And I'm so delighted and happy to have with us and Mr. Muhammad Yo, the founder. I call him the visionary founder and managing director of Bangladesh plc. Welcome and asalam alaikum Mr. Yo.

[00:01:48]>> Yes, thank you. And you know this event has been happening since uh of course go global has been doing many events over the last uh 20 years but this specific business synergy conscious co-creation synergy and spotlight series and power break sessions has been happening since January and every week we meet with many many global leaders and we are so blessed and privileged to have you join us and alhamdulillah you know praise to Allah that we were able to meet you uh in Bangladesh Thank you for bringing I know welcoming us to your space and your all your hospitality in your office and your country. Thank you so much for that.

[00:02:29]Thank you very much uh for uh responding to our invitation uh in a short notice uh coming to Bangladesh and visiting our plant and establishment and the upcoming project and also meeting all our work all level of our workers and officers and uh other uh related people in Bangalore. You're most welcome. you come in again and again to this country and you will be coming to know uh the the wonderful transformation going on in our country.

[00:03:05]>> Absolutely. And you you know this session is specifically for that and we know that when we came it was not just the only trip is going to be a beginning to many more inshallah and what we saw and the reason why we are showing up and we'll be sharing more about what we are up to together for Bangladesh and Lubrev and the industry more importantly this is really a conversation about showcasing what a trailblazer you are and the kind of work that Lubrev and the nation Pride BNO brand has been delivering in the last uh decades and as we start the the session and you know the topic today is turning waste into wealth and the story of Bangladesh's uh green energy pioneer we call you a pioneer and for those of you who are watching this for the first time I know and also the recording I want you to really look into what this amazing u work of Lubre has been behind um you know the history of Mr. Muhammad Ysub and his journey. I just want to quickly share the write up about him because it's also available online but I really wanted to share it here because there's so much of acrylic that I can't just uh do justice by just uh speaking about it online. I mean like just verbally I would love to welcome and you know congratulate Mr. Ysef for the kind of accolate that he holds in the academic space and in terms of marine pollution work in Chittagong Academy and moving into many other qualification from Singapore, Malaysia and also partnerships and uh collaborations with Germany, Saudi Arabia, Australia and the list goes on including China and many other countries. He has traveled extensively just to get the knowledge and knowhow of this industry and look at what are the various contribution he has done for the country as a pioneer who has set up the Greeze House Limited in 1976 and also his experience as the first Bangladeshi organization that's brought about so much of you know growth and and activities in Bangladesh where he set up the first private sector Lube blending plant which is now known as Lubrav Lubrav um Bangladesh that has brought about so many uh international certification as well as as a co-founder for many small cottage businesses. You get to see that I can't probably sitting down here talk about his accolade because there's so much more we will want to speak to him and also get to know him more. So thank you once again Mr. Ysef for joining us. So I'm going to jump right in to ask you the very important question that everybody wants to know what actually you have been up to what really inspired you to start this journey. So sir please share with us what was your original vision behind BNO and how was that vision evolved till today?

[00:06:10]>> Uh thank you. It is a very very important question and first of all I'd like to uh convey my uh con uh indebtedness uh to you as organizer of this uh uh interview and I also I would like to convey my uh uh respect to my viewers and also the study partners.

[00:06:41]uh I'm very happy that uh uh you you have uh already narrated to some extent about the activities. I have never counted like that what was my contribution. I kept on only working. So working was my passion and actually I started my journey in 1974 when I came out from the university after having my postgraduation in economics.

[00:07:16]But uh as you know Bangladesh at that time was a newborn country. The whole country was devastated.

[00:07:24]There is no uh economy at all to what the name to mention about because it is a war torn a war torn country and in 74 the country was deep into a crisis time. So I tried many propositions but I had one vision that whatever I take up as a profession it should be dignified one. So I tried to be a officer, military officer. I tried to be a banker. Then I tried to be a teacher.

