Therapy Breakthrough Embracing Good Memories After Pain本站添加:
I've lately, because of some progress in my therapy, been trying to have more remembrances of good things. Didn't matter I tell you about my father holding the back seat of my bike when I learned how to ride my bike.
Because the big breakthrough, I'm not I hope it's it's not an overshare. It's like the breakthrough was after I acknowledged the pain in my childhood, then I was free to acknowledge the pleasure, the the good things.

>> But my inner child, not to be so LA, but that little wounded part of me was like I need you to look at this first, honestly. Cuz there was a lot of like I'm from Boston and Boston was like, "Ah, it could have been worse." And like at least you had this and all that sort of And that was true to a certain extent.
But it wanted to be honored. It wanted me to honor the wound.
Literally like a separate entity.
