hole, like you're stopping passing wee and stopping um passing winds. And you're going to lift, two, three, four, five, six.
And release.
Again, lift, two, three, four, five, six.
And release.
So, imagine they're both coming together.
I want you to get the relaxed side of it as well, okay? So, the relaxed side of it is super important, especially if you're someone that has like a hypertonic pelvic floor or tightness in your pelvic floor.
I used to suffer with that. Not good.
All right, lift up. One, two, three, four, five, six.
And release.
Don't know what's going on here, but it's working. Lift, one, two, three, four, five, six.
How many have we done? Two more?
And lift. One, two, three, four, five, six.
Good, last one. One, two, three, four, five, six.
And release.
