Mining companies can achieve rapid ERP implementation (3-4 months) through purpose-built, templated ERP solutions that are specifically adapted for mining operations, enabling structured processes for finance, procurement, and project management even during construction phases, rather than relying on disconnected spreadsheets and manual processes.

Mining ERP Explained: How Pronto Solutions Alliance Streamlines OperationsAñadido:
So, Jared, to you, if if someone's coming by and they're uh you know, who are you? I'm sure you've been asked that a few times. I got a little bit of practice out of it at this event.
Thousands of people here.
Um what what's just that brief summary of who PSA is? So, PSA is an ERP provider.
We implement ERP software for mining companies globally. We operate in about 45 different countries.
Um we embed AI analytics into um our ERP software and we deliver a very templated approach to the mining industry. So, we've taken an ERP product that's been around for about 40 years, adapted it very very heavily to a mining organization, and come up with a templated implementation methodology.
So, we can go live in as quick as 3 to 4 months, um regardless of whether a site's in construction or production, and regardless of what they mine, what their geographical location is. And we've built that up and adapted it over the last 15 years so that as we run into issues and as we run into different configuration requirements, whether it be in the Africa or Canada or the US, we can quickly adjust and configure without expenses going to our customers and and blowing up the implementation time frame budget. Well, Reese, I I mean, I have to ask cuz you were you're saying but we on the other you were actually the client.
Um what was the struggle? What even prompted to say, "Okay, we got to do something different?" Well, I mean, Oceana was running Pronto in their New Zealand mine. So, when Oceana bought the Hail site, that was part of it. Um but I can't even honestly >> They bought an operating mine.
>> They bought Hail, which was in development at the time. They were constructing the mine site, putting the mill together, building all the roads.
So, that was part of it, but we I can't even remember the system we were on. GP?
Was it Like GP, which Great Plains.
Yeah. That's what it was called, yeah.
Just the reporting like we had no processes for requisition approval, nothing for invoicing. Like it was very like a lot of stuff happening on Excel sheets. Um and people's, you know, notepads and I was just trying to make it work. So, you know, implementing Pronto gave us that baseline to say like, "Okay, this is how we set it up to do it right and move forward." And what was good for us and I think what we deal a lot with is these mining companies that are in their construction phase, right? You You don't have to be a fully operating mine to implement Pronto. We weren't. So, you can put in certain modules like we needed finance, we needed procurement, we needed the projects module to manage our you know, build of the TSF dam or the mill or the warehouse, right? So, we started with that and we got that right and then we kind of moved on as we kind of got closer to that operational's, you know, readiness. Okay, now we've got a warehouse. Let's get our inventory items in. We've got a maintenance team. Let's get our planning right. So, you can kind of grow with the system as well.
