Cheekbone (zygomatic bone) development is enhanced through mechanotransduction, where physical forces from chewing and tongue pressure at specific points create pressure that triggers bone remodeling; this process requires adequate nutrients like vitamin C for collagen synthesis and nitric oxide for blood flow, while visualization can accelerate the biological response.

How to fix zygomatic bones (at any age)Added:
Welcome to today's advanced video, where we are going to be discussing one of the most underrated aspects of the face that will improve your appearance. Now, everyone's heard of the cheekbones, known as the zygomatic bones. However, nearly all people don't understand that the importance of the cheekbones isn't the actual bone itself, but the how it provides support down your jaw, around your eyes, and along the midface. That's the main function of the cheekbones. And given that it provides adequate support, that it can withhold enough strain, guess what? It becomes ever so slightly more visible, and that's what makes well-developed cheekbones attractive.
Not because just having something wide here is, but rather what it subconsciously implies. And I'm going to be discussing exactly what you're going to be doing to begin with to naturally improve your cheekbones. So, I want to show you first and foremost where I was.
And I want you to really pay attention to where my cheekbones in particular were. And you can see for yourself that the overall support around my face was heavily lacking. It was being held back.
And you can see that the consequence was my midface was lacking support, whereas now it has enough support. My jaw, as a consequence of the cheekbones not projecting far enough and not providing that support, guess what? My jaw wasn't doing nearly as much work as it could, whereas now, if we look at the projection, the visibility of the jaw, there's a huge difference in it. Comes down to what the cheekbones are actually doing.
That's the importance of it. And it's a bit like the chicken versus the egg, which came first?
It's all very similar with regards to your appearance. It's just that I have made a quantifiable system that you can actually apply and leverage. And what that means is you just need to apply what I know works, you need to follow through, and guess what?
You are going to see improvements. It's that simple. This isn't something that is subjective. This isn't something that >> [snorts] >> is to the eye of the beholder, as most people often think about with regards to appearance. There is a science behind appearance, and I spent 2 years of my life studying that. And I spent thousands upon thousands of hours actually understanding and then leveraging it to getting me to where I am. Where I was, as you can see, pretty evidently not the best looking, to now being a signed to model. That's how my life changed. But as I always say, if it was just me I wouldn't be able to speak with this much credibility. I wouldn't even know this much had I not made it happen again and again and again with all of my one-to-one clients. And you can see their images right here. You can see the lives that have been changed. And particularly, [snorts] look at the cheekbones. Look at the differences in the projection and how it supports the face. I really want you to see this and how life-changing this will be, especially once you apply it properly.
And I also want you to see what people think about what I teach, just so you really know how many lives change through what I teach, because I want, more than anything, to see people who understand the importance of looks the same way that I did to be able to improve it. Because in today's day and age, too many people really is unfortunate. Too many people think that their appearance is just purely down to genetics, and there's nothing that they can do, but that's not the case. That's simply not the case.
Take my life experiences. Take my clients' life experiences. Take the people that I've worked with and who followed my advice, their life experiences, their transformations as examples of what you can do. So, let's get into it. Now, the first most important aspect of your cheekbones is going to be how force travels through them.
Remember, as with any bone around the skull, any bone around the entire body, as a matter of fact, if force is traveling through it, well, we can optimize it. And how do we optimize, you might be thinking? What does optimizing force mean?
And this is the difference between qualitative explanation and quantitative explanation. I'm studying physics at a top four university in the world for craniofacial sciences. So, I'm much more of a physics and numbers guy than a than a wordy guy.
So, I'm going to explain to you how this works. Force is what I'm talking about, but the reason I'm talking about force is because force and area, they're going to be linked.
How are they going to link, you might be thinking? Through pressure, because pressure is force divided by surface area.
Now, we know that the cheekbones experience force from chewing around here and also from the tongue, from both of these points. Now, when we chew what we're doing is allowing force to travel up the maxillary buttresses through here and then also through here.
And what that does is it means that there's pressure distributing up towards the cheekbone. So, either to increase the pressure, because pressure on the cheekbone over time is going to induce bone remodeling. That's what we need. So, either we increase the force or we reduce the surface area.
Now, with what I teach, and the essence of what I teach is going to be AERO.
In simple terms, what it is it's going to be using your tongue at particular pressure points to leverage the fact that by reducing surface area, we are effectively increasing the force, which is increasing the pressure.
Now, by combining AERO, which is just using your tongue at particular pressure points, with chewing mastic gum we allow that pressure to now travel through the cheekbone.
That is what's going to be crucial here.
Now how this actually induces bone remodeling is through a process called mechanotransduction.
Mechanotransduction.
And what this means in simple terms is that the physical force that we're applying, the actual physical force with with the tongue, with the chewing that we're doing that is going to be converted. So, if I draw if I write physical process, that's going to be converted into biochemical signals.
