KCC20 is Kaspa's new native token standard that moves token rules directly onto the Kaspa chain, unlike KRC20 which relies on external indexers for enforcement. This on-chain enforcement ensures tokens remain accessible even if indexers fail, while also enabling more advanced programmable features like enforced royalties, stablecoins, and complex trading mechanisms. The standard addresses the current limitations of KRC20 by providing a more robust and flexible foundation for building applications on Kaspa.

Blockchain Banter| KCC20 Marketplace Is Coming to Kaspa
Added:Get out of the man [music] so deep, the vision of the plan, I won't lose no sleep, prayers.
Uh, yeah.
I know [music] that one man sold two ready for two piece of pies.
Another man held for 15 years, now his kids [music] are set for life.
>> Yo, yo, yo, family, what's good? Welcome back to another episode of Blockchain Banter, Banter at internet speed, episode 25, I believe this now something along that lines. We've been going strong, did take a week out, a little bit of a break last week, but we are back, myself and Joe once again. And we've got a special guest this time round to explain and showcase some interesting developments that have been now possible post the Qatar through Catholic CEO, uh, Sione here. Welcome, my man, how are you doing? Very, very well. How's it hanging with you?
>> Uh-huh, thank you guys. Thank you for having me. Uh, you know, I'm having a good time. It's late here. Um, it's 11:00, and sorry about the camera.
Uh, my using my wife's computer, and I couldn't succeed to >> [laughter] >> make it work. But, uh, really excited to be here and show you guys what we've what we've done. Really, I we're close to the climax of showing it to everyone. So, actually it's good timing, uh, to show it to you guys here. Uh, no one has seen it besides, uh, videos that I share inside Telegram group. So, it's quite cool and good timing, and happy to be here.
>> Yeah, and that's the benefit of, uh, the best Blockchain Banter show, cuz you can actually showcase the applications and what's being built in real time and get a visual perspective of what's happening. It's always great to hear the alpha, but seeing the alpha is is different. So, thank you very much, Sione. Um, or has that been before we even dive into it, though, just to kind of break the ice a a bit.
And what have you been up to? You know, of course, not even just project building related, just in general. What have you been up to recently?
>> Overall?
So, uh first I've got married last year. Um so >> Congratulations, indeed.
>> Thank you. Uh we moved to a new house, an apartment.
And we were living before at her grandma's. It was nice. So, now you know, you have to uh pay the bills and you also have to And then we also got a dog and a a baby golden golden poodle golden doodle.
So So, you know, it's like it's it's a lot of work.
>> [laughter] >> Everything uh but it's been good, you know, I I'm happy that I do what I love and I wake up every day and start building, you know, uh for Casper, for Casper.com.
It's not as fancy as people think or like in the day, you know, it's we're we are struggling with funding here and there and we're always looking for money. I was looking to, you know, in the day, like I said before, we you we all have expenses and my founders are staying and working hard on a low salary. Depends where you live, but yeah.
And to keep going and we believe that, you know, we can actually uh make it from uh all all of this and we put a lot of our we put 2 years into Casper.com and we're still going to put a lot of efforts into it. Uh but you know, it's been a rough ride. The market much with us.
Um you probably guys probably know. Um but yeah, you know, it's it's fun. It's good. It's exciting. Uh always looking how to create new things, always uh making everything more efficient.
Uh if it's agents and all of that, it's it's all around our infrastructure now.
So, we're trying to be as lean as possible, also as a startup. Uh take expenses and and preparing also we're we're into conversations and preparing for our potential TGE that we've raised a couple of months ago. It's also being worked behind the scenes. So all together it's it's exciting times and stressful but fun.
>> So this [clears throat] is like sorry Jay, so this is your full-time job.
You're 100% on casper.com. You don't have like a a day job but then in the evening you go back and start building.
It's a full-time job.
>> Yeah, so exactly. So I had a day job but in October 24 when we got the first investment from Ludwig I actually left the job and I've been 100% casper.com two years almost.
So looking for like different side gigs, side hustles like building AI infrastructure for businesses. Something I'm good at and I I do I do it here and there. I have a couple of ideas that I I developed. You know I'm trying to go to take this product that it's a membership club for restaurants but something affordable that makes it fun.
Basically building a connection with the user with the customers. So you know I have a couple of things going around.
But I my focus is on casper.com.
>> And how many is how many people makes up casper.com?
>> Sorry?
>> Is it just yourself as casper.com or you got a couple of guys?
>> So so we started we started five founding teams and then we grew a lot, developers, growth, devops, this and that. And and today because of because of the AI and all that you know there were also times that we had a lot of work and sometimes we had no work.
So it it really varies but now that we're we have a lot of work either way, we're it's me, it's Avi, who is you know, takes care of the community, and the marketing, and Twitter.
And there's Gilad, my co-founder, which he takes care of all the hard code, the heavyweight when it comes to Kaspa. He built all the crazy logic. And then there's Alex and Vincent, which are front-end developers. Uh one's full-time. Sorry, they're both part-time.
Um So, that's that's basically what the team is, and everything else I can figure out myself with AI today, so um it's good. Mhm.
>> Wicked. So, >> Yeah.
>> as we kind of transition into what today's blockchain banter is going to be about, the segue I'm going to use here is a question that was posed by Michael Sutton. I'm sure you probably saw it on Twitter, where it spoke about how, you know, to Kaspa the outs looking fantastic from what we've seen so far, but it is already seemingly a a a growing sentiment in the community now. They're like, "Okay, so when's Dag Knight, when's V PoS?" And we'll see that, and of course what we're excited for that, and the core devs also understand how significant they're going to be, but Michael Sutton said that uh he said that people are very much overlooking or maybe already disregarding or not paying too much mind to what it is that to Kaspa actually enables. I'm pretty sure that the quote and they said about quickly trying to load up my the monitor here was um that what can be built now post-Kaspa over Kaspa is dramatic. So, we have heard a little bit in the kind of pre-log to this to this stream here about what it is that you're now thanks to the covenant thanks to the castle so for one before we actually showcase your streaming showcase and stuff where do you line this [clears throat] do you agree what's your take on the fact that Mark Zuckerberg believes that the castle is a lot bigger than people actually recognize >> Mhm.
Mhm. So yeah one second I'm trying to move locations maybe I got better internet.
Mhm.
Yeah so exactly so I was I was reading the tweet and and I on one hand I was thinking yeah I already know this you know I'm building on the castle and I know the the capabilities and I've been shocked with everything I've done up to today.
But you know when actually give it a thought and you deep down in that thought like I was like okay I I just made something up a full on exchange that looks like a order book sex and works with the castle and this is just me vibe coding you know it's a lot of test a lot of back and forth it's been months but either way it's it's still me vibe coding crazy applications and if this is possible I'm sure there's a lot of things that are possible on the castle so I do think that you know they there's a a gap here of a of a technology gap you know a learning curve >> Mhm.
>> when it comes for other people to build like you need to you need a lot of open source and need things like what he's building the urgent thing that it's supposed to help people develop on the castle and in other day in other day it's it's just that learning curve that we have to take care of so we can so can people actually build applications today with AI I think if you give them the right tools and resources you'll be able to almost build anything it's just a matter of of time I think Mhm.
