FBI Steps In, Governor Says NO FOUL PLAY—Ben Crump Pushes Back

Sometimes I be on this joint almost about to cry, but I keep saying I'm not going to cry no more on this dag on video. You know what I mean? Fake tears.

[00:00:56]You faking. Yeah. Okay, whatever. But sometimes it hurts so much about what's going down and all this negativity that people say. And somebody had said that she's um the mother is smiling um on camera and she laughing all the way to the bank. I don't think come on now.

[00:03:00]>> Hey, what's up, guys? Listen, there is a disturbing update going on in the Nolan Wells case. However, it looks like Ben Crump is earning his money or he might be doing a pro bono because he just got the biggest turnaround and checkmate in the whole Nolan Wells case. Baby, you love to see it. All right, let's get into this. So, what are the updates? Okay, >> so um a couple of things are going on.

[00:03:26]Okay, so let me let me break this down because the checkmate that Ben Trump did and stop the FBI and the governor and everybody else that's been trying to run a narrative in their tracks automatically is a good one. And no, I'm not talking about the phone and I'm not talking about anything else. I'm talking about the way the FBI, remember my last video in the live, I said the FBI, everybody thinks they are the freedom fighters. The FBI are staffed by people that share the sentiment of that state.

[00:03:56]So a FBI from Mississippi really don't mean that much. However, they tried to come in. The governor tried to come in.

[00:04:03]I believe they tried to come in to assist with the cover up. I'll explain that in a minute. And Benrop came in and said, "No, we did in that narrative right the f down." And they are fuming right now because they don't know which way to go. Okay, let's get into this.

[00:04:19]The FBI stepped in, right? and they stepped in with the quickness. Now, I know what you're saying. This is a great thing. The FBI stepped in to solve Nolan Wells case. No, they didn't. Even though we do not still have an autopsy from the state for a simple drowning, even though we're waiting for a toxicology report, which by the way, you know that kid that got the judges, the stepmom that came in and said, "Let me tell y'all facts, not fiction." and basically in my mind created a bar violation or at least something that should be reported to the ethics board because judges are supposed to remain impartial at all times.

[00:04:55]Sitting judges, practicing judges about that stuff. Well, her husband, that kid's father, is also the head of the toxicology department and one of the biggest hospitals in Mississippi. All right, so keep that in the back of your head. The Now, the autopsy hasn't come out.

[00:05:14][clears throat] It's supposed to be a simple drowning. Autopsy hasn't come out. They're waiting for a toxicology report. What are you gonna say? He was what? Drunk, high on wacky weed. Like, what's the toxicology report supposed to show? Unless you guys are trying to paint the narrative that he was walking around like Mr. Burns when he got like radiated. Remember when the radiation plant at the Simpsons broke up and Mr. Burns was walking around looking crazy?

[00:05:35]Unless that's the narrative you're trying to go and y'all left a man that was clearly intoxicated or whatever on an island to drown.

[00:05:44]this is the narrative they're going with. You know, the FBI, you would think, would step in to rush things. You would think would [clears throat] step in to actually say what's going on. No, the FBI has officially stepped in to throw a cloak of protection over everybody that's involved. I'm going to I'll read the statements in a second, but they just to paraphrase, they were like, "We find it disturbing that these kids are getting threats. the parents, we're not gonna let our kids be threatened. What is your talking about?

[00:06:15]The governor then came and gave a press conference talking about some, and I'll get the details in a second, talking about some, I don't know anything about the facts. I haven't heard anything. I don't know much about this case, but I do know that there doesn't seem to be any signs of foul play.

[00:06:29]>> You don't know what's going on. You don't know much about the case. You don't know anything, but you know that there's no signs of foul plague without an autopsy, without anything except for those kids testimonies.

[00:06:40]>> What are we talking about?

[00:06:43]>> Again, I do find it very odd the way the FBI swooped in not to help the case move forward, but and hear me out, but to protect the kids. Now, why would they do that? Aside from the obvious reasons, think about it. Cover-ups only work if it's done by powerful people.