[00:07:56]Later on just uh it reminded me the great teaching of my teacher uh Nobel laurate Dr. Mohammad Yunos. Uh on the last day of our classroom in the classroom he taught us that always try to be an employer rather than an employee. So thus I that was the beginning. So he said whatever opportunity is just near to you catch up don't be more dependent on your family because we already lost two years our education career because of the liberation war. So we didn't have any opportunity to waste time. So immediately I tried to enter into a trading business in petroleum products.

[00:08:43]So after running 2 years or 3 years time in this process uh marketing in imported product by third party when the stock exhausted then it was a great demand from our uh customers existing customers mostly the steel sector because to reconstruct a war devastating country huge quantity of steel materials were required but there were as many as 50 steel rolling means in the country. So I started um first in a very improvised toy the manufacturing the rrolling increase because it was in great demand.

[00:09:30]So the market uh increased day by day.

[00:09:34]Unfortunately, the same year in 1974, the I should call it the infamous petroleum act 1974 >> uh which was enacted by the parliament uh having the entire um soy over the fetroleum sector by the government of Bangladesh.

[00:10:00]So there is there was hardly any scope for private sector. So I my struggle also started in the same year. So I tried to open gradually this sector and then there was no licensing facilities no commercial policy was available. So at the uh behest of my oilers I started a small manufacturing plant uh in dering mill lubricants.

[00:10:30]So in any lubricants particularly in lubricating grease the oil content is about 80%.

[00:10:39]But I was not getting any support from the oil companies. So I what I have come to know because any adversity is the mother of success. So I was trying to find out the solution. Then it came to my knowledge that uh dirty do well or waste blue oil may be one of the source of raw materials. So then I started collecting it and also I requested a a company in uh Anglo-Indian company to to help me with the technical knowhow. So at that time at a quite uh handsome amount of uh technical knowhow fee I I I received a package.

[00:11:28]So uh fortunately because the the my budget was very small. So I got all formulations and the design and drawing of the project and fer to fabricate all machineries locally in Bangladesh and that was the first uh uh attempt in in this country. So I started with grease making. I'm the first Bangladeshi to to set up a grease plant.

[00:11:55]But uh as as I mentioned you I was I was uh the student of general science uh economics but uh lubricants lubricating grease were was more of an art than scientating grease and I was so inspired by the local industries that everybody helped me with with their demand. So gradually I just opened up then I I approached first time the industrial development bank of Bangladesh the Shilpo Bank Bangladesh Shilpo Bank to provide me a long-term credit. So they provide me provided me sanctioned me a um a small loan in 1987.

[00:12:53]I I applied in 1980 February February in 1980 but I got the sanction in 1987.

[00:13:01]>> Wow.

[00:13:03]>> Yes. At that time only bank in the public sector providing long-term loan.

[00:13:09]All other were commercial banks. So commercial banks used to finance only the import trade local trade. So as there was a single bank so they provide me carry in 1987 after the lapse of so many years because everyone's asking a question is it feasible that uh lubricants can be made out of uh lubricants.

[00:13:35]>> So in ' 87 uh I acquired this technology. I started setting up the plant lubricating grease recycling of used lube oil petroleum jelly and metal cutting fluid. So only it was only in 1978 the first time after my after my long efforts a two years industrial policy was declared uh for only 500 metric ton was kept for the allocated to the private sector. So immediately taking advantage of the policy I applied for it and I got the license but as you know the this >> so that's why you were the first private sector to get a license uh in that space right so you were literally fight you were literally >> uh in a business that was almost like a government job you were doing the government's work so to say correct >> but uh you know law was uh so notoriously enacted the the contravention of the law was a punishable offense both jail and fine if any anybody contravent that law but I dared to I dared against this law and I started I tried to convince the management that in future this this should be a very important sector so I got the permission because I always uh I was loyal to the law of the country.

[00:15:07]So I got the favor of the government.

[00:15:10]Then uh after progressing some time then I came in contact with a with a German company Hook's petrol loop a is a conglomerate the the biggest German conglomerate. So they uh approached uh us to join us as a partner.

