Diving Deep into SEAA 2026: Magic, Mentorship, and the Future of PaymentsHinzugefügt:
You're watching the Paycast Network.
We're here to inform, educate, and elevate. Bringing payments and fintech professionals together while raising the bar for the industry. Thanks for joining us. Let's jump into today's episode.
>> Welcome into the Paycast Network. Today I have a full house with some of my best friends on the show and a very special guest. Starting right here to my left, I have John McCormick of GFC, GCF, >> GCF, >> GCF. and also sea which we will be talking about today. And then I mentioned my friends over here. I have Carlos and Jason back with me. Fellas, >> how are we doing?
>> Welcome back. Welcome back.
>> Thank you for having us.
>> All right. So, what we are doing today, um, well, let me preface that with John and I have done a couple episodes already that should be out by now. Uh, we did one we did a one-on-one with John about John and his journey, which was awesome. Go watch that. Then we also did a uh SEAA specific episode where we announced that Paycast is an official media partner. So if you haven't heard that from the other episode, now you have. Very thankful for that to to John and the board.
>> Um but what we're going to do today and the reason I have my friends here is because John and I had great conversations. Uh but neither of us are agents. And I think that there are probably some questions that agents that are planning to attend SEAA have that we just don't know what they are. So, I brought two of my favorite agents on to ask John those questions as we lead up to the 25th anniversary of SEAA.
>> Am I required to answer?
>> No, you're not. I don't care if you answer at all.
>> We could just talk and have them sit there if you want.
>> Good question.
>> Yeah, we'll just have John.
>> Interesting.
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> Um, so a couple housekeeping things before we do that. Like, subscribe, follow, comment, share. Um, Jason comments on everything that I post, which I'm very thankful for. So, just do what he does. You can even just copy and paste what he says if you really want to feel free.
>> But all of that, we're on all the socials, YouTube, Spotify, Apple, all of that.
>> Uh, next housekeeping thing is John, can you please tell people what they need to know about the conference this year?
>> Uh, so Southeast Choir Show is uh the Font and Blue Miami Beach. Beautiful property. June 8th to the 10th. Uh, really Monday, Tuesday the 8th and 9th.
The 10th you get breakfast on your way out the door. And if you can make it in on Sunday, we're going to have a good pool party going on. So, we hope you'll come and join us. Everything you need to know is on the website, southeastacquirers.com.
Uh, you can find a link to register, a link to book your hotel room, and if you have any questions, just email us at [email protected].
>> Yep. And as part of the media partnership we have, Paycast will be at the show set up outside the expo room uh meeting and greeting kissing babies and all that and also doing a lot of interviews um with some friends of ours, some friends of John's and and so on.
>> Yes. Don't bring babies to the show, by the way.
>> Yeah, actually good point. Don't bring any babies.
>> We serve alcohol.
>> All right. So, you know what we got to do next, guys? Yes.
So, >> I picked the We'll do this one second.
The second one I think you guys will probably know.
>> So, I'll do this first one that I think you might not know.
>> Um cuz it's it's kind of like the one that we did with the the hallway track where it's like it's something you know of but maybe not the name that I just found on the internet. So first question is what was the sales caravan of the 1950s?
There were two companies that did sales caravans.
>> Sales >> in the 1950s.
>> Sales.
>> These this was kind of the precursor to big sales conferences.
>> Okay. The sales caravan >> of the 1950s.
>> The 1950s. They are companies that you definitely know of. Large large companies. They are very much still around. Yes.
>> Gen G.
>> There's one.
>> Really? Wow. Wow.
>> Where did that come from?
>> Yeah. Where did you get that?
>> It was in the dark, deep.
>> I would never. Wait. And what's a GE taking on the road? Are they have jet engines? Good. So, >> I don't know. I got it. Wow. You mentioned GE with the appliance one the other day. I did.
>> General Electric. General Electric.
General Electric and IBM.
>> IBM. Before massive convention centers, companies like IBM and General Electric would charter entire trains or bus fleets to move their sales force across the country for regional pep rallies.
>> It only took me 10 podcast to get my >> Wow, that was really good. Wow. Very good.
>> Okay, next one.
>> All right, let's go. In the world of high pressure sales conferences, which 1980s motivational speaker became a legend for his see you at the top philosophy?
>> Tony Robbins.
>> Nope. But you do know his name for sure.
We've talked about him on the show.
>> Oh, it's um Oh my god.
>> His name is an alliteration. Little grammar hint for you.
>> Zig Ziggler.