>> Okay, awesome. And um quick segue actually, cuz I I I meant to ask the question beforehand as well. Um You probably have heard later through the grapevine that there's going to be um Casper experience event uh hopefully happening uh in London later this year. If that was to happen, do you reckon you'd see Casper Com or yourself sponsoring the event? Just cuz it would be something quite big.
>> Um so, sponsoring things, I don't think uh we're looking into that right now.
>> Fair enough.
>> Yeah.
Uh it's it's always, you know, I I always want to meet and go to the meetings and all and the Casper events.
We have never show us showcase become footprint out of Israel.
>> Mhm.
>> Uh we we actually did send uh Casper Com shirts to the e-gray event in Berlin >> the other day.
>> And so, hopefully some people got some nice merch from us.
Uh >> [laughter] >> but in the end of the day, in the end of the day, yeah, it's just uh it's just the cost-wise, you know, as a founder, I I it seems fun and important to show yourself, but I do have to make hard decisions and tell myself, you know, uh we're not in a good spot to take money on that, you know.
>> Yeah, I'll get it. I get it. Uh I mean, either way, thank you for the response.
Uh kind of put you on the spot there, but >> No, don't worry about it.
>> Let's um I mean, completely stealing the spotlight from Joe again, as always. Uh if you wouldn't mind, then uh you know, let's actually get into it. Um I'm going to take a bit more of the uh control here now in regards to what you're >> Just before Just before I see only shares a screen, can you explain the difference between KRC-20 and KCC, the new coin and tokens that are out?
>> Yeah.
Yeah, sure, sure. So, so the the difference is that in KRC-20, the consensus rules of the protocol are based and tracked and and and for and and like enforced by an indexer.
Okay? You have to have this Kaspa indexer running.
And that's your source of truth. So, I'll give you a quick example.
Um we replaced the Kaspa PR NFT indexer, okay? They closed down. So, we had to we have to put our own indexer up for people to actually be able to use the NFTs and to do something with them.
So, that's what we did and we also improved the NFT PSKT. So, without the indexer, you have absolutely zero uh like you don't have a real way to actually interact with NFTs even if you can actually transfer and mint.
You won't be able to uh make the mint happen uh if you can't see it in the indexer.
Like in the end of the day, the mint goes through. There's of course the mint exists and and the operation happens.
Uh but it's but in the end of the day, it's enforced by the indexer. So, if there's something that the indexer says, "This is a rule that it's not on chain."
You know, in the end of the day, this doesn't fit our schema of of minting, then the indexer will reject your your your transaction, but your transaction might might be successful, you know?
>> Okay.
All right. Thank you.
>> Transaction might be successful and and the and the indexer didn't accept it. In in in KCC-20, the the consensus rule the rules are on Kaspa directly. So, yes, you do you still do need an indexer, but not because enforcement, more for user experience. To improve how it works. Uh to improve the the the functionalities and how people play around with it. But the the rules are reading on Casper, they're directing on Casper. So you do you don't have one source of truth, which is an indexer, and you have to get a data from there.
If my indexer breaks down and I disappear, you still have your tokens on your in your wallet.
You got it?
>> Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Um So yeah, if your laptop or your wife that allows it, do you reckon that you'll be able to share your screen in regards to some of the stuff you've been helping or building post-Kasta and even answer some questions from the community as well. Before we actually do that, since I'm seeing some questions from the from particular Patrick here, if you can load it up, asking if you know what is KCC KCC20 and whether it will replace KRC20 if you do know.
That's what he just >> Sorry, what's the question again?
>> It's on screen right now. So it's asking what is KCC and then will KCC20 replace KRC20?
>> Aha.
Um so I think that I think that we are going to make an effort to move KRC20 to KCC20.
>> Interesting.
>> Somehow.
Somehow, yes, because you know, they like I mentioned, there's a lot of uh there's a lot of opportunities and flexibility when you do KCC20.
And you're quite limited to what you can really do in a KRC20. So it's like you're getting a huge upgrade and you're not using it, you know? You're staying your old horse. So it's a bit it's a bit you know, it's I'm not saying it's going to disappear.
>> Yeah.
>> The communities the communities the tokens are still there and they're great communities and it's not just a token.
You know, they it's it's a community the people. So, >> So, KRC-20 you can just send, receive, and mint going to thing will KCC-20 it's more programmable. There's more more functions that you can do with it. So, it's a bit of an upgrade.
>> Yeah, exactly. So, so people can you know, they take take the KCS-20 and do whatever they want with contracts with Silver Script. And this with this tokens you can't do much. You can't really do any functionality. You haven't seen any real applications with KRC-20 and that does anything useful besides an explorer or marketplace. But, yeah.
>> One thing I saw when I was reading up on KCC-20 is that it I mean if they like Joe very eloquently described that the more programmable version of KRC-20 it can help introduce elements like stable coins and stuff like that as well which I mean of course it'd be huge. The one thing I think I think I did see it might have been from many first one of the devs was talking about how it still is you know it's a theory and it can be possible but um it's also uh there are certain elements you know regarding freeze features which would be quite difficult to implement right now just because they haven't really switched into it.
>> So, so I think actually I actually think that it's doable a stable coin today.
The issue but I mean the the programmability is doable the rules they need as like freeze freeze tokens and this and all the the control mint and all of that it's doable.
The main issue is the oracle part that you need to bring outside outside data to the blockchain in a good proper way, so that's where the gap is.
That you need to bring data to the blockchain to actually make it work properly.
You know, you need you need to in your day how do you stablecoin works? You have treasury, you have your short-term bond or your or your cash stash somewhere. So you need actual something that connects the both.
>> Yes, you need a bridge from the the come the layer two-ish element to the native that layer one, which is something that hasn't been set up.
>> Yeah, it might be native as well. It might be native, but it's just like it's just not there yet, you know, it's not here. So no big stablecoin will do and take a risk and go to a no man's land that doesn't really know how to do it even if it's groundbreaking. I think that the initiative should come from the Casper community to somehow make it happen. It's just uh it is a long shot, you know, but it's needed. [clears throat] >> Yeah, I I very much agree with that. You know, and the one thing that I've seen it from Casper Soul for myself, many within the KOL space, but even just people within Casper have been very you know, excited and hopeful and waiting as you will for elements like stablecoins to come on Casper. So I agree it's definitely needed and would be a a huge benefit overall for Casper bringing more liquidity, I'm sure bringing it on chain and that helps you know, every aspect increasing demand and thus hopefully increasing the the the uh just the just not I don't I don't want to say value of Casper and all that it does. It's mostly just the the the the value or I guess value is the only word I can really use, but the value of what it is that is being built on Casper as well and how effective Casper is as a >> That's that's how we make it no that's how that's >> I suppose we'd say acting as a proxy in a sense to further elevate Casper's status.
>> How's the floor wheel? So we should >> Yeah.
Um you want this question here from Lev.
Sorry he's cutting you off again, Joe.
If you do have an answer for this also, asking whether we can build support for enforced royalties on KCC20s and KCC721s.
If you know the answer to that.