[00:15:31]So in 1996 I formed a joint venture with cook.

[00:15:36]Then after running the uh very it was a very enthusiastic event in Bangladesh that the first private sector um came up with a joint venture on the heartland of Europe.

[00:15:49]>> Wow.

[00:15:49]>> So it was a great event in our country.

[00:15:53]It was celebrated like anything.

[00:15:56]So then uh through this process as you have already mentioned I have been taken to almost all international events in United States, Germany, other European countries, Middle East and China all all these countries I have visited Australia.

[00:16:16]So I tried to learn uh gradually because uh I was from the different discipline.

[00:16:24]Then I started the started uh studying the science of lubricants for many years and this is how uh my vision was to uh be involved in a very respectable profession.

[00:16:42]uh so I got the uh first encouragement and then uh after running the joint venture for few years then I retired because my partner also retired so he say that I want to see you established why not start separately and he I had a very good price of my shares to the company and then >> I started BNO with the recycling plant other other issue other plants like lubing grease and l remain in the hand of my joint venture partners.

[00:17:17]>> Yeah. So you actually went into recycling instead of using the traditional model. So of course you were the first to have the private sector joint venture and then you exited and that's a good uh strategy right you decided but what is even more exciting is you went ahead to the stock market with Lubrev and uh now it's really about the greenhouse and how your vision has taken a new life after listing your company in Bangladesh you actually are going through a whole exciting process uh with the next vision of course you have a second generation taking over the business. So congratulations on that Mrs. Saludin and your family right Dr. Is is and everybody is part of the team.

[00:18:01]Um and we are so glad that you're walking this journey and I want to ask you about the green energy. The conversation is really about how the lubricant and the green energy sector is picking up globally. At the same time, what do you think uh some of the misconceptions are about investing into this sector especially in Bangladesh?

[00:18:23]What do you think the misconceptions are?

[00:18:25]>> Actually uh our country was very important country.

[00:18:33]Once upon a time people still believe that used to believe that the money is no problem. But you know uh with the growth of the economy enlargement of the population and weak urbanization the use of lubricants uh was increasing tremendously but at the same time dispensing of the waste material was a problem.

[00:18:59]So uh then uh then the technology you know the uh petroleum technology there have been a tremendous trans transformation uh because to make it more and more of a healthy product. Earlier the petroleum products used to contain lot of sulfur materials and other impurities which was uh not good for human health. So the there was a tremendous transformation took place in that lubricants in all refineries petroleum refinery particularly. So we as a as an ambitious uh entrepreneur I had to comply with that. So from the a small improvised uh acid clay process to uh we are now contemplating to set up a u highpressure hydroating process.

[00:19:55]So for which we must embark on uh you know huge investment opportunity has been created.

[00:20:03]>> Yes.

[00:20:03]>> Uh we have acquired huge land. You have visited already.

[00:20:09]>> Visited the land. Oh my god. It just across the port such a >> Yes. And also that hydrogen plant is a bit a bit although it is a proven technology but it's a bit hazardous. So I applied to the authority to transform my project from the village area in the township to the port area and also I got all statutory permissions uh including a bath operating jetty and also the aviation is there civil aviation is there so I had to had a clearance environmental license everything done. So now just we are waiting how to switch on this ambitious project.

[00:20:54]>> Absolutely. And that's where so many different vertical has come out of your business, right? It's not just one or the other. You have created a complete ecosystem, a value chain. You you do both. You are an ecosystem. You're also a value chain because talking about oil and every area the value add upstream and downstream has been happening. And I have we have to point out a very important thing that is uh highlighted in your ecosystem is your testing labs.

[00:21:23]Let's talk a little bit about that.

[00:21:24]>> You know uh there's a very interesting question. Um you know uh just to ensure the uh quality of products. So every lubricants industry in particular in petroleum sector is a very sensitive sector. So you must have an a laboratory of your own. So I set up a state-of-the-art laboratory for testing lubricants and allied products. But uh fortunately we had one stage the laboratory was visited by Unido.

