What is Peace?Added:
What is peace? We will all understand there's redemptive truths that we receive from God. But what is peace?
Peace is simply life to the soul of a man. We are a spirit, we have a soul, and we live in a body.
So, when you receive peace from God, blood bought peace, Colossians 1:20, by the blood of the cross we've received peace by the blood of his cross. It's redemptive. You have a right to have peace with God, and if you can have peace with God, you can have the peace of God in your life.
Isaiah 26:3, "You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you because he trusts in you." It's an active relationship. "And the peace of God which passeth all understanding will guard and keep your hearts through Christ Jesus." Hearts and mind through Christ Jesus. So, what is peace? It's simply the expression of God's life in your heart and in your mind, in the soul of a person.
