The gut functions as the 'second brain' by producing hormones, neurotransmitters, and controlling estrogen levels, making it crucial for endometriosis treatment; dysbiosis (imbalance of gut bacteria) creates intestinal inflammation that worsens endometriosis symptoms, and natural gut modulation through proper hydration (35ml per kg body weight), fiber intake (psyllium), and dietary choices can reduce inflammation, improve symptoms, and potentially reverse endometriosis progression without surgery.

Tem Endometriose ou Adenomiose? Cuidado com o Intestino!Added:
Hi, hi. Let's get started, YouTube folks! Welcome to today's live stream, where I'll be talking about the gut. If you have endometriosis, be careful [when clearing your throat] with your bowels.
I'm Michele, I'm a nutritionist, and I also have endometriosis, okay? So welcome to my channel! Like this video, share it, send it to someone who needs to know about this content, and also, turn on notifications so you're always notified when I'm live. So let's go, let's go in, let's go, let's go, start commenting, we're coming. Let's go, let's go. Let me start the live stream on Instagram here too.
Let's go.
Hi, hi. Welcome everyone to today's live stream. Today I'm going to talk about an important topic, which is the gut.
So, if you have endometriosis, take care of your gut, because your gut is a key part of your treatment. Let me put the topic here. She has endometriosis. Take care of your gut.
Let's go.
This is a series of live streams happening as a warm-up for our event, which starts in the next few days.
So, if you want to participate and secure your free ticket, if you're following me here on YouTube, just click on the video description, okay? That you can complete your registration. And for those of you following along on Instagram, just click the link in the bio or comment with the word "event" and you'll be redirected. I'll send it to you directly, okay? So let's go in, let's go in because today we're going to talk about the intestines. Let's go. Let me grab a tool here. Wait a minute.
So I can show you about the poops.
Let's go. Let's get there, [clearing throat] folks. So, have you secured your spot at the event yet? So let's start the live stream.
Next, the intestine is a crucial and key component in the treatment of endometriosis. It's no coincidence that our gut is called the second brain. Do you know why this happens? It's called the second brain because it's important, okay? It is capable of producing hormones, it is capable of producing neurotransmitters, it is capable of synthesizing vitamins in your body. The gut is even capable of controlling your body's estrogen levels.
So, the functions of the intestine are diverse, and that's why it's considered our second brain. And we know that the relationship between endometriosis and the intestines goes hand in hand, because unfortunately, our intestines are very close to the endometriosis area, right? They're very close, and because they're so close to the pelvic area, to the uterus and ovaries, they end up being a target for contamination, where it gets infected very easily, you understand? So it's recurrent, it's very common to see endometriosis lesions in the intestine.
Who here has endometriosis in their intestines?
And any deep endometriosis, the kind that 's visible on an MRI, is deep endometriosis, okay? Therefore, all endometriosis seen on MRI is deep endometriosis. To start, I'll tell you this, you understand? And most of you, 99% here, have deep endometriosis; it's not uncommon.
Sometimes you think that deep endometriosis is very rare, but it's not.
Most of you here have this case of deep endometriosis, okay?
So, our intestines are divided into two parts: the small intestine and the large intestine, right? That's part of our structure there. And it's very common to have adhesions, which can be a consequence of endometriosis. The adhesions, right? It can be related to endometriosis, and it acts like a kind of glue, you know? A fibrosis, like a rope. So it has this ability to generate adhesions, and also the surgery itself, after you undergo surgery, can have this consequence of adhesions, okay? this little cord, this fibrosis, this cord. And so this [clearing throat] adhesion, it greatly impairs the functioning of your intestines, it slows them down, it makes them work more difficultly, not only slower and more difficult, but it can also impair fertility, because sometimes this adhesion stays in the intestines, in the ovaries, preventing the movement of the ovaries, the movement of the fallopian tubes, the movement of the uterus. This ends up being detrimental, right, making it more difficult for you to get pregnant due to this mechanical issue. And usually, these mechanical issues sometimes end up requiring surgery, you understand?
We don't want to have surgery, do we?
But if necessary, it's good that we still have this option available. However, natural treatment is a great ally to you, and it may even allow you to avoid surgery. I even had a student, you know, a student who had the opportunity to talk to me during the VBE (Virtual Life Education) Q&A sessions, and she opened up and said, "I discovered I have deep endometriosis, the doctor wanted to do surgery, I already had a referral, and then my friend told me about you, she said: 'No, you have to go to Michele, right? You have to do her treatment, you have to follow her program, because I did, I also had deep endometriosis, a lot of pain, a lot of symptoms. It was a surgical level there.
After I did the treatment, I didn't have any more pain, I managed to have quality of life and I was cleared for surgery. So you don't go for surgery before seeing Michele.'
She said exactly that, right? I was even imitating her way of speaking here, but she spoke with a lot of affection, right? Very kindly. And this referral came, right? She became my student. And then I was very happy, right?
We're working together so that she can really be cleared for surgery, but right away she already eliminated symptoms, which is..." This is very important. And regarding being cleared for surgery, we're progressing with the treatment because it's not something that happens overnight, right? There's a process, there's a strategy, you have to follow the treatment step by step, but she had 50% obstruction, 50% involvement in the intestine. And when you receive this diagnosis, you think, "Oh my God, I have 50% obstruction, 50% involvement in my intestine." It can be frightening at first, "Oh my God, what now?" Right? And you might want to have surgery immediately.
