This Regional Use of “Whenever” Sounds Wrong to Most Native Speakers

[00:01:16]Whenever I was a kid sounds like you don't know when you were a kid or that being a kid was something that you did again and again. That's why to most native speakers this sounds completely wrong. But in some places, that's what people say. And it's not because they're stupid or uneducated, it's just because that's how they speak there.