[00:21:58]So you need uh these uh visitors particularly the scientist they encouraged me why not you uh get an accreditition to use this as a service laboratory.

[00:22:13]>> So then I got an accreditition from the national accreditition board who are again licensed by the international accreditition council. So in this process now I have started uh third party testing particularly all imported products lubricants and other products is subject to testing by the government of Bangladesh but uh the central testing laboratories in Dhaka. So it was a very time consuming issue that importers was facing great difficulties in releasing their cargo from the port area. So government has authorized me to test the lubricants and other products and we rendered this service within 48 hours and uh we we have engaged so many uh university graduates in chemistry. They are doing very excellent job and uh most important is that the there has been a tremendous uh uh transfer of technology because uh these testing facilities for the those testing facilities were available only in multinational companies and we had to send our products abroad particularly the accordion alliance you know uh our the biggest export item uh governments RMG sector made government sector is subject to periodic test particularly the uh PCB and other related carinomi carinomous product particularly uh endangering the health of the industrial workers was mandatory.

[00:23:54]>> So first of all we introduced this PCB test in our laboratory. In this way we are rendering to the world community you know because the fabrics and the goods produced in Bangladesh is >> going anywhere in the world. We are we are the one of the biggest exporter of RNG in the world. So through this process we are ensuring the uh the good health of our industrial workers and at the same time the product produced by them also be at the mark of good environmental uh >> quality yes environmental atmosphere or the the um that's howity >> we that international the acceptable quality >> acceptable quality That's right. So it's really exciting that this test lab is available and in you know you are not just about lubricant right now you are about overall uh testing lab for FMCG products. I think we were also looking at FMCG product and the manufacturing of garments. So every area every sector requires this testing exactly very very much very partian issue you have raised.

[00:25:11]So once a laboratory is set up and the basic um equipments are set like uh uh there are so many sophisticated equipments like ICP, OES and also the infrared system. So by little bit of converting these uh equipments you can enter into other test in the food industry drink cold drinks and other uh drinking materials >> uh even even the uh agriculture items our exportable items. So we can u there is a enormous uh >> opportunity >> opportunity to expand our laboratory business and it has become one of the major income stream by now or this is our to say very frankly it is our cash cow >> everyday. Yes.

[00:26:05]Yeah. So this is really a important part because we are talking about building a immediate income, short-term income, long-term income, right? And m sorry short-term, midterm and long-term income direction and your short-term income plan has been is very robust. We're not just building your ecosystem in terms of just a lubricant. You're kind of expanded in into the testing and then you're building you're building a track on that. So for those of you who are listening in, if you're part of Bangladesh or love to explore Bangladesh, there's a huge opportunity here where we are looking at partnerships that can leverage on this um in many ways to set up a separate or rather part of the partnership to get into this whole thing around testing because these are pioneers in the industry where they have already set up I mean they are doing almost what 80 to 90% of oil test oil tests that goes to Bangladesh.

[00:27:02]goes through lubrath and so testing is a big one and increasing the quality and standard is a whole new game that can become a a game you know a strong uh stand for the country as well. So that being said, we really want to jump right into what your plans are because you have come to us uh with go global becoming our community partner and you know we are very excited to be your strategic partner in not just exploring how your business growth is happening in Bangladesh but also we got excited with the whole plan on you know bringing in new technology new way of being. So what do you see in Bangladesh the next level growth in the industry is uh for this in uh for this oil and gas and of course uh the green energy because now we're talking about sorry I just have to add on this we're talking about a time where everybody's like questioning the raw material. So let's talk into that and bring some real dynamics to that.

[00:28:00]What you say that uh in every industry uh it should not be selfdefeating the the industrial process should be environmentally acceptable.

