Dialogue with a Jehovah witness

[00:00:06]I just want to go over a couple things.

[00:00:08]Today while I was at work, bumped into Jehovah Witness today at work.

[00:00:14]>> [snorts] >> Let me turn this down.

[00:00:17]And um We went over a couple things and they wanted to know why I believe that Jesus is God.

[00:00:27]So I asked them the question of who judges? Who's going to be the one to judge on the day of judgement?

[00:00:37]>> [snorts] >> And they tell me God will be judging.

[00:00:40]Then I ask them, are you sure? Are you sure that God's going to be judging?

[00:00:44]Yeah, yeah, God's going to be judging.

[00:00:46]God's going to be judging. Okay.

[00:00:48]So then I take them down a pathway.

[00:00:50]First we go to Psalms 7:11.

[00:00:54]Then after that, Psalms 58:11.

[00:00:58]And then Ecclesiastes 12:14.

[00:01:01]And I go to these three passages because they show and demonstrate very clearly that God is the judge and he's a righteous judge and he's going to judge all of our deeds and actions and things like that, right?

[00:01:15]But it gets even crazier because when you go to John 5:22 it says that the Father doesn't judge anyone at all.

[00:01:26]But gives all judgement to the Son.

[00:01:30]So I go back to my original question.

[00:01:35]Is God the one that judges in the end?

[00:01:38]Yeah, yeah, God's the one who judges in the end. Okay, well in John 5:22 it says the Father judges no one at all.

[00:01:46]According to them, that's Jehovah, right?

[00:01:50]So if Jesus is the one that is judging, then therefore that means that Jesus is God.