And we're going to be discussing this in a second. So, I'm just giving you a bit of foreshadowing here, because we're going to be optimizing every single pathway we can. So, physical any physical process being converted into a biochemical signal around the skull, around the bones, that's mechanotransduction. And that is what allows bones to remodel. So, we need to optimize that. How we going to optimize it? Well, AERO plus chewing mastic gum.
That's how we optimize it.
This is also going to link into something about how you visualize force, but we're going to be discussing that next. I have some very interesting stuff there, too.
So, I want to show you this diagram, and this is going to be just a diagram of bone.
But all the bone in your body is roughly similar. So, your cheekbone, we can just approximate, is going to look like this if we were to cut through the zygomatic process.
And we're going to notice that your bone isn't going to be made up of something like concrete, where it's just completely filled up. It's not like this. That's not what bone is like.
Rather, what bone is like, it's very hard around the edges. So, it's actually like that around the edge, and that's called cortical bone.
So, this is going to be the cortical bone.
And then in the middle, it's more like a sponge. It's like this, where there's gaps, etc. And this is going to be the difference.
That's what we need to know.
Spongy. We can just call it spongy for now. So, cortical bone thickens. This spongy matrix in the middle is what actually contains the nutrients, and it also allows for some level of support.
It's where most of the blood vessels are going to be. So, we need to optimize that, don't we? If we want the cheekbones to remodel, if we want our face to have better support, our under eyes to be better supported, our jaw to be framed correctly, and our face to look modelesque, that means our cheekbones need to support the face more, be thicker, and be more projected. That means that the cortical bone needs to thicken and the overall bone structure needs to be stronger. So, it goes hand in hand.
So, how do we do that? Well, we need to understand what cofactors are.
Now, these are going to be particular nutrients that act in accordance to what we want for bone remodeling. And these are going to be extremely important. In particular, you can see vitamin C is going to be highly necessary, because if we're deficient, we go from having a collagen synthesis output of 100% all the way down to around 8%. So, you might be thinking, "Okay, why is collagen important here?"
All of this requires collagen.
Without collagen, it cannot exist. No collagen, no bone. That's the importance of it. So, collagen is one of the most important ingredients for the bone.
Now, vitamin C hugely impacts your capacity, the fibroblast's capacity. The fibroblasts, you can imagine, are like a factory. So, this is going to be a fibroblast, fibroblast.
This is going to be like a factory where new just raw nutrients, nutrients, comes in, and then outcomes collagen. This is literally how it works.
If you don't have enough vitamin C, you're effectively adding a gate here, and the gate is blocking 90% of the nutrients from getting in. Imagine it's like that.
Imagine that there's a wall, and you have to jump over it to get in. Well, I'm telling you that 90% of the vitamin C don't have legs to jump over, only 10% do. So, what does that mean? Well, it's going to give you this output. We can't afford that. That's simply not affordable when we are improving our appearance. So, you need to ensure that the food you're eating to improve the zygomatic bones, the cheekbones, along with all the bones, but in particular the cheekbones, you contain all of these. You can see the importance of it, the direct importance with regards to collagen.
So, what I want to talk about secondly is remodeling through visualization. Now, visualization alone won't do anything, okay? Because it require Remember humans. Humans have a logical aspect to their their psyche and an emotional aspect, don't they? That's what makes a human human. If we're just logical, if we're just in that department, okay, we're like a robot. If we're just emotional, um then we can't survive. So, there's a good balance of the two, isn't there, in all people, man or woman, all humans, there's a logical and an emotional aspect. Now, similarly, in a similar analog, the logical aspect is going to be analoger analogous, that's the word, right? I haven't used the word analogous in so long. Usually I Usually I just use the word analog. So, the analogy Oh, that's the word. Analogy. Analo gous.
Who knows?
So, the analogy in question how it's going to align is going to be the logical component is going to be actually distributing this force, which then is going to be received as pressure around the cheekbone, and then the emotional aspect, the the second part, is going to be the visualization, and that's going to be using the fact that bones are based in biology.
We're using both physics with the actual pressure and biology with regards to the brain and how it can accelerate remodeling to make this happen. Because if you think about it, how long does it take you to grow your hair? It takes you a long time, doesn't it? And hair is pretty easy to grow. It's not particularly strong or anything.
How long would you think it's going to take your bone to remodel as a consequence? Well, it's going to take you longer cuz it's bone, isn't it? A lot longer. And if your hair takes this long, yeah, your bone is also going to take a lot longer. So, we want to accelerate it. We want to make it happen as fast as possible, healthily and naturally. And that is where specific visualization based on your anatomy comes into play.
If I show you my one-to-one clients, their transformations, you can see that this level of transformation is life-changing, and there's a good reason for it, because there's a very deep understanding that goes into this visualization where I taught specifically in each and every case what visualization must be made. But you can make the first essence of this happen as well. You can begin with this, too. And I wanted to show you this study in particular, just so you can see how if your mind isn't in the correct place, if you're experiencing mental stress, that is going to have a negative influence on your bones, a negative influence. And mental stress is going to hurt your capacity for visualization.