[00:28:13]Uh so uh this is a we are we will be dealing one of the hazardous item. So the our manufacturing process should be internationally acceptable and also green one. So our country's policy also or uh our state bank also have a separate scheme for uh helping the uh this green technology project. So our our product has been uh permitted as one of the green products in their policy guideline. So uh you know to make it a greener one and internationally acceptable quality. So we have acquired uh the technical uh we we we signed a technical no transfer agreement with a Californian-based company called the chemical engineering partners um and the uh the primary uh the the basic engineering design has already been achieved. It has been transferred. So we are continuously working on it. Now after this uh we'll be uh once the cut line is lined up we'll be engaging our uh this uh detail engineering people the uh fabrication and also the detail engineering will be done by a separate company. So thereafter uh the international meeting documents will be prepared and accordingly machinery program will start. So every step we have we are uh following a professional approach so that the our dream of making uh setting up a green energy project is is not is never dampened and uh everybody uh around us should have uh appreciate our efforts to make it a to set up a green greenhouse project in Bangladesh >> and regarding the raw materials you know the with the quick urbanization the use of lubricants in Bangladesh uh have been enjoying a growth rate of about 12%.

[00:30:37]far enough.

[00:30:38]>> So availability is ensured and as we have set up a plant on the uh port area.

[00:30:46]So we are also uh uh in a position to import uh our raw materials from abroad once we are facing any difficulties. Uh so uh I have been to the uh North American countries.

[00:31:03]Uh I also tried to find out how to outsource in case we are in shortage how to how to um outsource raw materials and our indust policy government policy is there is there if you can export they'll be it will be it will enjoy tax holiday completely and also is likely to get an incentive uh cash incentive on the export.

[00:31:33]Very nice.

[00:31:34]>> That's that's why uh we are trying to uh make it a export lady export product >> and one thing we cannot don't speak about is your rose foundation.

[00:31:49]>> Thank you very much. Very interesting.

[00:31:51]Thank you very much. You know you know that in Europe there is a Nora Nora North American Recycling Association. So in South Africa they formed a rose foundation. Rose means recycling of oil saves the environment.

[00:32:07]>> Environment recycling. Let me say that again. Rose stands for recycling of oil >> saves the environment. So somebody should put into the comment box if you hear this. Rose foundation. Yeah.

[00:32:21]>> Yes. So we call it the blooming back all the flowers that have gone.

[00:32:28]>> Yes. So you say some of the flowers unbloo.

[00:32:33]So because now the slogan is said that drop of oil they say your oil has a life. So some of the flowers which has not which have gum up properly that we bring back and help it grow again. So that's how this is the theme of the project. So we are trying to encourage this uh oil preservation because you know that uh of all the petroleum products uh lubricants is one of the high valuated products and it is rarely available in the crude only a small percentage of uh lubricants elements are available in the crude oil. So this is very valuable and it should be used and reused as many time as technically feasible. So this is how it's a great efforts to conserve the valuable mineral resources. So the uh the rose foundation is doing uh this public relationship encouraging preservation of these valuable mineral resources to talk with the community to convince the people about the value of recycling. So they are not there a non nonprofit organization.

[00:33:47]So side by side I thought that we should go for some uh future development activities and also we have set up you I as I told you that in the this in the village the the bio gas from the biomass uh we have a small small plants other than our lubricants we are also doing some recharge work in the uh in the urban area in our particular in the farmland how to farmland waste can be converted to energy because we are an energy hungry country. Although you know Bangladesh uh had a tremendous success experienced a tremendous success in the natural gas exploration had there been no natural gas in our country we would have been the crisis we have we had to face a great great crisis you know >> so our efforts to uh acquire energy sovereignity we call in other sectors are also going on tremendously So the gradually the country is opening up to foreign investment day by day. Well, yeah, it has been a such a pleasure meeting up with the Bida Bangladesh Investment Development Authority. Uh, and they are such a young and vibrant team. You know, they were talking about investing into Bangladesh.

[00:35:10]And as we speak spoke to them about, you know, VNO and how our relationship with Lubrev is growing uh very effectively, we we actually position y'all in a, you know, it's a very important time of the world. And how do you see uh BNO's uh investment strategy um being inviting all these investors? Why do you think people need to be looking at BNO or why do you think people should be you know looking at investing into Bangladesh for that matter?