>> Sorry, I didn't catch the exact the question. Can >> Can we build support for enforced royalties on KCC20s and KCC721s?
>> Um yeah, enforced royalties, I guess you can. Mhm.
Um you know they I I'm building in the in the marketplace I'm building we're enforcing a fee uh on trades. So I think it's works the same way. Mhm.
>> Okay.
One one more question there, Ciani.
Sorry before you share your screen, which is which is blank there at the moment, but um can a natural for example a KRC20 token migrate to a KCC20 with a new contract address token and take advantage of all the benefits?
So >> I I think I think it's doable. It's just we need to figure a you know it's like doing a bridge, you know?
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> We have to somehow do this bridge. I don't think it's not possible and I actually think it might be easy.
>> Okay.
>> but you know it's just not priority right now right now.
>> I think >> What about your uh Sorry, Ciani. What about your token that's that hasn't come out yet? Is that going to be a KCC20?
>> Uh we are hoping to, yes.
>> Okay.
>> Yeah, we we said like you know they we're Casper native or the as as Casper native that it gets. So um we should focus there.
>> No problem. Um yeah, if you want to I have your screen up, but it's blank there at the moment. You want to try again?
>> Yeah, I can't see anything at the moment, yeah.
>> Uh okay.
Now?
>> Um no. I can close it down and we can try again.
>> Okay, let's see.
Let's see. Let's try again.
>> This can't not work with the way cuz I gave it all at the beginning of this blockchain bands about how it's better.
>> Can you guys see it?
>> No. No, just a gray Just a gray screen.
>> to get cooked. Lev's going to cook me.
I gave it all about how it's better here.
>> Um we can hear you fine, it's just the screen's not showing. And for reference, we did test it before we went live as well to see the screen and it would share.
>> Hang on. I'll just I'll I'll remove it and uh we'll try it again.
>> we'll make it happen. We'll make it happen, guys.
>> While we're trying to set that up, Lev asked a follow-up asking um so enforce marketplace fee and also enforce royalties that go back to the creator.
Is that correct?
>> Um I I haven't done any NFTs or any uh If that was a direct question to my product, we don't have uh royalties on the tokens.
>> Okay.
>> We only added a mint fee, so here the the token the seller of the token the creator can do a free mint or a paid mint.
So, that's where the creator gets money.
There's no royalties in the trading of the token itself. And when it comes to NFTs, um we haven't actually uh done anything towards NFTs on KCC-20.
>> Okay.
Okay.
>> Mhm.
>> [clears throat] >> And now is it working?
>> No. Um I can't I You might have to close it down and try again cuz I can't I can't remove it, so um >> Sometimes the thing's a little bit buggy. Is it worth re-log You log >> Yeah. I >> Um if it if possible C only would you be able to to uh drop out and then use the link that we sent you to join back in and see if it works.
>> A new link?
>> Uh no the same >> No the same one. Same one will be all right.
>> Same one. Okay. Let me try.
>> Appreciate it. Thank you.
>> I'm trying it and I open I try opening it in Chrome and not in Safari, man.
>> Yeah, that also Yeah, sometimes there there's a bit of a barrier as well.
It's software.
Um but yeah, no, this is this is uh this is uh >> [laughter] >> This is why this is the better show cuz you can show your screen apparently allegedly.
>> [laughter] >> It works really >> Like you said, we did test it beforehand.
>> tested it beforehand and I gave it all the beginning of the stream like, "Oh, it's going to be fine." Nope. Just nope.
That's been very quiet so far and I'm and I'm counting counting I'm counting the seconds now before I'm going to get it.
Um Casper come to Yeah, so from the sound of it it doesn't sound like C only has become a building and support for Force wanted right now. Um will that change?
Don't know. Early doors, I guess, but a lot interesting things being built from the sounds of things and um when C only can join back hopefully share screen, there's a lot of interesting stuff that seems to be already built post Casper uh which is still I think it is an alpha, right? Or still early early stages, but will hopefully be released soon. There you go.
>> Yeah, that's that's me.
But I was he back? Is he not back yet? I'm still waiting for him to come back. I was messing around with this. This is the casper.com wallet. And there's one on testnet as well that you can use the new um dead man switch and all the new rules the UTXO rules.
But like this is this is the like I know we know Casper is fast already, but this is a uh really pretty quick casper.com wallet. I sent five cas.
And I to and sign in and it just pops straight up.
Did [snorts] it? No, it didn't. Let me get a look.
>> [laughter] >> Nothing is working now.
>> this is this is We take one week off and now we look like we're amateurs.
>> Oh my god.
>> [laughter] >> And now we're getting the 7-year-old joining as well. Talking about the third I mean, at least he knows the third best show. He's not claiming first best just yet, so at least there's something.
>> Yeah.
That's it.
>> Um >> It's always Chris.
>> Maybe it's worth sitting again.
May- Maybe see only actually be look at his whole PC.
>> Oh my god.
>> Have you tried refreshing the page?
About to show his whole password.
>> Yeah. That's Yeah, I was just checking was it on or off. Yeah.
Yeah, it's there all right. Yeah, it must have been just >> Yeah, one Yeah.
>> See you back.
>> No, he's not back yet.
Send him the Maybe we'll send another link.
>> Oh, yeah. That's cuz I was signed out.
Connection lost. We We're okay. He's supposed to get back.
>> Yeah. You have to refresh. That's what I was saying.
>> Chris is missing.
Five Chris and sign pay.
Anyway, there you go. It was really quick. Yeah, we just had to refresh the page. Um So, yeah, get him in now.
>> [clears throat] >> Is he back?
Brilliant.
>> Uh no, I heard the noise. Now he's gone.
He's not He's saying he's having a problem with the link.
Um I don't know. I'll send him another one.
>> say this is not I this is this is this is this is uh >> Well, we can blame it on Restream.
Restream's >> Yeah, blame it on Restream, yeah.
Or blame it on Chris. You know, it's always funny blaming it on Chris. It's somehow Chris's fault.
>> Yeah. As my 7-year-old says, it's glitching.
>> [laughter] [snorts] >> Uh well, what have you been How have you been doing, Joe? You know, what went through your head? What been up to, man?
>> What have I been up to?
>> Yeah.
And the people >> Nothing. Um, Seb is trying to send me the money for London.
>> Oh, yeah.
>> it to me in USDC or Ethereum, so I had to give him an address. So, I gave him Uphold address, and the first bit he sent me, I had to get all his full name, his address, and everything, um, and fill out this form so that they'd release the funds. And then he sent a little bit more for the trains that I got.
And they won't release it until they get all these screenshots. They want the hash the hash, uh, you know, the block, everything. They want all these details that Tangem doesn't give you. So, it's been a week and I haven't got I haven't got the money, like. I don't know if it's going to be released, though.
If you're getting USDC sent to you, use Tangem.
>> Oh, I mean, I've I've been I used I especially during this kind of bear market phase, I use Tangem for everything, which both of us have a uh, uh, an affiliate link or link with, um, but >> Yeah.
>> You can check it. Put it in both of our descriptions, but yeah, um, right now, I've I'm using BYDFi for all trading elements that I've been doing, like, you know, basically daily.