[00:07:06]>> And the people that are covering up know to keep their mouth shut. See, here's the thing. Big Crump's been saying for a minute, yo, we got 20, sometimes 50 people calling a day, they are breaking down stuff, and we are doing every lead.

[00:07:19]I do believe with teenagers, no matter how conniving, no matter how plotting, no matter how murderous they may be, you're still a teenager. You talk loose lips. People get scared. I didn't touch them. I saw the other people do it. But why I got to be in jail for the rest of my life? I DON'T WANT TO GO down with the ship. Whenever there's a conspiracy, people get very, very nervous about who is going to who's going to be the one to break. Ben Crump was very smart posting that picture. It was an old picture, but I believe that it was a tactic to put pressure. Ben Crump also said they [clears throat] getting a lot of information. I think that scared them.

[00:07:59]And I think some people that may have been more involved than others are like, "Well, why do I have to suffer?"

[00:08:04]>> And I think people gonna stop talking.

[00:08:06]>> Think about it that the mayor, I'm not sorry, the governor made these statements along with the FBI to let the kids know, everybody that knew something and saw something. Cuz I think this conspiracy goes beyond just the people on the boat.

[00:08:21]>> To keep their mouth shut. You don't got to worry. This goes beyond your mama that's a judge. your daddy that's the head of toxicology which right this goes beyond the police chief and all this stuff yes you might have national media attention but sh hold hold the line because you got the director you have the FBI having your back talking they innocent and anyone that harasses them anyone that says anything negative about them we're coming for you you're taking that stance but yet you don't got anything to say about the boy that passed away you don't got anything to say about assisting investigation.

[00:08:57]You're coming in to protect the boys and then you got the governor on TV saying, "Well, I don't know, but it looks like it was an accident." That sends a message to anyone that might be scared.

[00:09:11]>> Hold the line. And it says something to anyone [clears throat] that might be like, "Yo, I saw something. My conscious is bothering me. I'm going to say something." I think it sends the message of you better keep your mouth shut because not only do we have the police chief, not only do we have the medical examiner, not only do we have the judges and the doctors and everybody powerful in this town, we also got the FBI and the governor saying, "Y'all ain't seen nothing." Again, maybe, again, this is my opinion and maybe y'all think I'm just talking, but look at these statements they gave. Hold on. Well, before I read these statements, let me tell you how Ben Crump did the checkmate. See, they were going to try to change the narrative. Mhm.

[00:09:52]>> It don't really there's no urgency in figuring out what happened in Nolan.

[00:09:55]Don't you see a black boy watched washed up? They couldn't identify him. Had to use dental records. What's the big deal?

[00:10:01]He said he wanted to s stay on a on an island with no phone, no keys, no car keys, no nothing.

[00:10:09]>> What's the big deal? Happens all the time.

[00:10:11]>> This isn't about race. This is about someone that what can't swim? I think they was hoping, well, is he black? Can he swim? Right. M >> the whole [clears throat] point of the matter is they tried to bring it in and turn it into no. Do you understand what's going on? It's the boys who are the victim. You know, it's the boys who are being harassed. It's the boys who are being racially abused. And Ben Crop said, "No, you don't." And that's when he hit them with, "I'll take the I'll take the harassment, the bullying, the hate mail, and I'll raise you from these boys that at the very least should have done more to care about where Nolan was, and I'll raise you to a grieving mother who is getting no sympathy and a nationally recognized case that has captured the nation's attention."

[00:10:58][clears throat and cough] Again, Nolan Wells mom, his family have been harassed, inudated by racist hate mail, saying the most vile, disgusting things because they were putting pressure on her even before Ben Crump. That's why they hired Ben Crump. People think like, oh, civil rights was also to protect the family because, you know, you you know those clan members love stay hooded.

[00:11:23]>> They love staying in secret. And they were writing them levers, making them fear for their safety, hoping They would flee the town and just live with this investigation what they found for the rest of her life. They were smart enough to get Ben Crump on the team and Ben Crump was smart enough to strategically share at the perfect moment and I mean the perfect moment that Yeah.

