So, was there a situation where someone in your company decided to stay with you even though they got a better external offer? If so, I want to know what made them stay. So, a good question. I think after the COVID, yeah, my client wants to hire a resource. They have to get an NOC from me.
It's a very large client. They have 2 lakhs plus employees in India. So, they called me, "Sir, I want to hire this resource because this resource worked in our project and she's very strong in all the semiconductor all this area.
Probably they want to hire this resource. What do you say?" I said, "You take. No problem." We will go with the NOC. All the process started and suddenly the girl called me.
Okay, she said, "Sir, why you given NOC?" I thought you have better opportunity. You can get a double the salary and it's a brand and all that.
You can go. She said, "I'm not interested." I was surprised. What is the issue? I thought something issue.
Then I said, "No, sir, no issue. Here I'm very comfortable. I'll continue."
Now, the girl continued almost 5 and 1/2 years. She continued 5 and 1/2 years.
It's not about the brand. It's not about the money. It's not about the designation. It's all about what the transparency maintained.
Basically, you have to give a respect to all the system people in the system, right from the junior to the, you know, senior. So, you have to So, I think that's one of the classic example.