Uh, but otherwise, all my excess capital is just in my Tangem. I put money in through my Tangem. I don't touch exchanges really at all right now, because it's just so volatile. So, um, what's what I'm looking for? It's just it's it's risky. It's very risky. It's It's hard to tell what's happening right now.
>> [snorts] >> And also, also, which is something that I am partly worried of, regulators are coming out, which is, you know, good in some element for more crypto adoption, but when they get if they're out and they are more aligned with what MiCA is right now, MiCA's trying to bring a second version of a MiCA 2.0 coming out, it's going to be even more rigid.
If If that happens, the this what the what you're experiencing just going to happen probably 10 times worse.
And all over the So, it's it's the back Obviously, regulators are important, but within reason, it should go into, you know, put a lock and chain over everything, then it makes it just it ruins the innovative nature that crypto was originally set out to be.
Um See, I think I'm having difficulties right now.
>> Will Will is there.
>> Yeah, that's the heavy question.
>> about him? He said he's the third best.
>> He said he's the third best, which is fair enough. Him and uh It's been announced, right?
That show, right? Like it's been announced like who their guest is.
I think yes, the co-host is on.
>> Chris is here as well.
>> That's uh that's his Chris. He doesn't go by his real name. He says he's lost him well.
>> I know when said it knowledge the number one baby show is on Monday. Yeah, that was um a slip of the tongue.
>> Yeah.
>> I think he he got mixed up.
>> Yeah.
>> [laughter] >> Sev has Sev has been blocked now on everything.
>> Yeah, I remember hearing that before.
>> I sent a an Irish band and a new Irish band to Chris. He >> [laughter] >> likes that kind of So, I sent it on to him called Kingfisher. So, he he hasn't stopped listening to it yet. Yeah. It's catchy.
Yeah. Um it's saying no connection. He's He's not Dave, can you send him the link that you have just to see Are you with him now?
Are you friends with him on anything?
>> I I'm pretty sure I have him on Twitter.
If he has that he should have asked to use his own Twitter account.
Well, Ciyona Ciyona cast call him on Ciyona.
Should I call Ciyona? Yeah.
>> It just says connecting for him.
>> Just is connecting. I'll be honest, I think it considering that when we were like loading it all up and his camera was having difficulties, it might just be the computer problem as well. I know my MacBook I've had difficulties >> What are you sending it to him on and I'll tell him?
>> Uh Twitter. On his On his Ciyona, like his actual crypto Ciyona at crypto Ciyona.
Um Where is that?
What is Oh, sh- what's that in there?
>> Royally way, way, rogue week. Yeah, nothing's The Sioni was having He was having problems since the start. It's >> Yeah, and even then like I remember Yeah, I can see Lev in our chat talking about the the the difficulties happening right now on Twitter with Android as well. Like it it's it's for some reason all platforms are having their own share of difficulties right now.
>> Yeah. And I remember it was funny last time last time Sioni was on he had to go to a bomb shelter, but his internet was perfect. Then you have Ashton in California and his internet was shite.
What's going on?
>> I you know I don't even think that was Ashton's fault though cuz we've had it in shows post that one where people happen with Will like a month back where he was kept getting disconnected like every It wasn't as frequent as Ashton but still like it happened a lot and I think that might just be a short for reason sometimes where it just keeps kicking you just losing connection.
>> Yeah.
>> Technical difficulties all over the gaff.
Well, truth be told it well episode 25 25 weeks of this we are bound to have a an actual situation like this you know.
And we every single time we've had some difficulties but it's always been kind of This is the first time we've had to have to have like just waffle down time for like 10 minutes just chewing the fat while we wait for our guest to show back up.
>> Same thing it's not uh I keep hearing the beeping like he's joining like it's not um >> Have you tried restarting his laptop or his MacBook?
>> [clears throat] >> This is a >> [laughter] >> This is just a fantastic news. How are you all doing, family?
See uh the BB the BB gang are in here. Heavy Hash, Will, Spartan Wealth, Chris, and Lev as well, all chilling. I also remember that time I said Ignorance is Number One BB show.
Yeah, we ignored it. It's a slip of the tongue, man.
There was a week I remember you did have uh some disconnecting. I don't think it was to the same extent, but Oh, look Hey, look.
Chris is saying that to you, Jared. He can't stop listening to uh Kingfisher.
And I'm not going to try and pronounce the other one cuz I'm going to mess that up.
>> [laughter] >> Yeah.
Which uh Oh, Killer.
Killer.
>> Yeah. No idea how to pronounce Killer.
>> Yeah. Yeah, they're a new a new um Irish band called Kingfisher, yeah.
They're really good.
>> Is that typical Irish jig music or something a little bit >> Um yeah, mix of modern and that kind of old style, yeah. There's a banjo in the band and >> Ooh.
>> Are you Is it a ukulele or a banjo? I can't remember. Yeah, it's traditional sound.
>> is the instrument?
Ukulele is a very small banjo, a bit bit bigger.
>> I think it's a small one.
>> Probably a ukulele, then.
My show is never have never have an awkward silences.
Woah, I didn't know I was going to lie today.
>> [laughter] >> Yeah. Let's say any Chris to fill in the awkward silences. He just talks and talks and talks.
>> [laughter] >> Yeah, it's the only thing I hear when I'm just throwing shade at everybody.
Who else next? Who else wants some?
>> [snorts] >> If you send Chris a link, he just come on.
>> Did you um I tuned into like the first part of BB yesterday before um I had to hit the hay, but I did hear some of what Loyal was talking about. It was also It sounded like well, kind of giving further clarification to what he spoke about already, but it's um I don't know. There's a lot of interesting stuff that's being developed um by Killer. I think I mean I'm going to read this and back to it and probably make some content later on, but it sounds like there's a lot more than we realized.
Giving further clarification cuz there's been so much fud around KRI recently, you know.
And like I I I I I always said that I understand it, but I think it just comes down to my lack of understanding of what KRI is at the same time.
You know what I mean?
>> Yeah. What was the big thing? It was that KRI KRI isn't building to use it. They are building for other people to use.
>> Yeah, well the the whole thing was like 2 years and there's nothing been built by the KRI as like the market enabler.
They're never building anything. They're >> Yeah, he did say 5 years at the start, didn't he? He thinks in terms of 5 years, yeah.
>> He said yeah, he said it many times like 5 years. I mean you things don't happen overnight, but unfortunately cuz we're in the crypto space people have got very um, very huge expectation for very short time frames. Think about regulation for example.
We went through the Kacia Act for north of like 1 and a half of years, almost 2 years. Um, there's talk quite coming out this week.
I'll be honest, slim to none. I don't think it's happening at all.
And the same thing even the genius act is is starting to see some progression, but that's not going to be implemented until at least, you know, January 2027.
>> Yeah.
Yeah.
>> It's just yeah.
I I think it's it's an it's a natural evolution of crypto in in quite a a reassuring way how um, as it stands right now crypto has always been very PvP, rug pulls, pump and dumps, very short-term. And that's still going to exist for the probably next 5, 10, whatever years, but as institutions come in board and regulation come in board the the the the volatility and speed in which things change in the space wouldn't happen at the same in the same manner. I don't think. I think it will become more equivalent to stuff like stocks where yeah, I mean even Sam.
