Can Frequency Create Matter? | A Council of Nine Transmission on the Physics of Creation

[00:00:20]What if matter, physical, solid, tangible matter could be created from frequency? Not in theory, not as philosophy, but as physics.

[00:00:31]I received a transmission that describes a process, and when I examined it step-by-step against what science has already proven, something remarkable emerged. Every link in the chain I am about to show you is individually proven in laboratories around the world.

An image that looked like a leaf with many points and a line running through the middle, a natural fractal pattern, the geometry that nature uses to build everything from trees to rivers to blood vessels. Next to it were two curved lines converging like this, followed by a sound wave narrowing to a single point, frequency being focused, concentrated, directed to one location.

[00:01:40]Then came the formula mc squared followed by e square root of two, and then the text >> Palmeridian of altitude 1,379 degrees.

[00:01:56]Coordinates latitude 37,135 and empty rude 731,089°.

[00:02:07]The crossing vectors are in Plato of energy that the new land will emerge.

[00:02:14]>> Now, when I first received this, I did not fully understand the physics. So, I examined each element, and what I found was remarkable. Let me walk you through it. I want to show you five things that science has already proven. Not theories, not speculation, experimentally verified facts. And then I will show you what happens when you put them in sequence.

[00:02:42]Link one, energy can become matter. This is not theoretical. Every day at CERN, the European particle accelerator, pure energy from colliding particles converts into new physical particles with mass.

[00:03:01]E = mc squared is not just a formula. It is demonstrated thousands of times every day.

[00:03:09]Energy and matter are the same thing in different forms. Link two, sound creates structure. This is called cymatics. If you pour sand on a metal plate and play a frequency through it, the sand organizes itself into precise geometric patterns.

[00:03:27]Change the frequency, the pattern changes. The sound is literally telling matter where to go. This was documented by Ernst Chladni in 1787 and has been reproduced countless times since. Link three, sound can create light. This is called sonoluminescence.

[00:03:48]When sound waves are focused in water, they create tiny bubbles that collapse so violently, they produce flashes of light. The temperature inside those collapsing bubbles reaches 20,000 degrees, hotter than the surface of the sun. From sound alone, sound crossing the boundary into light, mechanical energy becoming electromagnetic energy.

[00:04:14]Link four. Vibration can create particles from empty space. This is called the dynamical Casimir effect.

[00:04:22]When a boundary vibrates fast enough in a vacuum, real photons, real particles, appear from what was apparently nothing.

[00:04:32]The vibration converts potential into reality. Something from nothing triggered by frequency. This was predicted in 1970 and experimentally confirmed at Chalmers University in Sweden in 2011.

[00:04:50]Link five. When matter emerges from energy, whenever something new is created in nature, it consistently forms fractal patterns. Crystals, snowflakes, tree branches, river deltas, lightning, galaxy spirals.

[00:05:10]It emerges naturally from the physics of the process itself.

[00:05:15]Fractal geometry appears to be the instruction set by which energy organizes into matter.

Now, watch what happens when [music] you read the C9 transmission as a sequence, each element [music] connecting to the next. The leaf, a fractal pattern, the template, the geometry that tells energy how to become structure. The converging sound wave frequency being focused to a single point, concentrated, directed, MC squared, the equation that says energy can become mass. The conversion is real.

[00:06:16]The door between energy and matter is open. E square root of two, the specific energy level, not random, precise.

[00:06:26]Square root of two is the coupling constant, the point where two states interact and something new emerges from their interaction. And then, specific coordinates, a specific altitude, and the statement, "New land will emerge."

[00:06:44]Read as a process. The C9 is describing how frequency, organized in a fractal pattern, focused to a point, converts energy into physical matter at a specific location. Each [snorts] step in that process has documented science behind it. The complete chain, frequency all the way to physical land, has never been tested. [music] Now the C9 gave specific numbers, latitude 37,135, amplitude 731,089, altitude 1,379.

[00:07:29]These numbers as written do not fit standard geographic coordinates, but if you place decimal points differently, 37.135 for latitude and 73.1089 for longitude, two possible locations emerge. Possibility one, Western Hemisphere, 37.135° North, 73.1089° West, places the crossing point in the Atlantic Ocean, approximately 200 mi off the coast of Virginia and North Carolina. There is no land there. It is open ocean over the continental shelf.

[00:08:13]Possibility two, Eastern Hemisphere, 37.135° North, 73.1089° East, places the crossing point in the Wakhan Corridor, where Afghanistan, Pakistan, China, and Tajikistan nearly meet.

[00:08:33]One of the most geologically active regions on Earth.

[00:08:37]The Indian tectonic plate is actively pushing under the Eurasian Plate there.

[00:08:42]Mountains are still rising. Land is literally emerging through tectonic forces right now. Now, here is what I want you to notice. The C9 said, "New land will emerge." The western coordinate points to open ocean, where no land currently exists.

[00:09:02]The eastern coordinate points to one of the few places on Earth where new land is actively emerging through tectonic uplift.

[00:09:11]And the altitude, 1,379.

[00:09:16]If that is meters, it describes land rising nearly a mile above sea level.

[00:09:22]At the Atlantic location, that would mean something rising from the ocean floor to a significant height above the surface. At the eastern location, 1,379 m would be in the foothills of mountains that are already much higher. I am not telling you which location is correct. I am not predicting a geological event. I am showing you that the numbers when mapped point to locations that are consistent with the statement new land will emerge. Whether this describes something that will physically occur that remains in open [music] space.

[00:10:05]Now here is the part that I find most fascinating. And this is where the C9 may be offering something that current science has not considered.

[00:10:15]Right now, the only way science converts energy to matter is through brute force.

[00:10:22]Smashing particles together at nearly the speed of light in particle accelerators. Enormous machines, enormous energy, and the result is a few subatomic particles. That is like breaking down a door with a battering ram. The C9 is describing something fundamentally different. Not brute force, but coherent fractal frequency.

[00:10:52]Both open the door. One requires enormous energy. The other requires precise information. The right pattern, the right frequency, the right geometry.

[00:11:04]If that is possible, if resonance can convert energy to matter more efficiently than collision, then the energy requirements change completely.

[00:11:14]Not from impossible to easy, from impossible to unknown. And unknown is where science begins. I want to close with two questions. Not claims, not predictions, just questions that I think deserve investigation. Can coherent fractal frequency patterns organize matter more efficiently than random frequency. This can be tested. Apply organized fractal frequency patterns to a cymatics plate and compare the results to random frequency patterns. Measure the efficiency, the speed, and the complexity of the structures that form.

[00:11:53]This experiment could be done in any physics laboratory with existing equipment. Can resonance-based approaches extract particles from the quantum vacuum more efficiently than brute-force collision?

[00:12:08]The dynamical Casimir effect already shows that vibration creates particles from the vacuum.

[00:12:15]The question is whether coherent vibration organized fractal multiharmonic produces more particles more efficiently than random or single frequency vibration. That experiment is designable with existing technology. These experiments are definable. That is the first requirement for any scientific exploration. Whether anyone in academia will pursue them is a different question, but the questions are real, the experiments are possible, and the implications, if the answers are yes, would change everything we understand about how reality creates physical form.
