I hope everyone's having a great day.
Happy Friday Eve.
I am here to do my Thirsty Thursday challenges, and then I'm also going to save a little with my challenges um for Aisha. And I'm also going to play with the Painted What Collab.
So, I'm going to start with Thirsty Thursday.
And by that, I'm going to start with this challenge. This is um available in my Etsy shop. There's a version to save $20 each week, and there's a version to save $10 each week.
Um and there's a version that saves the date of every Thursday in 2026. I'm doing the $20 each week, so it'll total just over $1,000 at the end of the year.
But this is one that you can start anytime of the year.
Um and if you do it all year-long consistently, you know, if you start now, you will finish next June, and it'll be an awesome savings.
It doesn't have to be like January through December. Okay, I'm adding my 20 for June. So, now for May and June, we have 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 20, 40.
One more Thursday in June.
How crazy is that? And then this will be halfway complete after next week.
Okay.
And this will likely go to escrow at the end of the year, just assuming we'll have another shortage and have to pay.
Um I want to pay a lump sum versus having that amount um tacked on to next year's mortgage.
Um, so that and if it doesn't need to go to that, then I'll definitely let y'all know what we decide to put it towards.
Okay, I have my challenges in here that I'm working on. I have $75 to save.
So, let's go over the giveaway first.
Each week for Thirsty Thursday, I do a giveaway and I've started now where you can choose two challenges in my Etsy shop, anything that's $7 or less and I can mail them to you or you can choose um for me to send you $10 and I can do that through Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal.

I had some iced coffee from home this morning and then I went to the post office maybe around 10:30 and I stopped by McDonald's and got an iced coffee and put it in my big Yeti, so I'm doubling up on iced coffee today, but it's so good.
That is what I'm drinking for Thirsty Thursday.

I had a doctor's appointment yesterday, and there is a Sonic I mean, it's probably like 10 minutes. It's not super close to where my doctor's appointment was, but close-ish.
And I went I took a a little detour after my appointment and went to Sonic and got a um cherry limeade.
It was so good. Here where I live, there's a few Sonic like Sonics, and but they're very sparse.
They're um They're like 30 miles away from each other. And like the closest one to us is probably 20 25 minutes away.
So, we don't get to go that often, and but I do love their cherry limeades.
So, I got um out of my appointment a little earlier than I thought I would, so I had to ti- decided to take a detour and it was so yummy.
And then for dinner last night we actually had a food truck.
Most Wednesdays there's a like they alternate or they rotate food trucks in the neighborhood next to us and last night it was a Greek food truck and we decided to get dinner from there and it was so good.
So so good.
I don't know if I've had like a bad experience or bad food from a food truck.
>> [clears throat] >> Um I used to in my 20s there's like food truck rodeos in Raleigh and Durham.
And I used to go to those and eat all kinds of good food. [clears throat] But I have not gone to any of those recently.
All right, I have $2.
Okay, so number one will get the last two.
I'll start on number two next week.
Um I don't think I didn't finish any last week so hopefully I'll finish one or two today. I don't know. We'll see.
Okay, so let's move this to number two.
I'll start there next week.
So these challenges the first four go to escrow and the last four go to taxes.
So number one is from Rashonda at Kipp and Lou. She's the budgeting RT on YouTube.

I do want to show you guys really quickly. I'm going to take a brief intermission. I'm going to have new releases hit the shop, I think on Saturday. And I have a new savings challenge um spiral book. It is school and Aristocats themed.
I love it so much. I'll do a quick thrift flip through.
Um Section one, you scratch and save 50.
Section two, you complete the math problems by rolling and you save the amount.
Section three, you choose how to save with each icon.
Section four, you choose your amount to save for each crayon and then scratch and save.
Section five is a roll and save.
And section six is a roll and race and save.
So, I just thought this turned out so cute. I just love Y'all know I love The Aristocats. So, this will be coming to the shop on Saturday along with some other new releases.
Okay, I just did number three. So, number four is from Christelle at Divine Savings Co.

So, I am doing these first two challenges to support someone in our community, Aisha N Budget. I will tag her, and I will um in the description I'll provide the link to her Kofi where you can go find a bunch of challenges that other creators have made to support her and also challenges that she makes as well.
But this one is one that Claudie's Creations made and I have this one from budgeting with Lisandra and these challenges when they're complete I'm going to send the money to Aisha.
For her to use however she needs and I'm doing a D3.
So let's do two rolls for Lisandra's.
two and two So that'll be $4 getting added to this one.
I'm going to take out one and put in a five.
So now I have 5 10 15 16 17 in this one.
Okay and then this one we've got 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 more rolls.
Let's maybe do three rolls.
three two so that's five and three makes eight.
Okay.
All right so I'm going to take out two and put in two fives which is 10.
So now we have 20 25 30, 35 in this one.
So, I'll plan to finish these within the next week or so because there's only a handful of spaces to roll um left on both of them.
Okay, this challenge is a collab that I am part of with Maddie at Floating Funds, Greta at Agape Book Club, Bonnie at Bonfire Budgets, um Punky at Punky Pennies, and Michael at North Country Cash Queen. So, you can find this challenge on all of our Kofis.
I will um tag all of these ladies in the description. It is made as a regular 8 and 1/2 by 11, but I shrunk it down so I could fit it in here. And essentially, what we're doing is we are rolling a D6. Or you can roll whatever die you'd like as long as there's an equal number of odds and evens on that dice, like a D8, a D10, or whatever you have.
So, I'm doing a D6. If I roll an even number, the the light colorful team wins, which is the team that I'm on with Michael and Maddie. And then if I roll an odd number, the dark team wins, which is the team with Punky, Bonnie, and Greta.
So, essentially, the team who gets the most or all of their spaces colored in first will be the winner.
But and I'm saving the amount that I roll each time. So, what I did, I've only been I've only played this one time, but what I did, somebody had a good idea for me to separate um the pink paper clip is the light team and the black paper clip is the dark team. So, when I play this moving forward, I'm going to have the money separated. I don't know what I'll do with it, but I want to see which team gets the most money.
as well. So, let's see. I need to get my pink and then let's Yeah, I'll just stick with this um blue. So, let's roll.

Okay, so now I'll do this flower.
So, $1 going to the dark side. I think I'm going to stop. I have $4, but I want this to last and the dark team really um has taken a lead today. I think what I might do is I'll play it um the next time I play it, I'll roll like a D8 or a D10.
Um so, this money I am I'll do something with it in a minute, but so, for the dark side, we're adding 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 $10.
And we have 5 6 7 8, so now this one has this team has $18.
And then for the team that I'm on, we're adding 1 2 3 and 4.
So, it has 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12. So, we are behind in both the amount of money and the game board.
But that is okay. This is a lot of fun.
Um I'm enjoying being part of this collab.