>> Oh.
>> always back.
>> Very dark.
>> [laughter] >> Very very dark but he's back.
He made it.
There he is. And the camera's working.
Oh, the microphone >> was no sound.
>> No, no to sound. Oh, come on.
>> [laughter] >> Can't hear you.
>> No.
>> [laughter] >> We'll get there eventually.
>> Yeah, you got time. It's fine.
>> You know what now what the problem is cuz like I said we try to keep to half an hour like cuz people aren't watching the long shows. So we're we're cut back to half an hour but it's not really happening.
>> But people are just enjoying the waffle right now.
>> Yeah. Yeah, well as soon as everything goes wrong you have Lavendie, Will, and Chris jumping on and taking the piss.
>> [laughter] >> So yeah.
>> To be fair that's exactly how this BB community that this group is literally just We take the piss out of them, they take the piss out of us.
>> Yeah.
>> And it I wouldn't have it any other way.
>> Yeah. Seb Seb's with the KRI or yeah we Last time we had Rory on he told us that behind the scenes, didn't he?
Um yeah, he was he ages ago he was looking at somebody else but he didn't know whether that would suit the community or not. So yeah, you can't go wrong with Seb.
>> Yeah, I think Seb is a a very very solid shout.
He's done he's been I mean he's built up Cast Map. He's been putting a lot of work into developments and community and community as well and he is also very very knowledgeable. And he's been a big part of helping in like events as well. I mean for like um uh Imperial for example.
Like he >> Oh yeah.
>> He you know that the finance area that never Imperial has been also very big as well. So yeah, I mean Seb's a great great shout.
I'm excited to see where that journey takes him and how it also helps in the developments and progression of KRI and and uh as a as a proxy Casper as well.
>> Yeah, plus I think Paul Van Saan is happy because he has another Dutchman on the team.
>> [laughter] >> So, he can you know, doesn't have to speak English all the time.
>> Yeah.
>> Oh, we're hearing we're hearing sound.
>> You hear me?
>> Yes.
>> Now?
>> Yeah, we hear you now. Yeah, we can hear you. Yeah.
>> Right now?
>> Right now.
>> Yeah, right now.
>> Okay. Wow.
That would have meant I've been I've been screaming to the microphone for like 5 minutes [laughter] and you guys keep talking, keep talking. I'm like, do you guys hear me or not?
>> Yeah, we hear you now.
>> Well, let's let's not get ahead of ourselves. Does the share screen work?
That's the That's the real question.
>> are you connected to the neighbor's Wi-Fi now?
>> No, [laughter] no, it's it's the same Wi-Fi. Same Wi-Fi.
>> Okay.
Uh, there's Chris. It's It's It's supportive taking the piss.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> Do you guys hear me? See?
>> it.
>> Uh >> Yeah, and I see your screen as well, yeah.
>> Yeah?
>> Yeah, yeah, yeah, we see that.
>> Number one BB is back, baby. Number one BB.
>> [laughter] >> Okay, good, good, good. That's good news.
>> You can't do that on air.
>> I'm going to get to say that live.
>> Perfect. [laughter] Okay.
>> Good day, success.
>> Mhm?
>> Good day, success.
>> Good day, success.
>> [laughter] >> Who's that Bora, is it?
>> Yeah.
>> Oh, did you see my Wimbledon? Did you see Ali G?
>> Mhm.
Do you guys see my screen?
>> We do, yes.
>> Yeah.
>> Okay, so as you can see here, um, we have the uh that's where you see all the main tokens. You see the main tokens, you know, like a the main screen of the dashboard where you have like your summary of what's happening. And then, let's go for for small price, too.
So, there's some improvements here, you know, uh the graph and all of that, but that the what I'm showing here as the technology, right?
So, as you can see here, we have a notebook.
Um we go here to mint.
You have the data, how much does it cost? Let's mint 500 mints for 2.5 Kaspa.
Such building, Kaspa pops up, boom, sign.
You mint it.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah, it goes here. The indexer, you have to wait for the indexer to see your tokens and see your the the the transaction that went through and it updated so you can basically see them in your positions. Afterwards, uh here as you can see here, you can see the holders. So, let's talk about about a bit about how how does it work, okay?
>> Mhm.
>> So.
So, there's the the platform is uh based on multiple commitments, not just one.
It's uh it's a it's a it's a chain of contracts. So, you have the KCC 20 token, the standard token.
And then, when you deploy that token, you have to basically create It happens everything behind the scenes, but we create a wrapper. You can call it a bridge, okay?
Basically, a bridge that a wrapper that wraps from version two to three. Version two is the normal KCC 20, normal version, normal token. And the the the the wrapped token is the trading token.
Why do we need all this? It's because the contracts in Kaspa are not like smart contracts EVM that you have a bunch of things you can put up all you want. You have a limit of the amount of of the of the size of the contract that you can do. So, you have to split a lot of logics into different small contracts to make it work better.
So, you have the V2 token which you can mint and you can transfer and you can burn and all of that. And then you have to basically, as you can see here, wrap.
We you have unwrap to hold and wrap to trade. It shows me what I have of each.
I already have 21,000 of trading balance, but let's anyways for the fun of it wrap another 15,000.
Basically, this is like the wrapping mechanism.
>> Okay.
>> And then the whole idea is that you can basically do this quite fast and just wrap a lot of amounts and and do a lot of operations and then it goes to the cat task schedule here on the right and then you can just play around with the application and then we'll just you just have to sign whenever it's ready, you know, so you don't have to like stay in the screen and wait.
So, you just to move it as fast as possible.
Uh so, basically you can see here I wrapped I wrapped 110 tokens now as well.
After it submits, you can see the updates. Boom.
And now let's go for the order book, okay?
So, the the V3 it's quite cool because like the wrapped token because it's full on trading token. You cannot transfer them, you know? So, out of this out of this platform without the our protocol trading and they might even be even worthless, you know?
But for every V3 wrapped token, you have a reserve here, which is basically the the the you can say the bridge, what who's locking the fund, but it's all Casvanatic determined the bridge. And you have like the wrapper reserve and everyone has to wrap and unwrap all the time. If you want to like if you want to trade it, you have to wrap it. If you want to just hold it in your wallet, you just unwrap it and save it, you know?
>> Okay.
>> Yeah, so here in the notebook, you have here limit and market orders as you can see.
You know? So, that's the cool part of it. It's not just a DEX that you can buy at the price that it is. You can put limit orders, which is the cool part.
You know, I can go here and say I want to sell only when it reaches Sorry, I'm on buy. Let's go for sell.
Now, sell when it reaches 3.2. I want to sell Think eight tokens. Tells you how much.
You build it.
You sign it.
And your tokens are for sale.
It's quite fast.
Um >> [clears throat] >> So As the And then you have Let's close this.
And then you have here also market orders. As you can see here in my order, we did it on many tokens right now. I forgot. Um here, 10,000 at 3.2. You see went up here.
And now I go I go for market and I say I want to buy market buy. You know, market buy, you just put on the the tokens, number of tokens you want, and you buy it, right?