>> Bingo.
>> I just need you on every podcast.
Zig Ziggler.
>> Yeah, Zig Ziggler. He was a staple at sales conventions for decades. Famously teaching that you can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.
>> Wow.
>> Which someone said on another episode very recently.
>> Scott Reed and he is uh friends with the sun.
>> Oh yeah, that's right.
>> Yes. Yes.
>> Okay. So Gordon Gecko and I'm like wait a minute he's not a real guy.
>> Yeah. Gordon. No Gordon Gecko.
>> No. No. Zig Ziggler.
>> Zig Ziggler. Wow.
>> Great job Jason.
>> Good. So, like I said, there is an SEAA episode out with John and I already that is a everything you you need to know about not only the history of the show, but where the show is going and where we're at at the moment. But like I said, neither John or I or are agents. And I think agents probably have questions we didn't think of. So, I have two of my favorite agents here and I will give you guys the floor to uh go ahead and give him a bunch of questions that he apparently doesn't have to answer.
>> Yes.
>> Oh, it's all good. No, my first question would be, you know, I've been in the industry 18 years, so I've gone to a few conferences over the years. If I'm a new agent, why should I tr why should I travel down to Miami to go to the SEA?
What would be my what would be my reason for doing that? And what benefits is it benefits me as a new agent?
>> Well, I would say uh we we really try to do a lot to introduce people.
>> Okay.
>> Uh we try to keep things on a social level. You know, that's that's the reason if you come into the exhibit hall, we don't have large booths or anything. Everyone gets a table. Doesn't matter if you're the biggest company in the industry or the brand new one.
>> Yeah.
>> Everyone's on the same footing because we want the goal of the show to be about >> talking to one another and networking and getting to know each other.
>> And there's a lot of opportunity, especially if you come in on Monday with what we're doing this year with the Paintments Connection. And it's a chance to get to meet people early before the show gets going.
>> And I I think it's just great way to meet people because this industry >> and and you know it's what you guys are doing right now. You know this it's really fascinating to me the way that this industry and and the people who are who are good and who are do well in this industry are so willing to share. No doubt >> and and to pass it on to uh to others in the industry.
>> Education is key.
>> Yeah, I think so. you know, we sort of lucked into that because I was mentioning in the one we did earlier, >> we didn't know what we were doing. We just gave we gave each exhibitor 10 minutes and said, "Get up here and talk."
>> And and then it was actually other agents and other attendees who said, you know, we would love to learn more. Uh could you do some more interesting topics or some deeper topics? And that's really what started the ball rolling was was other other agents telling us what they would like to get out of the show.
>> Oh, awesome. Awesome. Uh I I would mention u coming from the corporate world where we all knew each other in that group. I didn't think that this existed outside of the group and sea was the first one that I went to Bonita Springs >> and coming right out of co the attendance was amazing. I still talk to people from the event to this day. And what I will tell is, you know, there's a lot of new people that still are not familiar of why to attend this. And like I say, if you've been missing out on that, >> come you'll meet the friends, you'll meet the mentors, you'll become a mentor later on. Like there there's so much education in the space and and the vendors, everything that you bring together.
>> It's not an easy process, >> right? And I'm sure you vet certain things as well. But but the um for the newbies that are coming out, is there anything that that kind of like gives them an intro or because you know sometimes they come to these events, they just eat and they just stay in the corners.
>> So So what what can bring the newbies um out from that little shadow?
>> Yeah, we need you know we do need to do a little bit. That's one of those things that we did >> uh a couple years ago and we did it for about two or three years. We called it the first time mixer. So, we asked people when they registered if it was their first time there >> and then we would invite them into a place where we might have like 10 or 20 seasoned veterans >> and give them a chance to meet people and meet the people on the board and and start discussions. Uh, I think I would like to get back to that again. That's one of those where we we sort of ran out of time and space >> and it was one of the ones that got cut.
But um hopefully the show is is social enough that that just coming in because we really if you're with the show and you come to the pool on Sunday or you come and talk to us, people are going to start talking to you right away and in the exhibit hall there's going to be at least two or three companies that you're currently doing business with. Or even better, you're going to find, especially if you come to the show knowing, oh, I lost this merchant because of that, or this merchant told me they needed this, you're going to find it in the exhibit hall. So, come on in and start sniffing around.
>> Oh, yeah. And talk to everybody. If not, just at least hit the booth and pick up a flyer, get something because >> this is designed also to help your accounts become stickier.
>> Yes.
