Without bureaucracy, 19-year-olds couldn't run an aircraft carrier, right?

So, so you need people like, "Oh, I don't want to pay for overhead." Pay for overhead. You want you want to pay for people to be able to direct people. You want to to to lead people. You need those sorts of things, too.