So, here, as you can see here when the buy, that means that we have to look at the lowest at the highest Uh we have to look at the lowest people selling. So, here, you can see that there's a guy selling 3,870 60, and another one selling 20,000.
So, let's go for a batch of 4,000 tokens.
Okay. So, as you can see here, I I'm I'm buying all his batch for all his batch of for 1.65 Kaspa each.
And then I'm taking the rest from the second batch of the 20K for 1.75. Total of 4,000. Everything in one trade, in one transaction, buy and sweep. Market buy.
And then you just then this happens.
>> [laughter] >> You know, you just buy it.
Uh multiple orders for multiple UTXOs. The The tokens never leave your your wallet.
They're just uh in the contracts. And all of that. So, it's consensus-based.
The Kaspa is the chain it's happening on, nowhere else.
And right now we have market and limit orders. Who knows what else we can actually add to this.
>> Mhm.
>> Um you have your mints.
And you have your portfolio. There's There's a lot of things we need to upgrade. You know, it's it's not ready yet for production when it comes to the UI/UX. This is not even ready, as you can see. You can deploy your token.
Doesn't cost any money besides transaction fees.
Um and this is basically what we have right now.
Uh works and mints work, wrapping works, everything works. We're actually going to make this platform not just a a not just a marketplace. We're going to be adding cool applications, you know, more interactive applications. Like, you know, everyone was speaking about a Kas vault, you know, that you can like pay for a ticket and the last person who pays for that ticket gets the money in the vault.
Stuff like that. Games.
So, we're trying to play around with some games as well, add them in the platform for people to be interactive.
Of course, we are also uh putting focus on agents and you know, I'm giving infrastructure for people to connect and use our our our platforms and protocols with agents.
And because not everyone's in a desktop anymore. Most of people I'd say today are using agents for a lot of things.
Uh and yeah, that's uh any questions regarding how it works, the mechanism, uh what we're looking at?
>> No. Um no, that's the whole wrapped the wrapped and unwrapped token. That's just the way it has to be and that's that's the way it works like yeah, so yeah, you like the the version three is just for trading and version two is you can send.
>> Exactly.
>> Yeah.
>> So, it's not the way that needs to be.
Like I've tried I the first I tried to do it in one contract and not wrap and unwrap, but you're limited I was limited with the with how I can buy and how I can sell. I I couldn't do partial feelings, you know, I I it was the contract was too packed up. It was saying, "Listen, you can't put all this stuff here."
Um you have to do something else. So, then I broke it down and actually and actually there's something that Sutton confirmed himself in X uh saying that it's going to be something like this that big applications are going to come from the small contracts working together because of the limitation.
Uh and so yeah, there's nothing much to do about it. Uh if you want a good trading experience, you know, here you can buy what I want if I go market and buy.
I already did market buy.
Uh also market sell.
You know, everything uh all these features of partial feelings, sweeping, and all of that it's it's uh it's important for good UX of trading, you know. You can't be a trading platform like I don't want to it's my other platforms in ERC-20 it's there's no wrapping, but you can only buy what someone sells at the specific price at with the specific amount of tokens.
So, it's quite limited for traders, you know.
Um this experience we need something that's not just P2P.
>> Yeah.
>> Okay. Yeah, I thought So, the way I see it, it's similar to you know, other DEXes and stuff out there where you have your ability to trade, you know, buy, sell, market, buy, and you can also deploy your own tokens, which has that chaotic 20 pump cash fund element to it that we've seen on previously as well. I think the part that I like the most is also how um you said you're building towards getting agents to be compatible as well, which I I do agree like is exactly what Mr. Wyatt said that he is building in the interpretation the next 1 billion users are going to be AI agents. So, if we if you can tackle that, then I mean, that's going to be a huge barrier that, you know, not everyone right now is properly worked just yet, and then many are still trying to get that in play.
>> Exactly. Exactly. So, at the end of the day, I want to when I look at traders today, people who are actually taking trading seriously, they have agents with wallets working for them, doing what they request. Even if it's not, you know, something so sophisticated. You know, when I was building on Egra and doing tests, people were asking me, "Can I get a test tokens?" You know, I told my agent, "Send him test tokens." Because he had some. So, like, just send him tokens, you know, I didn't even log in to the MetaMask or whatever. So, that's that's the that's the interface people are going to get used to, you know, saying in a voice note, "Buy me this." We're going to stop touching keyboards as much as possible as well.
Um so, it's going to be a full-on transition, and we have to be put the right tools for that.
Um now, let's move to the next application, if there's no questions.
>> Somebody was asking like, "What what kind of things are you thinking of adding?" Somebody was saying or Royally was saying, "A lottery would be cool."
You need a license for that, too.
>> Yeah, so it's So, I think the lottery is what what I meant about the Kaspa vault, but if you have some ideas, you know, feel free to throw them in our X, throw them in our Telegram. We're looking for good ideas.
It might take some time here and there, but it's you know, it happens because I want to keep people interacting with our applications and you know, to to get a feel of what you can actually do on Kaspa. I think that the moment we launch properly our wallet, we're going to be the first wallet to actually provide contracts to users properly.
And I think that's quite cool.
>> Very nice.
Um during my lunch today, I was messing with AI asking what I had this idea wallet number one. Everybody loves wallet number one and everybody has a guess of who it is. So I thought of something where everybody put their Kaspa into an escrow and everybody takes their pick who they think wallet one is. And when we find out if we find out, whoever gets it right, the funds are released to that person. Or if it's multiple people that get it right, the funds are split. But then it said you need a license. So that was the end of it for me. I'm not doing that.
Yeah, it was just >> That's the stack hunt, no? You can do it in the stack application.
>> Right. But if there's if there's money involved, do you still need like a a license?
I don't know.
Yeah, I suppose.
Yeah, I guess so.
I'm sorry.
No, I was just saying no. Carry on, sorry.
>> Okay. Okay.
Let's hope doesn't run out of battery.
I have here. Okay. So, let's go for the next one. So, the next one like I mentioned, we're trying to bring convenience to our users.
So, regarding also the contract that we'll be seeing here, it's not it's not the it's not necessarily all the contracts we're building.
Like we got some we saw some cool ideas on tele on eeks, so we're trying to develop them as well. So every time there's a new feature, new contract people see an actual need to have in their wallet, a good contract for security or for user experience, let us know because we are all the time adding new contracts to our wallet for our users.
So as you can see here, you have different ones, time lock vault, two three multi-sig signature vault, escrow, arbiter, and dead man switch. You said you wanted to do a dead man switch, right?
>> Yeah, that's my favorite one, yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> [laughter] >> I mean, yeah, I don't know. I'm a big room, yeah.
>> Okay, so the heir the heir, let's do um Uh fill in the password.
Create a new account.
heir Get the addresses. Okay, good.
Check in deadline.
>> So [clears throat] that's that's the wallet address where your funds are going to go to when it's inactive for a certain amount of time.
>> Exactly. So so here, how many day how many days the owner can be inactive before the heir the heir can claim? So this is your basically your time frame.
Like you said, the time frame if that you don't if you don't do um alive, then you're going to your heir can basically take the money.