>> It less attrition by having multiple products. And this is where you learn the products. Um, I did I used to just do cards and then >> branched.
>> Now, now you're doing it this year in the iconic Fountain Blue. Yes.
>> In Miami. Legendary hotel.
>> Amazing hotel.
>> How a How did you guys hook up with that hotel? Cuz this might be the nicest venue that SCA may have ever been at, honestly.
>> It's It's definitely in the tops for sure.
>> Yeah, it's tops up there. So, how did you a get in there and then b if I'm a if I'm a get if I'm flying into Miami, should I stay because you guys get great rates on the rooms. Should I stay at the Fountain Blue or should I Miami and I'm staying at the Fountain of >> So, so so actually seriously I just booked it because I'm like, "No, I want to I want to enjoy the Fountain Blue."
>> Yes. So, how did that happen? How did you guys make that happen? Shaking and baking.
>> It's It's funny. So, we were actually supposed to be in Miami in 2020.
>> Okay. at the Intercon, but on the mainland side and and it's still it's a beautiful property. Uh if anyone's ever been there, gorgeous lobby, beautiful sculpture.
>> Um >> but we had to cancel it because of co and so it was one of those we're like, "Okay, we want to get back to Miami at some point." And so we we try not to do the same location or real close. So we had just been in Hollywood in 23 at the diplomat. That's right.
>> So, we're like, "Okay, we need a couple years gap before we come back to South Florida."
>> And it it just it was available. I think we were sourcing it as people were still coming out of CO and so the convention business wasn't super hot yet. So, we were able to get a good rate on it >> and they do have tremendous space. The the thing we're bumping up against is the the space we need. Not a lot of traditional hotels have that big of space. Fountain Blue has it, so that's going to work out great. And I mean to stay at the Fountain Blue, you're right on the beach.
>> You amazing pools, great food, >> and so much, you know, what did we call it? The hall >> hallway track.
>> Hallway track. Yeah. You know, that's that's really how the SCA works, you know. I mean, it's it's about being social. And if you're at the Font Blue, I mean, it's it's great. All you have to do is walk down and meet everybody in the blue bar.
>> Yeah. Awesome. Awesome. So, you would definitely recommend folks taking advantage of the lower rates and staying at the Found Blue, >> I think. So, especially this year, I mean, there are some years like when we were in New Orleans, we had a a secondary hotel that was right across the street. So, that's not so bad if you need to save a couple of dollars.
There's because of where Fountain Blue is and the way Miami Beach built up around it, there really aren't a lot of alternative hotels close to Fountain Blue. And it's a huge property, >> so plenty of rooms. Yeah, >> I got a great deal. Thanks for that.
>> Yes, you're welcome.
>> Seriously, I mean, I'm like, do I drive the hour even though it's a 5 miles, but at that time getting out, >> it's an hour because the last time I went there, I had a uh I had a flight that got me into Miami at 9:00. And it's very convenient to the airport. It's the same as soon as you get on the highway, it takes you across the bridge and you're at Fountain Blue.
>> Super easy to get there from the airport. But I landed at like 8:45 in the morning. So it took me like an hour of just this.
>> It's right there. I can see.
>> Yes, it's I could get out and walk. You can drop me off.
>> I wonder if the water taxis will be working by then. They they mentioned about doing your water taxi service. So >> Jason doesn't do water.
>> I don't know. But I thanks for the local tip. I don't know about the water.
>> I'll do a water taxi.
>> I'll take the water taxi. Big on that.
But at Miami Beach, they they've been, you know, >> really trying to improve that side of it.
>> Really?
>> Yeah.
>> All right.
>> We could do an episode on the water taxi.
>> Yeahan.
>> We could do an episode on the water.
>> Right.
>> Taking it.
>> So, let me ask you another question, John. So, >> the years I've gone, there's always been a keynote speaker, been a big time, you know, guest speaker. Who is this year's guest speaker? Who >> Oh, thank you. Yeah. So, this year it's very exciting. It's a gentleman named John Dornboss.
>> Okay. And if anyone's an America's Got Talent fan, he was a finalist. Uh I don't remember which season, but he was a uh a former athlete, played for the Philadelphia Eagles as a long snapper on one of their Super Bowl teams, and he's also a magician. So uh he also had a trauma very early in his life. His uh dad killed his mom.
>> Oh my goodness.
>> And and so he talks about surviving that trauma.
>> Okay. and using magic to push the tail forward. So, it should be really exciting. We're really excited to have them.
>> Yeah, that's also very good.
