[00:00:00]A key elevator is then used to debride all muscle tissue off the tendon. The semitendinosus is secured to the graft preparation board at sutured ends.

[00:00:09]The opposing end of the tendon is then secured to a clamp and tensioned. The tendon is then whip-stitched as previously performed during the graft harvest with the identical suture and color.