[00:11:48]Y'all think it's so sad that those boys are being harassed if it's even happening. Y'all think y'all investigating FBI? I have other stuff I need you to investigate. I need you to investigate what's going on with Nolan's mother. What's going on with Nolan's family? I want you to tell me that these boys receiving mail is worse than the victim of a dead boy that y'all all say y'all care about.

[00:12:12]>> Receiving hate mail, racist mail, vile mail. Y'all want to have an investigation? Let's have an investigation.

[00:12:20]>> Let's do it right now. Pronto. And in that checkmate, [clears throat] they took away the narrative. I'm sorry.

[00:12:25]>> That I believe the mayor, the police chief, the governor, and the FBI were going to use to close this quick case quickly. And on top of that, silence anything and anyone and protect those boys so their lives never turn them into a victims. Probably start GoFundMe so their lives are never affected by what happened on that boat, on that island, in their backyard. I don't know. Whatever it is, again, very disturbing that the governor and the FBI got involved to back up what the police chief, what the mayor, and what the judge and the medical examiner are all saying with no proof. With no proof.

[00:13:16]Shut up. We see Mississippi Burden and every other thing that we know about Mississippi. We don't want to hear it.

[00:13:22]Again, people can criticize Bill Crump, but that's why he's one of the illst and realest to do it because he knows the way these type of things work and he knows their playbook better than they do. And he been doing this stuff since he graduated from law school. [cough] He [clears throat] is not new to this, but he is true to this. And I feel like that town of Mississippi, again, we don't know what's going to happen cuz we see even more egregious miscarriages.

[00:13:48]But it's nice that Ben Crump is in there and he it's like a walt, right? Before they move, before they even move left, he already know it's left, two, three, four. He in the face like what? What what what what? He's in their face every single turn making sure that they don't have a second to breathe. He sees all their little tricks. He sees all their little games. And as soon as he starts, he shuts that down in a second.

[00:14:12]Congratulations to Ben Crump for shutting down what have been what would have been the excuse they would have used to rush this investigation and shut it down. Congratulations to Ben Crump for making many victories. There are many more to go. Again, my apologies to Nolan's family for having to go through such a horrible, horrible ordeal because at the end of the day, they thought >> that they were very beloved, respected members of the community. And now that same community through secret letters has been doing a campaign of harassment and racial abuse.

[00:14:48]>> And the people sending it to them, I'm willing to bet are people from the community hidden just like clansmen and their thing hidden. And it's so sad at a time like this, they have to sit there and realize that they had their kid around demons, that they had their kids around people that smiled in their face, but what they really thought about them are written in those letters. It hurts my heart that they're dealing that and it's kind of like a a cannon event that you realize that everything you thought, everybody thought, everything you knew was all predicated on a lie. And as soon as your child was taken from you [clears throat] >> now you see the truth again very sorry to Nolan Wall's family to his mother that's dealing with this to the harassment right but Ben Trump knew what to do and now the FBI that came out to talk about the boys being harassed but not Nolan's autopsy not solving the case not putting any urgency cuz the real victims are the three boys that are alive and they need their futures protected. You know what I'm saying?

[00:15:52]>> You know what I'm saying? Anyway, you guys listen. Oh, really quick, let me read you what the police chief and what the FBI said. Okay. Yeah, let me just read that statement the FBI gave. Um, they said the FBI said, "We're I mean, sorry. The people said we're all young adults and we're still learning this whole adult life thing. Leave it to a young white male, no matter how old they are, to act like Gaga goooo. And I don't care what y'all say. Every time they get in trouble, all of a sudden, I'm still trying to figure out life." Okay.

[00:16:24]>> They declined to kill on Good Morning America. [clears throat] >> You know, not to off nobody. I'm sorry.