>> That's a nice event. The um >> what what's one of the big highlights that that you're looking forward to seeing or that agents have commented on when you do the surveys and stuff?
>> Yeah. So, you get the surveys sent out.
What is what are you thinking is going to be the the highlight this year?
What's going to hit?
>> Boy, I really hope the payments connection does great. Well, the paycast network is going to be there.
>> Paycast network of course. Of course, >> Katie Chase, >> but also the payment connection.
>> But that so that's going to be new, you know. It's it's um >> So, it's a payment connection. Yeah.
Explain a little.
>> Yeah. So, it's really going to be for people who've been before. We were doing this thing called um demo days. Yep.
>> Where we'd have six or seven spare rooms, >> small, it was meant to be small groups, >> intimate in 15, 20 minutes, >> introduce them to something new. and we always wanted to be about a new product and we just got to a point where we couldn't get that many small rooms anymore so we didn't do it but everyone seemed to really like it and they asked us if we would bring it back and so one of our committee members said you know what let me write something up I've got an idea to combine demo day with speed dating >> and so we're going to call it the payments connection >> oh nice >> so we'll have 10 exhibitors with a new product and they're each going to have a cocktail table between two of the rooms >> and five minutes each. We're just going to ring the bell and keep people moving so you can get a fiveminute introduction.
>> Nice.
>> And if if you like the product, go see them in the exhibit hall.
>> Yeah, that's awesome.
>> I like that.
>> Yeah. Speed dating. I like that option.
>> Some people naturally uh gravitate to the product that they know >> or they see the vendor that they work with. But there's so much out there to learn.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> And then how many vendors are going to be there?
>> Uh for this year it's 10.
>> 10. Okay. So, 10 payment connection sessions, 10 different rooms with 10 different folks doing the payment connections.
>> No, no, just 10 exhibitors.
>> Exhibitors. I got you. Two rooms. I got you.
>> So, we're hoping we're hoping if it works out that we'll be able to put more space out next year, do a little more next year.
>> Very good.
>> So, are you going to have like a >> I'm thinking of like a traffic cop kind of person that when time's up >> we are.
>> And it's not going to be me thankfully.
We could I can come down and do be the So we are we are going to do that. So be uh so it'll be between the two rooms and we'll have one in each room hustling them up saying yeah hurting the cat right some people get intimidated on these shows so it is Miami but dress code um code is always >> it is black tie by the way now that you mention it. You see that everyone black tie then?
>> No.
>> No.
>> Black tie for you.
>> You just ran in a swimming pool. In the swimming pool. In a bow tie pool. I will have a bow tie. Watch.
>> Yeah, I believe you will.
>> You keep saying things I'm going to hold you to. You got to go into I'm going to have to do it.
>> Yeah. No doubt about it.
>> So, I'll draw the line at speedos. No speedos.
I know.
>> But really, it's it's resort casual. I mean, it's obviously hot in Miami. you know >> how we're dressed right now, right?
>> Yeah.
>> Business casual. If if it's really hot out, put on shorts. Don't don't be dying in the Miami heat.
>> Y actually have a quick question unless you guys have one to follow.
>> Back to the payments connection uh idea program. How did you choose the vendors?
>> So, the advisory committee is doing that right now. So, we opened it up and we asked, "Do you have a new product?" And and there was an application out there.
So, um I saw the list the other day and I wish I could remember how many it was, but it's much more than 10. Yeah.
>> So, then the advisory committee is going to go through look at them and they're going to try to pick products that um look appealing but also are a variety, right? So, we don't want all 10 to be the same thing. But, >> um yeah, you know, there's always so many new interesting things coming out in this industry.
>> And you're trying to focus on new.
>> We try to focus on new.
>> Okay.
>> Yeah. Because that was really the whole idea behind demo day is we wanted it to be new new new products like what's a new technology that's coming out >> to give people a more hands-on one-on-one presentation for it. Okay.
>> Cuz when you're in the exhibit hall, >> I mean, it's always great and and the exhibit hall is fun, great place to meet people, but it's it's loud.
>> There's so many people going by. It's hard to concentrate and it's hard to have even if you're >> even if it's only five minutes in the payments connection, you can you can make that meaningful. Yeah. Yeah.
>> Compared to the exhibit hall where there's everything going on, >> right?
>> Yeah.
>> So, I will ask you this. So, we've got SEA in June.
>> Yes.
>> Okay. So, >> I personally always feel like SEA is the best show of all four of them.
>> I didn't pay for that.
