Someone Is Secretly Fuming Because They’ve Officially Lost All Control Over You

[00:00:00]There is nothing more intense and more toxic to a control freak than an absolute unbothered freedom.

[00:00:12]And so, right now, this person is secretly burning up inside because every single string they used to pull has officially snapped. Someone is secretly fuming because they have officially lost all control over you. And so, for quite some time, right before now, for some time, this individual operated like a um is it a puppet? Something like that.

[00:00:45]This individual was really versed and bent on making your life miserable.

[00:00:53]They knew exactly how to manage your life. Um they knew exactly um what emotions and your choices would make you set off, right? Maybe they used guilt trips to keep you, you know, compliant.

[00:01:11]Um maybe they used, you know, soft manipulation tactics um to keep your doubt and all your own judgment minimized. And, you know, maybe they even used the threat of their disapproval to keep you in line.

[00:01:32]And so, this person was comfortable because they dictated um the terms of your ex- your existence.

[00:01:43]Um and you played along to keep the peace for the meantime.

[00:01:48]You believed that there was still inside this person, there was still someone who who come into a realization and let go of this controlling mindset.

[00:02:05]But, this person also forgot that chains only work if the person wearing them chooses not to pull back, right? Chains only work when the person wearing them decides that, you know, they want to keep it.

[00:02:22]And so, this person's rage, the quiet rage they are experiencing right now comes from a place of pure powerlessness, right? You did not break out of their grip with a massive, um, dramatic screaming match. You did something much worse, right? You simply stopped caring.

[00:02:46]You woke up one day and decided that their opinions, their validations, um, and their temper tantrums no longer carried any weight in your life. And so, you started making choices based on your own happiness. You started making choices based on your own timeline and on your own values.

[00:03:10]And so, this person is spiraling because, you know, it is hard for them.

[00:03:18]Things are beginning to unravel because their authority has been revoked. And because they can no longer get a reaction out of you, this person is starting to look completely frantic.

[00:03:33]This person is starting to look stressed out, burned out. They are fuming with anger, right? And so, they might try to launch a sudden, aggressive text back, or they might flip the script and try to act overly nice, right?

[00:03:51]To lure you back in. And this person will try everything including love bombing, right? They will try to even go as far as love bombing you. And when both tactics fails and those tactics fails, right? This person go to the final stage. This is them doing This is them doing their damage control. And so, I don't know if this has already happened or is about to happen. You If it is about to happen to you, you have to be very careful because they know the areas that at least for now they think they know the areas that they can do to get a word out of you. That they know the things they can say to get a reaction out of you.

[00:04:39]And so, the final stage is they are trying to smear your name to anyone who will listen.

[00:04:46]Desperately trying to control how others see you since they can no longer control you. And so, they know or they feel like the what people think and what people think of you and what people see you as really is important to you. And so, they are trying to attack that part.

[00:05:06]But even that isn't working currently because they are in a stage of just anger. And the things that comes out of their mouth about you makes people sit back and doubt. But this is something that the person is doing, right? They are doing it, but it doesn't seem to be working for them. But you have to be very vigilant and very careful, right? Your independence is is too obvious for this person to ignore at this point and that is making them try everything they can within them to get you to a point where you will be struggling.

[00:05:47]And so, the ultimate irony is that is that by trying so hard to keep their grip on you, they have completely exposed their own dependency. Because with you not being in the picture, with you not being there, this person is so extremely obsessed about trying to bring you down, try to lure you back. I mean, it went one one day they're trying to lure you back in their life, the next day they're trying to completely destroy you. So, this goes as far to tell you how obsessed this person is about you, and they simply are just codependent when it comes to you. Because in all clear fact, they cannot move on with their life with with with you not being in it.

[00:06:32]Right? That is why they're trying to make their existence about bringing and pulling you down. And so, this person needed to control you just to feel stable in themselves. As horrible as it sounds, they needed that control over you to feel stable themselves, right?

[00:06:51]And so, now that you are entirely out of their reach, um they are forced to sit alone with their own chaos. They are forced to sit alone with their own thought. And you are not checking for their permission, you are definitely not asking for their advice, and you are certainly you are certainly you certainly are not or you are certainly not English can be difficult sometimes. You are certainly not losing sleep over this person.

[00:07:21]Over their anger, over their rage, right? And so, let them fume and explode. Let them fume and do whatever they think they can do in the corner. It does not concern you. You didn't escape their control just to stand around and watch them be mad about it, right? Keep your boundaries locked when it comes to this individual. Keep making choices that honor your own peace, um, and continue walking forward, right, into a life that belongs entirely beautifully to you. Enough is enough because you have always put others before your happiness, but now is the time where you are choosing you and you are 100% choosing you. And so, all that love and effort specifically has to be poured, excuse me, in you.
