XRP, Solana, or XDC — Which Will Corda Pick?

[00:00:00]Can you explain how Corda will use XRP versus how it will use Solana and XDC?

[00:00:05]Well, when we worked with them for a short period of time, we actually asked that question because we knew that the Corda Settler could use XRP or XDC. And in the conversation when we asked them about that, and this was a while back, okay, so things things could have changed. I don't think so, but they could have changed. We said, you know, which one of these would be the better asset to be able to settle between the ecosystem that we're we're creating. And they said, well, we're only going to use what has regulatory compliance here in the US. So, only one of those things you mentioned currently has clarity here in the US as not a security. That's XRP.

[00:00:34]So, until the Clarity Act gets passed and we have full clarity on if those other assets are securities or not or what they are, I'm still highly convinced that the only option for them to be able to settle between those ecosystems is XRP.