So >> So I I suppose for people who haven't seen this yet, this is a a dead man switch and it's a it's a new covenant that came out that if if you have family and you have a lot of crypto and you have it in a wallet and you're in an accident, that's your crypto gone.
Whereas with this, your crypto, if your wallet is inactive for a month or a year, it'll automatically transfer to the wallet address of your choice like to your loved one so >> Um which is a huge feature by the way.
Not like of course unforeseen circumstances happen to everybody and you know of course no one wants it to happen but the benefit of having you know the truly decentralized element and and security is fantastic but having it to where like it allows you to still utilize Casper in this instance as that store value for whatever that people want it to be but also allowing it to be like Satoshi's wallet where you know it's just locked up indefinitely.
>> Yeah you got to send it to those yeah.
>> Yeah how selfish.
>> [laughter] >> Yes.
>> As you can see here we created a contract. You can see here uh in your wallet you can go here for you can create a keep alive and you can go for the details. You see the details you can share it you can close.
You can claim you can you can top up you can change here.
Okay.
Uh only the heir can claim this.
This is the owner you have every little details here the UTXOs the Casper the deploy and advanced technical data. To be honest this is the first thing the first time I'm seeing this myself and playing with it around.
Um So let's go for top up.
Uh add Casper's command my spending current command and UTXO again with the same command ID. Okay. So let's make it 3,000 Casper Use wallet for fees complete co-signer transaction. I don't know what that means.
I think we added Let's see details and now it's it updated 4,500 you see now?
>> Mhm.
>> And we can even go here to the TNA covenants. You can see here the transaction.
Uh it's not matched, but the transaction is there.
You know?
Uh >> Yeah.
>> and it's locked. You can see here in this wallet.
That wallet has four four and a half Kaspa thousand Kaspa.
And it's locked.
>> And that's done on the UTXO, is it? Like that's it's just sitting there and it won't be released until Yeah.
>> Yeah, exactly. Exactly. It's a special It's a special address.
Uh okay, so we saw this. You can also see the timeline on deploy, spend, continuation. Basically, because if you want to every time you do something uh with a covenant, you usually uh destroy the covenant or spend it and create a new one.
And so like you continue it. So you have the ID and you just continue with it.
And that's how you have like a timeline of it. And you can do operations to the same contract all the time.
Um So that's how it works. Actually I'm available back to contracts. Let's see.
Now, what time uh what time can I deadline? Checking deadline is 4:00 a.m.
I think I missed some minutes.
I wanted to add some minutes and it became hours. So we can create a new one or >> [laughter] >> Okay, wait for hours.
Let me quickly do a new one.
>> And will you be able to Will you be able to combine some of the rules? Like if you wanted to >> You mean combine?
>> Um >> [sighs] >> what was it you could do? Multi-sig and like you know, a couple of different covenants, combine them together.
And um I can't remember an actual use case. I heard something before.
>> Mhm.
So So in the end of the you can do whatever you want with the contracts.
But, uh because it's just code, you can say, you know? So, you can mix any features you want and put them together, you know? Uh It's the end of the day, the question is not just put all the features in one place and make it happen. It's more like what do the actual user want, you know?
>> Yeah.
>> I mean, uh I put it 3 minutes, so I'm I don't know why.
How many days the owner can be inactive before the heir can claim?
Put 3 minutes, so I don't understand.
I guess there's some fixes to do regarding this.
>> Maybe there's a limit, is it? 3 minutes is a bit not long enough.
>> Probably.
Uh probably, let's see. Yeah, it's I think it's just taking the You know what? Let's just Let's go over here.
Maybe it won't let me win out, but it's 3:00 a.m. when I put three.
So, let's just try here.
>> I think if you were to make a contract with 3 minutes on it, it's like your wife has a gun to the back of your head or something.
She wants some money now.
>> [laughter] >> Let's see.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah, this should be heir eight.
Let's move to this wallet. Let's see contracts, and I see here my contract, you see? Because the wallet that I created on Casper is the same wallet that I have here in Casper Comm, and basically, you can see here that it says claim claim. It's a different view. I'm not the creator of the contract, but I can still see them.
>> Yeah.
>> So, let's see if I can claim.
State wallet, prove you're still active.
Admin switch, diamond you take so, claim.
No claim then.
Okay.
Please verify this correct wallet for sending transaction. Okay, let's claim.
Let's see if it lets me.
Uh-huh.
Good. Good. I see I need gas. Okay.
Reverted interaction. Okay, so I'm not allowed to claim, basically. I suppose that's that's what it says when it says converted interaction was reverted or failed.
>> Um so when you're setting this up for your loved ones, make sure you have enough for gas, isn't it?
>> Yeah.
>> [laughter] >> You're not going to get it.
>> Uh let's see. Let's see. Let's see.
Let's try to make it keep alive just for the fun of it.
New check-in deadline.
Um The new the same owner in the air, but the updated expiry functional move. Okay.
Seems like minutes. Maybe it's the other way around.
Uh it's probably flipped.
Okay. Yeah, it's it's it's it's Hebrew.
tracks. Okay.
Let me >> [laughter] >> Let me do that again.
One last time.
Okay.
Checking deadline. We move this one instead of that one.
Go here and we are What's the time? Oh, 8:00. But that was 8:00. I don't get it.
It's 2 minutes.
It's 9:00.
No, it's 9:00 a.m.
I don't know, man.
Let's see.
And now we have 9:00 a.m.
Okay.
It's It's I'm confused, to be honest.
For what's happening here.
>> [laughter] >> You haven't played with it yet, have you? That's your first time messing with it, isn't it?
>> Yeah, it's it's uh since you know, I've seen in videos and I and and PRs and I give the feedback.
But I yeah, I actually haven't played with it since I touched it a couple of months ago. I was focusing on the platform myself.
Even though You know what? It's weird. But anyways, uh I'm going to release these of course to to to people to use when it's actually working and the time works.
But should be fine as you can see here.
Uh the the the interface is quite nice.
It's easy to use. You can import contracts by convenant ID. You can also share contracts and advanced lookups and stuff like that. So we're trying to put as much tools and good framework for everyone to use it and understand what they're doing and how it works.
If it's explaining to you what each thing means and does and all of that.
So that's the main goal and we're going to make it happen. Hopefully more people will start using our our wallet, you know, since it's not that used.
Uh but it's used in our platforms, which is nice still.
But I do think that we that more people should use it.
And hopefully this will be what moves them to our wallet.
I think that's that wraps it up, no?
>> Yeah.
No, it looks nice. I'm excited for that coming out.
And the dead man's switch is going to be a very very uh a very big Yeah, it won't be like uh like an insanely used feature cuz the nature of what a dead man's switch actually is.
Uh but it's definitely going to be something that's going to, you know, those who are treating Casper like, you know, store value kind of a time of funds set up a sort of foundation for wealth for your your future kids or grandchildren, then yeah, I think something like dead man's switch uh will be huge for people who are setting up other Casper wallets for their children and making sure that it's the dead man's switch wallet it goes to.
So, it was uh yeah, I think those sort of features that are now possible post to Casper is >> Mhm.
