Impact of alcohol on our brainAdded:
And I want to talk to you about something serious. Uh I've been talking about this around me to people who I know for so long. Um well people usually don't believe it or they prefer don't believe it. Um is the impact of alcohol on our brain and our body. I've been listening to this doctor Dr. Daniel uh Amin. He's a a psychiatrist. He's been studying brain for many many many years.
He's done more than 300,000 of brain scan for different reason on different patients. Um and his study shows that people who are consuming alcohol uh even just a little bit um every day they have a smaller brain.
That's a scientific fact.
>> Uh not only Alcohol affect our brain. It is also increasing the risk of seven different kind of cancer. Just think about it. So we have to take care of not just our mental health but our brain as organ because I think it's the most important organ in our body. We can transplant any other organ even the heart but we cannot transplant brain. Everything is happening in our brain. Uh healthy brain, healthy body, healthy life, healthy mind. When uh our brain is unhealthy, uh people are struggling with all kind of mental issues, um psychological issues, um depression, ADHD, uh addictions and um this is why it's so important first of all treat our brain.
I think that kalini yoga, kundalini meditations is a great technique for that because uh each kundalini meditation and kas is working with uh well function of our brain, glandular system, pineal gland, pituitary gland.
Um it increase neur neuroplasticity of our brain. It also increases the gray matter uh density in our prefrontal cortex and uh hippocampus balancing our both left and right hemispheres.
So it's uh condalini meditations are just it's a pearl for our um mental health, nervous system, our body, our health overall. It works really fast.
Kundalini yoga uh can be a great amazing addition to medical treatment for um these kind of diseases like as I said depression uh ADHD addictions any addictions studies been done also uh in uh institute of kundalini yoga that was founded here in California and the showing actually great result of uh impact of kalini yoga, kalini meditations on um people with addictions, um alcohol addiction or any other addiction. So yes, I'm thinking that kundalin yoga is um fantastic for for a human being. I am a kundalin yoga teacher. I'm working with uh people uh personally individually or in a group. Uh I'm creating uh individual program for uh each of one of them and we have a great result. If you want to try kalini meditations, I'm here. Please DM me and um we can start work together. So my message today, zero alcohol. Take care of your brain first of all. Take care of your health. You yourself.