Now, how are you going to visualize and how does it actually help you? Well, it comes down to the fact that when you begin, obviously it's going to be difficult, isn't it? As with any exponential, but it becomes easier and easier.
Now, with this graph in particular, what I want to show you is that if you just give this your all and you actually want to make this happen because you understand how valuable your looks are, you understand that your cheekbones are going to frame your face effectively and help your looks, then applying enough pressure and visualizing, feeling the force travel through the bone, quite literally, feeling it go up the maxillary buttress towards your cheekbone, and literally feeling that, visualizing it, that is going to give you the continuous improvement. And guess what? Most people are stuck here. This is where literally 99% of people are. My goal is to get you to begin this journey, to get the momentum in place. And then through working with me one-to-one, I can pull you up this hill. Imagine it's literally a hill. I can pull you up by understanding your anatomy.
So, how are we going to get this momentum to kick in so your life quality can actually improve? Well, I made the Levy System for that exact reason.
You can see what I've made. I've spent hundreds of hours actually developing this.
You can see.
This is an entire website with your own trackers. This is designed for you with your own login, and this is all This is all secondary. This in the main aspect, the main part of the Levy System to begin with is going to be the modules that I have designed that go in-depth on everything that I talk about, the actual action steps that you need to take. You can see this.
So, where is it, you might be thinking?
Well, I've linked it. It's the link in the description right below this video.
But wait, don't click on it just yet because I want to finish what I'm talking about. So, I'll talk about this in just a second once I'm done. So, don't go there yet. I'm going to keep you for a second. So, the third thing I wanted to talk about is the importance of something called nitric oxide. So, what is nitric oxide? You might have heard of it.
It's going to be something that your body needs. It's something that's very important for your body. Why? I'm I'm going to describe to you. Your blood vessel, most people's blood vessels are going to look like this. Then blood is going to flow in, and then it's going to just flow through, isn't it? This is going to be most people where it has a particular radius. I'm telling you, if you have enough nitric oxide, a healthy level, your blood vessels aren't going to be too constricted. Mine used to be, and this is why my hands, my feet, they were always so cold. And honestly, I really didn't like that. But by leveraging the fact that nitric oxide is very important, it acts as a vaso dilator.
Now, more blood can travel, which means more nutrients.
I've spelt neutron too much that when I try and spell nutrients, my brain just automatically goes to writing an E. This is why you saw me earlier about to write an E, as well.
So, it happens. That's what physics is.
That's what can I say? So, nitric oxide, it's going to be extremely important for that reason.
Now, with regards to the cheekbones, we need to make sure that there is going to be enough nutrients traveling around the bones so it can remodel, don't we? So, you need to make sure that you're optimizing nitric oxide in your body so nutrients can travel.
And you're also going to get elevated levels of nutrients, aren't you? Because there's going to be more nutrients flowing. So, that's going to be extremely important in allowing this to occur. So, how are you going to get this? Well, to begin with, what you can literally start is by supplementing with L-arginine. That's what you can supplement with.
Foods contain it. Many of the foods that I advise contain it.
For example, in the breathing protocol, this is optimizing for it.
This is extremely important to optimize.
And you can see, just through what I've talked about now, how many people do you think actually know this outside of us?
And how many people do you think would take action?
Not many at all. As a consequence, this is going to explain the skew of this a graph. This is going to be the likelihood of you meeting someone and where they're going to be, where their facial aesthetics are going to be. There's literally a 99.9% chance that the person you're going to meet is going to be here.
How do you think their life is going to be? Well, if we look here, remember this graph.
Look at where their life is going to be.
How nice is their life going to be? What is their life quality going to be? It's going to be This is where the average person is. Why do you think the average person lives a life the way that they do?
Because they look average. Obviously, there's many different things that come into play. But outside of that, even if we take that away, life is based on social interactions. Humans are social creatures. And if you're not leveraging the fact that the human mind through thousands upon hundreds of thousands of years of evolution has a huge bias towards the better looking faces then quite frankly you're not living life to where you should be living life. My goal is to bring you from here down closer and higher up and this is the entire essence of the levy system.
It's to bring you as far as you can and then once you reach wherever wherever you know, okay, this is probably the limit that I can reach with the time that I have and you decide to actually invest into reaching your genetic potential then my one-to-one program you deciding to actually invest into yourself and working with me one-to-one that is what allows you to improve your life and actually reach these levels where your life becomes like what you previously wouldn't be able to dream of. Let me give you my own example.
I went from being someone who was made fun of for the way that I looked to now being a signed model. That's what happened in my own life and it came all as a consequence of my appearance.
So, if you want to make the same thing happen the top link is in the description and I'll see you next time.
