Uh, welcome back, guys. It is the morning here, and guys, welcome back to the homeowner series. We are back with another video, and we are going to be doing some stuff today, guys. So, uh, yeah, let's get into it. Guys really seemed to like the last homeowner series, so we are going to our homeowner video. So, we are going to do another one, and today, guys, we are going to be buying a property here. If you missed the last episode, you know our video, you guys know that we were looking at that that little that little mobile home down there, and it is actually for sale.
And it's going for about $50,000. I don't know if that's a good price around here. I think guess I think it's more like the property that's more expensive.
Mobile home isn't expensive, but I think my plan is we're just going to kind of rent it out, and we got we got almost $150,000. We did buy a lawn mower, so we're down to $149,200, but I think we're going to buy that $50,000, rent that thing out, fix it up a little bit. It is not in the best condition, so we might have to hire a contractor or something.
But, yeah, I'm going to hop in my truck, guys, and head down to the real estate broker whatever, um, and we're going to we're going to buy that property.
Um, so, yeah, I'm going to head down to the real estate broker, and then I'm probably going to see you guys, uh, when we have uh, bought that property, and we're going to take a look at it.
Maybe hopefully there's some stuff in there that we can take maybe I don't know. Hopefully. Hopefully it's not in too bad condition, but I guess we're going to kind of drive by, guys.
Um, it's just up here. We're really close to it.
Um, guys, I don't know.
Yeah, it's right here. The lawn is a little bit overgrown and stuff. It's the mobile home it's not in the best condition, but it's all right.
And yeah, I'm just going to head down to the real estate broker, and yeah, I'm probably going to see you guys when we have got that thing bought. So, yeah, I'm going to see you guys then.
$50,000 later, and that property is now ours. Yeah, so we just went to the real estate agent, we signed on the papers, and we got that property. Also, there are a lot of houses around here.
Um I wonder if any of them are for sale, but we might be buying them. But we Yeah, we're down we're less than a hundred thousand dollars now.
Oh gosh, we got to be care careful. We got to make some money on this property.
But yeah, guys, also I might be looking at buying a new truck. I don't know.
I I don't really like this truck too much. I don't know why. It's just not my really taste. So we might be buying a new truck. I'm probably going to buy like a used truck. Probably a nicer one, but just used not new.
So I don't know. We still We're still going to keep that white truck. Oh, I always forget there's a stop sign right there. I always forget there's a stop sign right there. But we're going to head over to the other property, get that thing mowed up. I think we're going to take the the the um the other truck that we have, the 1500.
Um and get that thing mowed up and see what kind of damage is done to the house.
I did see some pictures online, but not much. I don't think Hopefully we won't have to spend We might have to spend a few thousand dollars fixing it up. But I think just the main thing is just making the yard look nice, maybe cleaning some stuff up from it.
Um I do believe it was a foreclosed house, so there's bound to be stuff in there that, you know, you just There's just bound to be stuff in there and that it's probably not going to be in the best condition. But you know, we're going to fix it up, we're going to get that thing rented out. Um I also do want to buy some like some some power sports and stuff, like some um some like campers and stuff, you know, to do some camping and stuff. I don't know, we might go up to Wyoming and stuff. I know I've been to Wyoming a few times, so it's pretty cool. We might go up there um with the camper or something go camping. Or we could buy a cabin there, but we We got We We got to We got to be watching our finances here. We might be able to take a loan out on some properties.
Um and maybe we we might get into the home building home building thing. We might build like a mobile home park or something. I don't know.
But we're just going to head over to the the property here and get it mowed up.
So yeah, I'm probably going to see you guys there. We got the truck here and we got the I put the Craftsman mower in the back cuz you know, the lawn is a little bit overgrown here.
Um but yeah, this is the property, guys.

Um I guess we're just going to park the truck right here.
Um oh, I guess we got to unful the tailgate. But yeah, we're going to mow it up. Um and yeah, this is the property, guys.
So, this is a mobile home. Um I don't know. I'm not going to go inside, but yeah, oh dude, there might be Oh dude, there might be stuff in there.
We're probably going to have to have somebody fix some stuff. Hopefully plumbing and everything.

Oh, they left a a freaking four-wheeler here.
That's pretty cool.
They left an old four-wheeler here and they got a grill.
I guess that's a pretty pretty good grill. Maybe the renters or something can tenants can use that. I might take this four-wheeler though if it starts, but we got we got some work to do, guys.
We got to mow this lawn up. It's It's It's pretty long. I think the property it just goes around this kind of fence here.
Um and just down here. So, yeah, just around the fence. I don't know if Oh.
I You know, our mower isn't like the best. I probably should have bought a a bet a better mower like a zero turn, but we we're not mowing like too much property. So, I'm going to get to mowing, get this place looking nicer.
And then yeah, Bryce, I'm going to probably see you guys then. Guys, so I am finishing up mowing the sides of the property here. Uh we got the place looking a lot nicer. We got it looking a lot nicer. We were mowing it up. It's going pretty good. Um just having the the grass shavings have been getting a little bit out of control, but we're just kind of like having to mow over them and stuff. I would say that's pretty good. We're not just We're not like going to make this look really good. Um it's just really about just maintaining it. We'll shut the mower off here, but there is this four-wheeler. I did show it to you guys. Yeah, the property's looking much better. This mower's doing pretty good. It's mowing through bushes and stuff. So, yeah, we're going to turn it off, and there is this uh four-wheeler over here that is kind of got kind of caught my eye a little bit. Yeah, the this lawn just looks so much better. We missed some of these bushes, too, but we're just going to have to get those out. It looks so much better back here. Let's see if this this four-wheeler can start here. I might be taking this thing home if this thing can start. I kind of doubt it, but we'll see if it does. So, let's start this thing up.

Oh, yeah, it dude, it kind of it's kind of fast.
I think this must have been used for like hunting stuff. It's kind of muddy.
So, it's probably been used recently.
But, dude, this thing is fast. Yeah, I'm definitely keeping this thing.

Oh, this is what we're we can use this to go camping and stuff. We can put this on a trailer.

I don't want to go too I don't want to go too deep. Oh, bro, we went we went a little bit too deep there. Okay, I'm going to put this thing in our shed cuz I mean, technically we we bought the property, so I'm assuming that we can keep this thing.
Oh, yeah, dude, we're going to be doing some mud with that. Oh, yeah.
We can be sick. I got to buy a power washer, too, cuz like my truck is really Oh, we're Dude, yeah, I'm going to have to buy a power washer. Let's put this thing in the shed. I'm surprised that thing just started up. It probably has some stuff that's wrong with it. It's probably going to have to do some work on it. We have We're going to put this in the the hobby shed here.
Probably work on it. We We got some toolboxes. I might be getting some new toolboxes. I don't know.
We got this little workbench here that we're we've been doing stuff in the ladder, so it's doing pretty good. But, yeah, I got to get over to the house. I think that's probably going to be what we're going to be doing today. I might hire like a contractor or something to do some work inside, just some plumbing stuff and some electrical stuff that's a little wrong. Yeah, I'm going to walk over Do we got to walk over here? Walk back over to the property and then probably tie everything up and then that'll probably be it for the day's episode, guys. So, I will see you guys there. Guys, we got the grass and back in the truck here. I think the lawn turned out really nice. We did miss some spots, but I think that all that matters is what we got to mow. Probably going to have a contractor come out, fix some stuff up with the plumbing and electrical. But, yeah, hopefully we can get a tenant in here soon and start making some money on our investment, guys. But, yeah, that's probably going to be it for today's video, guys.