[00:35:42]>> Uh because you know the our government is encouraging foreign direct investment. So they have liberalized the industrial policy and there is a anonymous u agreement in the parliament uh to re repatriate any foreign investment with profit unhindered because uh very unhindered uh opportunities are there no obstacles in uh repatriating your investment as well as the dividends. So government has taken a very open door policy now and bida you have you have gone there you have seen that a very excellent team is working to encourage the foreign investment to attract foreign investment in our country. So many uh economic zones has been established so our project is just located in the port area and it is a theme project. So we'll be enjoying all types of uh the fruits of liberalization like tax holiday period and also the export incentives. So this is how our industrial development authorities also helping us and we are registered with VA.

[00:36:59]Okay. And definitely I see like you know when we are investing in a project and it's a listed company definitely there's share value around it and uh when we somebody's investing in the company and we are taking on a journey of growing the business is definitely getting the best at this moment and as the business grows the share value will increase and in that way there's so many ways people can make money from this ecosystem as well and there's so many other opportunities that's opening uh alongside the growing of BNO uh because as we said there's the lab testing uh work there's trading going on and there's so many other uh uh direction that is overflowing from the opportunity as well so >> it is a I think it is a the next destination for foreign direct investment Bangladesh has elaborated uh this import policy industrial policy then also encouraging uh that foreign investment in export pision zones.

[00:38:08]>> Yes.

[00:38:08]>> Then the economic zones are there even countrywide Bangladesh Bangladesh has has allowed to set up industrial zone by any country independently.

[00:38:23]>> Yes.

[00:38:24]>> You have seen.

[00:38:24]>> Yes. So what happened uh in my last trip while you know uh connecting with many bodies in many government bodies and our Singapore high commission in Bangladesh we we got to hear a lot of interesting dynamics. Number one uh bid is very actively promoting um investment into Bangladesh and a lot of doors are opening up a lot of uh policies are becoming friendly and some of the countries that are very actively investing is China. uh China's gotten a lot of in fact I heard Bida staffs are even learning Chinese right now you know to make sure that the correspondence is more effective and so China is actively investing into Bangladesh where they see opportunity and where China goes you better be there too because we know how what kind of revolution they can bring about in the country as well especially into specific trades and the other thing that we heard from uh Singapore uh High Commission is how our port services uh has already set up a office there is PSA as well as our Sambawang COP which is our oil refinery they have already established and successfully taking off their journey investing into Bangladesh.

[00:39:38]So these are all exciting criterias if you all can see this in fact uh fear of investment always come from not knowing what's in the scene and I I I have to say Mr. you. So, yeah, go ahead. You're going to say something like this. Yeah, go ahead.

[00:39:54]>> Yes. Um, uh, no doubt China by far has become the biggest investment partner in Bangladesh. But uh our door is open to anyone particularly of course particularly the we have a very good business relationship uh investment wise and as well as our import and export with the North American countries particularly USA, Canada and you know whole Europe is our indust without having any uh emotional or in a political string uh we are uh attracting foreign direct investment from anywhere in the world.

[00:40:42]>> Yes. And it's very neutral because our uh investment into luggra is also not about just equity. There's a lot of green funds for those of you who are connected to green fund movement. If you are watching this or know someone doing that, this is really a revolution being take taking off in Bangladesh and being part of Lubrev's journey is really a revolution around the green energy and this is where a lot of grants and funds can be made available and that's also the resources that we are looking out for to partner uh in this journey and I have to you know really uh thank you for your time and before we wrap up this session I'd love to hear from you your personal experience experience in working with go global last four over months we have been traveling together I love to hear from you uh how do you see the potential of these uh partnership what have what have your experience been or progress has been with uh working you know um getting our support and moving forward and how do you ex what do you see the relationship moving forward for the short-term and long-term benefit what do you you know >> before uh before that I would like to say that uh uh the huge funds sovereign funds are available around the world.

[00:41:58]>> Yes, >> the world community world community is committed to help the people engaged in this environmental friendly activities.

