INICET MAY 2026 200 QUESTIONS RECALL #inicet #inicet2026 #inicetmay2026 #neetpg #neet #counsellingAjouté :
Hello guys, welcome back to MedicoApps.
In this video, we'll be discussing all the 200 questions of the INICET May 2026 exam. But before moving on to the details of this video, I'd like to inform you guys that this is a first print, so there might be some errors.
Please do make them come into my notice, and if at all there are any questions which I've missed out, that also please do let me know all the errors so that we can make up a final one which is fully correct. And another important thing which I've noticed for this May 2026 exam is that most of the questions were PYT based. So, how can you identify a PYT? It is by doing the PYQ. When you do a PYQ, you can understand what is the topic which is related to that, and you have to read more about that topic. So, PYQs will help you identify the PYTs.
And we are also having a NEET PG and INICET and FMG PYQ books with explanations, so that will help you identify your PYTs. We have also provided with explanations in that book. So, if at all you need or you need any help for the upcoming NEET PG exam, then you can contact me. And NEET PG or INICET or whichever exam, please try to do around 8 years of PYQs.
For NEET PG, we have compiled the 8-year PYQs book. And if at all you need, you can buy them. The link is there in the description. And now quickly moving on to the first question of INICET May 2026 recall, laparoscopic hernia repair is done how much centimeter from the pubic tubercle? 2 cm. Painful vesicular lesion on penis with 2 to 3 days history is herpes. And guys, now don't worry about INICET, it is over. Next NEET PG is coming up in a few months, so please focus on NEET PG, and PYQs and PYTs are very, very important, be it any exam, so focus on that if at all you are starting now. And otherwise, if you have already done your revisions and things, then it is fine. You can go along with that. But still, you have to have a focus on all the BYT's. Very, very important. And image-based questions also recently in the exams, they're more.
Now, next question. Lamotrigine is drug of choice for tonic-clonic seizures.
Next is an image-based question. Scaly lesions on the scalp. So, the treatment is anti-fungal should be given. Next, HIV patient with brain cut showing ring lesions in the basal ganglia. So, organism causing it is answer toxoplasmosis. Next, a lady went to Assam and got a lung infection. So, this is a little confusing question, but majority from the opinion what I've got, the answer here should be histoplasmosis. Then, black color lesion on the foot. What is the next step to be done? So, this is a little confusing question. Like, KOH mount was told and some people were telling like it was looking like a melanoma. So, biopsy might be required in that case. So, depending on the question, please do give me more input about that. Then, all of the following disorders are associated with dystonia and basal ganglia involvement. Which one requires a distinctly different treatment approach compared to the others? Answer, dopa-responsive dystonia. Next, which vitamin plays a role in transamination reaction? Answer, pyridoxal phosphate. Then, TME in rectal cancer. What is the principle behind it?
So, answer is removing whole mesorectum.
Then, malar telangiectasia with scleroderma. Which valvular disease is associated? Mitral stenosis. Next, an elderly woman falls. What is not a risk factor? So, there is some issue with the presentation of this question, but whatever from majority of the people what I've got to know is that the answer should be in whatever case it is the hearing-related thing what is supposed to be the answer in the case. If at all there's any other opinion, please do let me know. Then, there was an image-based question. Again, this multiple opinions are there. So, most of them have opined that it is a thymus gland.

So oral prednisolone is the drug of choice. Then according to ATLS correct sequence of management. So first the bleeding should be managed. So catastrophic bleeding then comes the airway management then the circulation and then the disability should be managed. What are the complications of massive blood transfusion? So uh this question there was a little doubt in that whether it is like a complication or what is not a complication. So from the info that I've got it should be hypocalcemia. But if at all there's a change in the framework of the question please do let me know. Then insulin-mediated glucose uptake through GLUT4 muscle. Then enzyme activated in dephosphorylated state. So as far as I've known only these two are there but some of them were telling three options are correct. So please do let me know whatever is the thing.