>> He didn't pay for that. That's me personally. I think you guys run a fantastic show. It's always the most attended. It's always got the best speaker. It's just amazing. It's a great show. Um, new agents out there. They're going to be coming to Miami. This is going to be their first show.
What should they really expect? I mean, it's overwhelming. As Carlos said at the beginning of the of the podcast, the program, >> you could stand in the corner and be kind of overwhelmed when you get there if you don't know what to do. So, as a newbie, what do we what should they expect? And I guess what should >> give them some tips.
>> It's It's big >> cuz it is big.
>> And it's gotten it's bigger than I ever thought it would be. It's gotten huge.
Yeah.
>> You know, it's uh we'll have probably 1,400 people.
>> Wow.
>> And it can it can feel intimidating.
>> It can be. Um, but I guess the first thing I would say is when you get there, find us.
>> Uh, find the SEA board members and you guys do a great job. We'll be at the registration desk.
>> Um, and and you'll see us cuz we always wear matching shirts. This was from 24 New Orleans.
>> Um, but but we try to do that. So, you can identify us, you can find us.
>> And um, other than that, get get into the exhibit hall. You know, if you're a new agent, you're working with somebody who's in that exhibit hall. Go in and find them. Introduce yourself. Let that be your first connection. Walk up and say, "Hi, >> and and the rest will go from there because they're going to introduce you to someone they know and then someone else they know."
>> It's a great place for to walk into a circle. That's >> yeah, >> how you make connections.
>> So, I actually want to I want to ask you guys that question >> as like as what should a newbie do the first if this is their first conference?
The first one I went to, I was shy. I just went to the booth. I just I just I just picked up flyers and stuff. I didn't want to catch co whatever, you know, but but it was such a great event.
Um it was very airy. It was a nice >> layout. Um and >> and this was the one in every >> That one was a little we were all a little iffy at that point about this close to one another.
>> Yeah. Even on my side, people were talking about like you're going to go or like what like what are they doing? And they did it well and they keep doing it well. Um what I would mention is for the newbies like you know just walk up, say hi. Say hi to the vendors. They're there for a reason. They want to say hello.
Yeah.
>> They want to sell you >> whatever. But you're there to learn.
>> You're learn to uh get educated in the field. And if you're not talking to people, >> then you're doing a disservice a disservice to yourself to the industry.
You should learn something every single day. And by connecting with people like we don't work together, >> I learn from him.
>> Yeah. And I learned from you.
>> He likes my jokes or, you know, whatever.
>> But but the um >> and I think you're right. People in the industry, >> you you may not realize just how engaging and friendly this industry is.
You know, it's great. I >> I think a lot of people realize >> there are so many merchants in this world.
>> No one's going to get to them all.
>> But here's what I've done to be successful.
>> Yeah.
>> And and people are really willing to share those tips.
>> They are. And we're in a we're in a great industry. The merchant services field is phenomenal because it's a huge community, but it's a small world. We all kind of know each other. So, you kind of know the same names. You know who the good ones are, the bad ones are.
And so I would tell that newbie going to their first uh conference, get out and meet people.
>> You just get out and meet people. I've met some of my greatest friends through the industry at these conferences.
>> Thanks, Jason.
>> And it's just an amazing place to meet and get to talk and and get to meet your peers, you know, and and the people you compete with because it's a huge industry. As I said, we but we we all are in the same industry, but we're not really competing against each other, if that makes sense. Yeah, >> you know, we're all friends and so get out and meet people.
>> I say your competition is the guy you see in the mirror or the woman.
>> It's me versus me. Your competition in our industry is really you. It's not the other guy. It's you. So, yeah, just get out and meet people and talk. And I think your venues are set up. I think you guys still do the mixer >> the first night. Oh, yeah. The mixer.
Sure.
>> Is that Sunday night or Monday night?
>> So, we do uh Oh, you know, Sunday night's a great time to be there. So, if you're a newbie, we do um a welcome to the >> sea party, which whatever the hotel is.
So, this year it's welcome to the Font Blue >> and it's 8:00.
>> Yep.
>> 8 to 10. And it's a great place to just come out and >> and mingle before the show gets going.
>> So, we're not the pool party. Actually, there is a pool party >> Sunday funday. Uh it is going to be at the pool Saturday afternoon.
>> Wow. Okay. Sunday night depends on the weather.
>> Uh cuz it's Miami. So if if the weather's nice, we're going to have it on the South Ocean lawn which is close to the pools.
>> Okay.
>> If it's too humid and too hot, we're going to do it inside.