[00:42:06]So through this pro opportunity I I'll try to invite uh the companies and the agencies and government uh organizations uh trying or the UN under the option or species of UN organizations to come forward and uh help us in this human services we have started in underdeveloped country like us.

[00:42:30]>> Yes. So and in this process I cannot but appreciate the tremendous efforts this go global is now uh engaging in Bangladesh to promote and particularly uh in bringing in a team alignment you know which most of the developing countries or underdeveloped countries lack of the the team split the it looks like a family organization but we we we want to make it a very u you know uh particularly uh I cannot but appreciate your efforts to u make a very oiled uh team spirit in our in our company last few months you have been working very hard so we are really indebted to go global and we appreciate your reports that this is how the you are trying to convert it a very professional company so that the the uh responsibility is spreaded and this same uh ecosystem works in all the branches in the whole bellow chain. So that's your your your contribution is applauded very much applauded already. Uh my boys are whispering started whispering to me that sir by far we have a very good strategic partner and they are enjoying uh your your uh lessons and they have uh they got it by by by their heart to and look forward to working together in the near future sir.

[00:44:18]>> Absolutely.

[00:44:20]>> Yeah. I'm I'm really grateful to Miss Partibas Rahhat Khan of Asan who has put this together for us. You know she has been consistently in the journey in the space with us and introducing us to and of course it was through Dhaka Chambers that we got to meet you Mr. Saludin that all these journeys started and definitely this is just the beginning to a lot of efforts. is uh it's really corporatizing right getting ourel that's what conscious capitalism is about creating a I love you you saying that it's about family when we start as a business and I have to say your organization is far I mean like by far the the organization I've seen in so many countries right is not about developing or developed some developed countries have listed companies that don't run like a listed company all right So your organization which is so huge and with so many stars and I noticed that less than we we have we have come to your space less than a couple of them have less than five years in your company rest of them are with you like five years and some second generation it's really encouraging to see the family spirit now converting that into a corporate alignment is what we are doing. So that's easy to do because you already have a shared vision and a consistency and resilience to hold on. Uh despite all that has happened in Bangladesh, you have carried on. Now is the next phase and it's it's honestly it's been language- wise is probably the only if you were to ask us the challenge Abduli will agree and thank god her fluency in Bangladesh matches the whole dynamics and your team has been so cooperative so coachable and and thanks to your guidance you know how they look up to you and and the whole journey together. So thank you for walking this journey.

[00:46:16]>> Thank you very much. uh you have rightly spoken that our average employees detention is above uh about 5 to seven years. So that's a very important working environment is uh prevailing here and um our dream is to make it a it's a is ownership the all level of employees we have we have already int introduced the health benefit and also banabolon I I mean to say the provident fund facilities and also have declared a policy of uh guti also So uh in this process the very healthy environment is prevailing in our organization and which in any developing country one cannot but appreciate.

[00:47:12]Uh so I'll be inviting our uh our uh patrons and also our uh strategic partners to visit Bangladesh more uh more and more and you will come to know many things. It is a very blessed country you know a small country but feeding about 180 million people.

[00:47:34]>> So you know all the food grains we are producing by ourselves. Our export basket is expanding day by day and we are also trying to become a trillion uh dollar economy by the uh end of this century.

[00:47:53]>> Yeah. And that I see so possible. Uh like what we said uh it is really about you know when we want to get someone to get invested the investability journey is what you have gone through and I'm so delighted to like you know when everybody gets excited say yes we can do this in three years $10 million profit in the next three years is what we have structured right now and that next step is about creating that long-term plan which is already uh in line with what's the next raises that we will be doing.

[00:48:22]So becoming investable and a team that is ready to move it is the biggest investment builder building the confidence of the investors and we're so glad that we could get to this stage and now it's all about execution and income generating and investor investor coming in and being part of the journey. So in middle east and European now European countries in USA our communities uh actually contribution to uh growth and development of the local you know wherever they go they consider it their own country that is the best characteristics of any Bangladesh people say law abiding.
