[00:00:37]This is just a simple business fee schedule. It's a cost of doing business essentially. You sell the data, you pay the fine, you wait for the headlines to kind of disappear and die out, and then the agencies that are supposed to protect you actually let it happen because the punishment is always designed to be less than the profit.
