So, we got together a little jam session and singing was actually our first performance out of the group. So now we have Luna electric guitar and we also have our second electric guitar Luna who is also on a table.

[00:14:49]Ladies and gentlemen, this is Pixel Pegasus. Uh, this is an ensemble that I am arranging for and am directing. Uh, our whole goal is kind of to just take a bunch of this jazz music that is very popular. like um uh I myself am a jazz musician and there are these things called standards that are in jazz music where they are standard tunes that every jazz musician should know. So what I thought to do was take a bunch of these video game on uh video game music melodies and change them into jazz melodies. So, I'm taking a bunch of the theory uh the music theory from uh I'm taking a bunch of the music theory from all of these amazing jazz records and applying it to uh video game tunes.

[00:15:44]So, that one you heard was called Tax Challenge from Kirby Air.

[00:15:56]Uh, this next one is called Midnight Me from the Twilight Princess video games on the Wii for Legend of Zelda. Uh, I originally based this off of a tune by Ysef Latif called Love Theme from Spartacus where he actually reinvents a theme from the original Spartacus movie in like the 80s and he turns it into a kind of jazz walts. So I came up with the same idea for this tune. Uh this is Midnight Steam.

So, to kind of honor him, uh, I turned one of his classic tunes, St. Thomas, into a video game head. So, this is the ground theme from the original Super Mario Brothers.
