When I Will Consider BUYING XRP Again! (XRP Prediction)

[00:00:03]Good morning everybody. Welcome back to selling ex crypto. Hope you're all doing great. Hope you're having a great week so far and welcome to this new update here, this daily update on XRP. We're going to do a full update. We've had some bearish pressure over the course of the last 24 hours. Yesterday in the video we spoke a little bit about the more, I would say medium-term potential fundamental catalysts, right? So we spoke about the Clarity Act for example.

[00:00:25]Um, we spoke on Sunday about RLI USD and how that is doing. And generally I do think on a fundamental basis we can expect XRP to do well. However, um, as the price action in the last 24 hours confirms as well, at the moment there just isn't much strength in XRP and most of you know that, right? I mean not not a lot of people are interested in XRP at the moment.

[00:00:47]I'm even more interested in XLM compared to XRP and those are correlated.

[00:00:51]Um, that doesn't happen a lot.

[00:00:54]But I still wanted to talk a little bit about the situation right now. Focus a bit more on, okay, when should we become interested in potentially buying XRP?

[00:01:02]What are the key levels to look at right now? What's going on here? Because ultimately like when we're talking about the structure in the short-term fundamentals, it's not great, right? I mean in the in in the longer term we can talk about some fundamental catalysts and say, okay, at some point of time most likely or at least hopefully when we're talking about the Clarity Act that's going to provide bullish momentum. But at the moment when when we're when we're talking about XRP the volume is very low. The momentum in general, so also taking into account leverage is very low. And uh, XRP BTC like I could make the argument that XRP BTC is forming a nice bottom right here.

[00:01:38]Since the start of May. Um, but but do we really have the confirmation for that? No. So that creates an interesting situation where we do have fundamentally some things to be excited about at least somewhat, but we cannot see any and any representation of that in the chart right now. Also if you look at the 4-hour time frame chart right here, we're just in a downtrend, right?

[00:01:58]And and we were trying to gain some stability, but ultimately XRP is still respecting the 7-day rolling VWAP. It's still respecting the downtrend. And [snorts] right now we've also broken down below the previous month value area low at 1.33. Right? So so so I think you have to be slightly bearish on XRP right here though or here. Mostly when we're talking about the fundamentals and the structure. Now, the flow is where it gets a little bit more interesting because what we are and honestly also the higher timeframe structure because when we're looking at the flow, you can see that we're actually gaining getting into negative funding rate territory. That means that XRP is over shorted. The last time at the moment it's it's positive, but the last time we got to a funding rate that is negative, that was the 23rd of May and then we did still get a move into the downside, but after that we were able to form a local bottom and at least get a move into the upside. That did not turn us bullish, but at least we got a little bit of a move into the upside. So that's a nice thing for from the flows.

[00:02:57]Um I think we're also No, I mean there's no absorption yet. So so it's not super strong yet, but you can see these these huge shorts coming in yesterday. And I just don't think that the fundamentals are bad enough to expect those shorts to be very rewarded. At the same point of time when we're talking about the higher timeframe structure, I have to add this. You can see that right now we're we're getting towards some very strong support levels. And like I said, I don't think that the fundamentals in the crypto market which are relevant for XRP at the moment are bad enough for a bearish breakdown.

[00:03:28]Okay, so do I think you should buy XRP right now? No. I would still wait for some sort of a given the fact that those fundamental catalysts are too far away at the moment. I would still wait for for a technical confirmation. Right? So that would [snorts] either be I'd say some sort of a reclaim above 1.34 here.

[00:03:47]Find some stability on top of that. Get a move into the upside.

[00:03:51]Or it would be a hit of 1.28 and 1/2 cent. And I personally, although I do not think this is very likely, um I personally prefer waiting for that level at 1.28 and 1/2 cents. It's the previous quarter value area low. Most likely the order flow will be much better by then as well. I would expect very negative funding rates. So, I'd wait for that, or at least that's what I'm personally waiting for with XRP.

[00:04:15]Alternatively, like I think this is a little bit more likely short term.

[00:04:19]Right? And then maybe later on we're we're we're still going to get that move into the downside, get a bounce there.

[00:04:23]Short term though, why do I think this is most likely? Because we have already shown, you know, when we're We have already shown some nice order flow here, or at least some uh signals that XRP is over shorted at the moment. Um we have a lot of shorts coming in that can serve as a bit of a fuel for a move into the upside. And honestly, Bitcoin, right? I mean, XRP at the moment is still very correlated to Bitcoin, and Bitcoin looks a bit better in terms of uh finding a local bottom rise here and getting some sort of a move into the upside, which XRP will inevitably follow. Um but I don't expect much from here. Like I don't expect us to break above 1.38. I think it's more likely we'll consolidate here, and then from that consolidation we'll see again, right? I mean, maybe the fundamentals change and we can break out later, but that is for later. For now, I think that's what you need to know. So, thank you for watching everybody. Uh take care, and bye.
