This video examines how racism persists in international football through the example of Kylian Mbappé, who faced racist attacks from Paraguayan figures including former goalkeeper José Luis Chilavert and Senator Celeste Amarilla. The French Football Federation responded by condemning the remarks as criminal and filing a complaint with the public prosecutor's office, demonstrating that sports institutions can take legal action against racist behavior. The video highlights how athletes can respond to racism and how football organizations are increasingly fighting against discrimination in the sport.

Mbappé DESTROYS Racist Politicians After World Cup
Added:I want you to know who this is. It is Jose Luis Chilavert. He is a former member of the Paraguay national team and he absolutely hates this guy. France's star forward Kylian Mbappe who scores goals nearly at will. Christophe Dugarry, a former member of the France national team, gave this quote prior to Paraguay playing his country. He basically said that the Paraguayans would get hammered by the French. That's when Chilavert went full bigot in response. The former keeper wrote, "Christophe, you are right. At the 1998 World Cup, we played against France and now Paraguay face a team from Africa."
This sort of rhetoric falls in line with some other diabolical figures that we have shown you in the past like French politician and far-right figure Marine Le Pen who basically are stating black French footballers cannot possibly represent the country of France. Philippe Diallo, the French football president, would issue this statement, "I condemn in the strongest possible terms the racist remarks made by Jose Luis Chilavert against the French national team which undermined the values of respect, fraternity, and diversity in our football. If he was once a great goalkeeper, this man has now fallen into disgrace." You know what's incredible about this that I need to point out?
Paraguay took on and lost to France in the World Cup in 1998 as Chilavert stated, right? Well, what you need to see is this from that roster.
I'm just curious. Why does he view Lilian Thuram, Patrick Vieira, Claude Makelele, Zinedine Zidane, Nicolas Anelka, Thierry Henry, Trezeguet, I mean, many others as French, but not Mbappé, Dembélé, Konaté, Tchouaméni, and Kanté, just to name a few. Celeste Amarilla, a senator from Paraguay, would enter the chat. She said of Kylian Mbappé, "Colonized Cameroonian, pretending hard to be French, resentful, newly rich, arrogant, and ugly. He was nervous and scared to death the whole match, like his entire team. They couldn't even score a goal. They won by a fluke. The only thing that many of us demanded of the Albirroja is not to have slapped him open-handed after the match ended, and that's despite not being a soccer fan.
The brute didn't even learn to write.
Instead of mother's milk, he sucked on coconuts, and the most educated thing he heard were chimpanzees.
You should have shown him the finger, Orlando Gill. I do it in the Senate, and nothing happens." Mbappé would then respond on social media. "Madam Celeste Amarilla, you are a despicable woman and unworthy of your position. You do not represent Paraguay, that country which has sweated passion and honor throughout the competition, through your recklessness and your brazen racism. The entire world has already forgotten the journey and the historic effort that your players accomplished during this World Cup, making way for an incompetent woman who gives the worst possible image of her country. I will never allow people like her the freedom to spread their hatred and racism across the world." The French Football Federation would then issue a statement backing their star player and many others within the squad. "The racist comments made by Paraguayan Senator Celeste Amarilla toward Kylian Mbappe are utterly vile and unacceptable. How can anyone utter such words? These statements are criminal and condemnable. They must be prosecuted here and everywhere. The French Football Federation is filing a complaint with the public prosecutor's office for the purpose of judicial proceedings.
The Federation expresses its full support for its captain, its players, and more broadly, all victims of such hateful statements. More than ever, the FFF intends to fight racism and all forms of discrimination. These remarks dishonor those who make them and those who spread them. The players of the French national team represent France.
It is our country that is being insulted.