[00:16:30]I apologize. Somebody in the comments said, "Cover your mouth or cover the microphone. We don't want to. Sometimes you can't. I don't have time to, [clears throat] you know, cuz it's it's right there. You know what I'm saying?"

[00:16:41]So, I apologize. My bad. That's my bad.

[00:17:15]Um, they declined to appear on Good Morning America. we did no wrong here and we don't understand why we're getting so much hate behind it.

[00:17:23]>> And other other community members involved like Ashley Cole, the local judge and a stepmom whose son has a well was with uh Nolan on the holidays said they deleted their social media pages for the same reason. Okay, first of all, you ain't delete. It went on private or you put it in archive. Second of all, one of their friends lost their life.

[00:17:44]There is a reason to delete your social media if you actually care. This is 100% the actual reason.

[00:17:53]They said that um uh blah blah blah blah. Anyway, and the mayor said, "One second y'all."

[00:18:05]So with that the uh sorry so with that the FBI was like well you know um we are working but now that we have these threats received interstate we got to step in and do something. All right.

[00:18:20]Well that's why Ben Crump gave y'all some homework to do with the actual mom.

[00:18:24]And let's also not forget the governor Tate Breeze. Um, he said, uh, well, here we go. I personally know Sheriff John Le better from Jackson County. God, these all sound like the Birth of a Nation, part two. Very well.

[00:18:44]I've not personally spoken to him. I have full confidence that he's going to do his job. Ree said he does not know all the details of the case, but believes officials thoroughly examine all evidence. What I would simply say, and this was a press conference to just the state of Mississippi, but also he knew it was going to be splashed all over national news. What I will simply say is I don't know all the details. I don't know all the facts surrounding the case. I've yet to see a fact or a piece of evidence that suggests any foul play.

[00:19:16]Tell me they're not sending a signal to whoever can speak up to keep their mouth shut, to hold the line, or you better get in line.

[00:19:25]But if there is, I feel confident that the sheriff's office, the district attorney's office, and the members of the department of public safety to deal with these crimes, if there have been one, they will find it and will do what's necessary. Y'all, this is a cover up. I believe I think Ben Crump is hitting them at the knees at every angle. I don't know if they have any other tricks up their sleeve. A lot of people have been saying that if that autopsy was um showed Dr. showed anything but drowning the crumps the crump would have uh put it forth in the media to which I said no he's trying to uh show corruption he's trying to show what I our instincts and our heart are saying so do you know what I think is going on I think they just sitting there cuz remember Trump was supposed to release the autopsy on the 10th but because they didn't and the state still has it remember I said that that medical examiner the chief medical examiner is doing the autopsy you guys have to check out my live it's a really live the way she already and two other things wrongly mclassified a death as oh we can't determine or it wasn't a homicide when pathology experts from around the world viewed her notes and said this is one I talking about Nolan viewed her notes and said this is 100% pathology and when she literally was known for her quick turnaround time and all this stuff how you getting such quick turnaround times that the police are promoting you anyway here's Here's my point. Here's my point.

[00:20:54]I believe that uh Ben Crump is sitting there. I believe he's sitting there pretty and I think he's like, "Okay, so when when are we going to get when are we going to get the results?" Because I think they're waiting for Ben Crump's autopsy so they can craft the rest of their story. I believe they had their story 78% done that they're like, "Okay, we 78% there. This going to be open to shut." But I believe they need to see what Ben Crump's autopsies findings are so they can get that final police to close the case. And Ben Crump is like, "Nah, we'll wait for your autopsy results because they got to come back.

[00:21:29]They got to come back. They got to come back." And because just a couple weeks ago, y'all was bragging about the light and speed that they came in. They have to come back. So, congratulations.

[00:21:38]Listen, it's a small victory, >> but small victories eventually win battles that win wars. And congratulations to Ben Crump. And of [clears throat] course, Nolan Wells family for having the faith and for the truth and trust to put their faith in the black community, in black lawyers, in people that see the game. And no matter how much that community made them feel like they were loved, respected, they still said no. Cuz whatever's going on is deeper than all this.