>> is is huge and goes back to the whole point of uh Michael Saylor saying recently how people seem to be already trying to move on to Dag Knight and V people while important, it it it's it's it doesn't it's it will already taken away from how nuance what uh what to talk to Casper actually is for for Casper and what can still be achieved that hasn't yet been recognized yet.
This is just a still scraping the surface. I saw uh in Casper news regarding AI agents and stuff like that. I saw other stuff that's kind of I thought I hinted towards more so uh inter operability elements so kind of institutional aspects I think coming out as well. So, I mean, yeah, the stuff that is being built right now in the testnet 10 for Casper comes also, you know, it's it's exciting. Very exciting. I'm looking forward to giving it a test run.
>> Definitely.
Mhm. Mhm. So, um in the end day, uh we're we are hoping, like you mentioned, people will actually use this use contracts and not just, you know, play with it once and actually find it useful. That's why we're building it and we're happy to, you know, get feedback uh when we push it for testing. We'll We'll love your feedback and hopefully you'll keep using our applications.
>> Yeah, for sure.
Um There's a question. Question there, Jay.
The question we ask everybody, but you already We already asked you only that.
I can't remember the answer, but >> Yeah, with regards to wallet one, or will it come back on the show?
>> Which one?
Both Both of them.
>> [laughter] >> I I We actually Sorry that I that I stopped you there. One second. I actually successfully took the finished the dead man switch and spent as an heir from the one that we did 0 3 minutes.
We did it successfully here.
And I spent the contract and got the money from my dad dad No, I'm joking.
>> [laughter] >> Wow.
>> But But yeah, it works.
>> Awesome.
Was that the first one you set up?
>> It's the second one with the three.
Yeah, with with 1,000 Casper. And it's finished. It says >> Mhm.
>> 1,000 Casper. That's all.
>> Yeah.
Yeah, I can I can show again just for you know, for the source of truth, you know?
>> Yeah, yeah.
>> Let's do that. Are you guys see my screen already, no?
>> Yeah. Yeah, we can, yeah.
>> Oh.
Look. Do you see it now?
>> Yeah, you can see it, yeah. It's a >> You see? So, let's try this one.
Let's try this one. Let's do claim.
And let's do max. I think it ruined because I didn't do max and it took only partial.
Uh And boom. And now it will update. And let's do refresh.
That's it. It's done. I took it out.
>> Wow. Okay.
>> And now we go here and I have my 7,000 cas and a half. The four and a half and thousand and then the sum before. You can see here it went in as a Utxo by itself.
So you have 1,000 and you have a 4 and 1/2, which is exactly the two contracts we closed.
And that's it.
>> Okay. And to set this up you have to have a a kaspa.com wallet. But to send it can be any other wallet. It could be a tangem that it goes to, could it?
>> Yeah, so so you can do it for any wallet. You know, they wallets are uh they would know that they're being used for specific use case. So they they they don't care who's using them. Uh but in the other day, if you want to interact with the contracts in the good way you will have to import your wallet into kaspa.com wallet and interact with them because we give you the proper uh UI UX, you know? Uh the whole point is this part here that you have you go into your wallet and you see my contracts, you know? And you can play it and you see the types and you see active, you see history, you see all.
Uh it's not it's not straightforward and and that easy, you know? It's indexers behind the scenes and tracking. And this is what needs to happen for >> Well, >> [laughter] >> I don't know. I think he got he just got sick of us there, I think, and he just went.
>> [gasps] >> I'll be honest, I I and I think it's I know what he's going through because um you [clears throat] know, sometimes last year, I believe, were with my MacBook where I was having my own share of difficulties. I believe that's what it is. The MacBook you have to when you have your OBS you got to set up the settings in a certain way, otherwise it just your MacBook overheats and it just completely cooks uh you know, the whole entire setup.
>> You there? I thought your battery went there or something.
>> Yeah, yeah, that's what happened.
>> [laughter] >> Some people are calling it a dramatic exit.
>> I was I was in the middle of the finalizing the pitch. Boom, lights out.
>> [laughter] >> Funny.
>> Um yeah, everybody's saying good good work. They like it.
>> Yeah, I think it's wicked. It is very very interesting stuff and I'm looking forward to seeing what it looks like when it's fully released and what else will come from it as well.
>> Thank you.
>> Cas Signer, um I yeah, I follow him on X. He has He has something He's building something as well.
And it would be great to allow Cas Signers to sign offline transactions on every Casper wallet.
>> We'll wait to see how that goes.
Yeah, so so Cas Signer I've been following your work quite a lot.
Uh it's quite cool.
Uh I I to be honest, I still don't know how those air sign signs thing work. I need to deep go deeper into that. And hopefully I'll see if I can develop it, you know? I think it's a signing offline transactions is a huge feature.
Huge.
Okay.
Cool.
>> And um somebody else, if I can find the question, was asking when will these features be out?
Um like the dead man's switch and that kind of thing.
>> Um I think testnet hopefully this week. It's right now on testnet, but as you see, there's some fine-tuning.
And I think that after going through some feedback and fixing a bit more and improving, maybe a week or two, I'd say.
>> Okay. Nice.
>> Oh, wow.
>> Not far off there at all.
>> No. No, no. It's Listen, we've been working hard on this. We're quite I'm quite comfortable releasing this. And you know, at the end of the day, I hope people just don't put the million Casper there without trying it out of it.
You [laughter] know?
>> Okay.
Yeah.
Well, uh Yeah, I mean that's that's that's me done for questions. Um as you know, Joe, I've got to go and sort out this other thing that I'm going through. Um >> [laughter] >> But no, I I I very much love the uh the demonstrations, Cionne. I think it's going to be very very I'm hoping it be very very uh successful when it goes live as well. Um I'm I'm really very much looking forward to the agent feature as well. I think that's going to be a very very big addition when that's alive and ready.
Um so yeah, just as kind of you know, reciprocating the words from everyone in the chat. I want to just keep up the good work. Keep on grinding. We'd be loving this sort of development coming to Casper. Showing stuff actually being built up to catch up as well is exciting stuff.
>> Thank you guys. Thank you. I appreciate your support. Um really uh great to be here.
And you guys keep showing up. Keep uh doing podcast and you know, media is a great part and needed part of this ecosystem. And I'm happy you liked it, really.
It's nice to hear.
>> Yeah. No, very exciting.
Yeah.
I'm well I'm done Joe as well, yeah.
>> Yeah. Well, this is a very abrupt exit for like I'm ending like a like the baby show on Monday now.
>> [laughter] >> Um but no, that being said, family, give it a hand of course to us, Cionne and Casper for putting on some insanely exciting stuff. So, we look forward to more coming out from it. Um And that being said, thank you for shooting, Cionne.
Hopefully, uh you had a good time and of course I'm hoping and praying and I imagine you will be back on the show at some point down the line as well.
>> We will.
>> 100% fantastic stuff. Well, thank you very much, Joe, as well. I'll take the opportunity again. Once more, if enjoyed the content, you know what to do. Be on Twitter, be on YouTube, you know what to do. Leave a like, follow, share with your friends, subscribe for more.
Uh and yeah, have a great day, good evening, and and good night.
>> Let's go, guys.
>> Thank you, guys.
Thank you.
