[00:02:49]Now after the removal of geoteexile fabric or simply the germination cover blanket you can see the stadium continues to show major progress of grass germination across sections with full-blown sprouting taking a month or so.

[00:03:09]Now that uh textile uh fabrica had the following purposes. one, it retained the mo the moisture because immediately you plant the seeds anywhere uh you must have enough moisture to allow germination.

[00:03:27]Then uh it also protected the seeds the grass seeds from birds and uh heavy rain and also it speed up germination because we remember when the CS for sports was here. He said that it may take uh at least two or 3 months for the germination but immediately after a month of coverage we can see the germination taking place. That was also one of the main functions of that geoteexile fabric that was whitish in color that is it was removed u some either yesterday or a day before yesterday and also it's one other function was to maintain the even temperature of the soil so that to allow uh the germination also to take place.

It revealed the massive scale and modern architectural design of the project. The upper exterior now showcase the impressive roof structure, curved framework and breathtaking panoric surrounding. Here ongoing beautifification, access roads, landscaping and stadium ball alignment are visible.

But uh any time after the installation of these main stadium seats, the the all efforts will now be directed to the athletics stadium. The canopy area is made of this canopy area is made of the membrane material.

[00:12:18]The one that you can always see and call it the canopy is a membrane material and uh it's now uh showing how this stadium is iconic and uh this canopy here include the structural steel, the metal trusses and uh roof cladding panels. And uh the main purpose of this uh canopy, the main one is to protect fans from rain and sun.

[00:12:59]And uh uh it also gives this stadium and other stadiums generally the modern looks because if you just see this stadium, you can uh confuse it with the Alon Serena in Germany and also the Prince Müller stadium, Abdalah Stadium in the Morocco.

[00:13:22]And also another work of this canopy is to support lighting because uh all the flashlights of this stadium are uh supported uh at this canopy and also the speakers you we have always shown you around this stadium are also part of this canopy and also broadcasting equipments are supported on this canopy section.

[00:14:48]And as we continue showing you the top of this magnificent modern structure in this continent of Africa, which undoubtedly the stadium will host the final of the AFCON 2027.

[00:15:12]uh the rugby nationals of Shuja and the Kenya lonesses and also it's going to be a home of boxing because we remember in 1974 in the then Zahira currently the Democratic Republic D Congo we saw there was a major boxing boxing in the national major stadium which was then called the Rumble in the jungle where Muhammad Ali fought with George Foreman in 1974 whereby more than 60,000 fans attended.

[00:15:50]So I can also predict that when a major boxing event is looking for an alternative solution or alternative home grounder. uh this stadium is in the same same category that uh it can hold a boxing and also AFC Leopards versus GMA some of the football games involving those two rivals will be will be held here. Uh major music concerts will be held here. National culture days like the Kenya Madaka days will be held here.

[00:16:33]And uh even you individually if you are looking for a training facility you can always book and hire this stadium and uh do your trainings. Eg uh the our athletes our athletes can always uh use the smaller training grounds to train at a fee.

[00:16:56]And also I'm sure my team Manchester United will one day square it out with AFC Lopads here in the Talanta Stadium.

[00:17:14]We really want to thank the Kenyan government for coming up with the construction and upgrades of meta sporting facilities. As we can see right now, Wajira Stadium is under serious construction and uh it's going to to be the home ground of the next Maka day uh that will be held on Monday and uh the Mindo in Boma, the Bumbo Stadium in Kakamega, Afra Stadium in Nakuru, Kipch Stadium in Eldrate, Kir Stadium in Kamu and many more stadiums countrywide. We also thank the CRBC for constructing this major stadium, the Kenya Defense Forces for observing how the construction is being made and every every other staff that has been involved in construction of this Talanta stadium.