>> Yeah.
>> In the Font and Blue Flirtily ballrooms.
>> Okay. Their AC works.
>> Yes.
>> Yes.
Yeah. Okay.
>> Um I want to I want to add on a little bit to what you guys were both saying about meeting people. Something that I have >> have realized and was one of the reasons that we started Paycast and we talk about it a lot all the time >> in an industry where everybody's kind of on their own team, right? Like you don't really really work with anybody. You have a couple people that you work with, but still as a 1099 agent, like you it's it's you're your own team.
>> And I think people can get in this. I'm competing against everybody kind of mindset. But like we see at this desk every day and on Facebook and at the conferences, it's not that at all. And even if you are, I know agents that compete against each other in the same market and one of them considers the other one a mentor.
>> So it's like it's not really that that much of a we're all against each other thing. But >> as in any industry, I think where you're at 109 and you are your whole team, you can get a little bit in that siloed off I'm on my own kind of. Yeah, >> I will tell you this. Until until the the Facebook groups started >> and I was going to conferences, I was on an island by myself. I knew nobody in the industry.
>> And I think the SCAA, the conferences, the Facebook groups, they give you the ability to to kind of work in your you're on an island, >> but you also have a bunch of peers and friends, and it makes your job and your day-to-day so much better, >> you know, because you got people you can reach out to. Hey, man, I signed this deal, you know, today. And you can give each other fire and juice.
>> Super Bowl Thursday.
>> Super Bowl Thursday, baby.
>> There's only so many people that you can tell cuz something something, oh, residuals, you're MLM. I'm like, no, no, no, >> no.
Yeah. Yeah. But >> you share your wins.
>> Yeah. You can share your wins. And so these conferences and the SEA especially because it's the highest attendant gives you the ability to meet some great people.
>> Yes.
>> You know, the people you're going to meet are going to be some of your lifelong friends. And I mean I have met some of my closest friends at these conferences and it's just an amazing feeling to now know that you're not on an island.
>> Mhm.
>> You know so >> yeah I I learned to branch out of the verticals of restaurants and lodging and stuff into B2B or >> B2G just because >> you get uncomfortable. So if you feel uncomfortable coming in saying hi then how are you going to walk into that? How are you going to go into the industry industrial parts? True.
>> Say hi to someone here. You're going to learn you'll learn high risk. You'll learn how to handle how to why you ask for financials, all that stuff. But it starts with the hello.
>> And then you're always at the conferences.
>> Yeah.
>> Bouncing around. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
>> You're accessible.
>> Yeah.
>> So if the average new agent wants to come up and say hello to you, you're right there. You guys are wearing your shirts.
>> Absolutely. Guys, very approachable >> and you know there's there's 14 of us.
You can't talk to them. Say hello.
That's that's what I always tell the the team, you know, the pep talk I give them before >> uh before the show starts is um someone gave me this advice before I got married. They said, you know, nobody knows what you had planned.
>> So, whatever happens, just roll with it.
>> Make sure everyone's happy. Make sure everyone's having a good time. So, I tell our team the same thing. Nobody knows what we had planned at this show.
>> If it doesn't go the way we think it does, just keep smiling and that's it.
Let's move on to the next one. What did it have to do with your marriage?
>> I don't know. Cuz my my marriage my marriage didn't last as long as sea. So, >> oh boy.
>> But that's another story.
>> But no, so they are the the whole team.
You know, there's 14 of us. We're all in the matching shirts.
>> And you guys have always been super helpful. You guys when I've gone, you guys do a great job of kind of getting into the the mix of the the agents and kind of making yourselves accessible, which is awesome. we try to do is is say, "Okay, we know where everything is because we plan this thing.
>> Step back for a second and put yourself in the shoes of someone walking in here for the first time. Where do you think they'd get confused?" Yep.
>> Where are some of the pain points? And then >> Yeah. And we'll put people there. We'll say, "Okay, you two stand here then and and help direct people." Just just try to help them out. You know, >> you guys do a great job. that many people in that much space, it can be >> it can be a little overwhelming, but once you're in it, you it it it shrinks very fast.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I did notice uh at the events I've been to, not once did I have to ask which direction to go. The signage was everything was like >> Yeah. The signage is very good with the arrows and it's very well done.
>> Thank you.
Good arrows and signage.
>> I think those are more for me to let me know where I'm supposed to do a great job.
>> But I'm glad it works for you guys.
>> Yeah. Oh, yeah. Definitely.
>> All right, gentlemen. Um, thank you.