But now I'm talking about what I see, the results I see in my students. It's possible to reverse this situation, you understand? It's possible to have a better quality of life, right? And you can also eliminate the focus. The focus, you know? It's not just the symptoms that can be eliminated through natural treatment. The focus can also be reduced, because this patient who was cleared for surgery, when she repeated the tests, no longer had endometriosis, the intestinal obstruction had been reduced. And it wasn't... I only saw one case that I witnessed, and there were several. So yes, it's also possible to reverse, reduce, and slow down the development of endometriosis in your body. That's wonderful. Look at the power you have in your hands, the power to change the reality of your life.
God is wonderful, providing nature with everything we need to take care of our time, which is our body, okay? So, you 'll have the opportunity to delve deeper, to dive more headfirst into natural treatment, in the online event I'm hosting, which will start in the next few days. I'll talk more about it. So, if you haven't yet secured your free ticket, if you're watching on YouTube, just click on the video description. If you're following me here on Instagram, just comment "event" or click the link in my bio and I'll send you the ticket, okay? It's free, you don't have to worry about paying anything. Then, if you want to go deeper, if you want to be guided, follow my method. Regarding treatment, you'll also have the opportunity to join VBE, which is my program, "Live Well with Endometriosis." But in any case, you 'll receive content and knowledge in general, it liberates you, it frees you to make decisions.
Think about it, this person who came to me through a referral, if she didn't have knowledge, she would have immediately gone for surgery, she was discouraged, she didn't see much prospect of improvement in her case with the treatment, but the fact that she had someone, and that person recommended me, talking about the results she had with the treatment, made her try something before going for surgery, removing part of the intestine, perhaps, you know? So I always say knowledge liberates. It's always good to know what your alternatives are, your possibilities, so that you feel more calm or secure. That no, I'm going to go for surgery because, like, I really will have to do it, right? But otherwise, we still have a lot to improve, right? So, we're going to talk a lot about the intestine.
People It's here, there's already time for everyone to arrive for today's live stream. Uh, we're going to talk about the gut.
Why do you need to take care of it? For those who have endometriosis, we've talked about how endometriosis is an inflammatory disease with estrogen dominance. This means that any inflammation will worsen the endometriosis.
So we have inflammation produced in the gut that can be amplified, okay? And that's where your lifestyle comes in, because your gut is a result of what you eat, not only what you eat, but your gut is also affected by the medications you take, the amount of water you drink, what you eat, what you choose to eat, and even your emotions, your emotional state impacts your gut too, okay? So, we have several variables interfering with how your gut will be. Think of your gut, I always like to give this example, as if it were a city, right? The gut is a city. I live here in Goiânia, right? I'm from Goiás, Goiânia.
Here in Goiânia we have a, uh, Goiânia is a city. So in Goiânia we have what? A population, right?
So the gut will also have what? A population.
Keep following? It's a population. This gut population is called the microbiota, you understand? So, the microbiota is the population of our gut.
From the moment we have the microbiota, which is the gut population, we have good bacteria and bad bacteria in our population, right? The good bacteria are gram-positive, the bad bacteria are gram-negative, right?
Just like we have in the city a population of good bacteria and a population that isn't very interesting, that we wouldn't even want there, that poses a danger, poses a risk, throws trash in the street, right? Destroys the city, vandals, let's say. [clearing throat] So, what do you do? If you have a The sanitation conditions in this city, whether it has a hospital, a school, a square—if your city is beautiful and well- organized, it becomes more inviting for good people to come and live here, right?
To start a family, to have a house here, right? Now, if your city is all dirty, dark, without lighting, without policing, without a hospital, without infrastructure, what are you going to do? Nobody will want to stay there, it won't be inviting, right? It could become a marginalized area, right? And then perhaps the issue I was talking about arises, right, vandalism in the city, and so on.
And this would represent the bad bacteria. So here, we have the intestine, I even brought a picture today to illustrate our intestine. Here we have a space, right, as I was talking to you about, the bacteria, we have the good bacteria and the bad bacteria. Here the good bacteria are these colorful ones, right? And the bad bacteria is this one here, this little spot, right?
So, the People have these bacteria.
Positive bacteria are stimulated by good habits. Gram-negative bacteria are stimulated by bad habits. This is very characteristic of how your birth was, how your diet was in early life, right? Whether you were breastfed or not.
All of this determines the type of bacteria you have. So, once you're born with certain types of bacteria, you'll have those bacteria for the rest of your life. Now, as we eat, as we live, we exert influence on these types of bacteria in our gut. So, we select, we may select more good or bad bacteria, depending on the habits we have, you understand? So, nutritionist, when you say, "I was born with that type of bacteria and that's it," yes, you were born with that type of bacteria and that's it, but throughout life you can change for the worse. And that's where modulation comes in, we need to modulate your gut to improve its quality, you understand?
So Here, [clearing throat] here we have the intestinal cells, you see? [laughs] There we have the intestinal cells, you see they're all nice and neat here, together [snoring] the tig junctions.
You see this bridge here? These are the veins of the intestine, right, which are the little hairs that help absorb, right, help absorb food, nutrients, water better. And here we have the blood vessels, right, where we absorb through the cell and through the blood vessel we transport that nutrient to where it needs to go, you understand? So this is a healthy intestine, it's nice and neat. Now look at what an intestine with dysbiosis looks like, which means it has a higher prevalence of Gram-negative bacteria.
Most of you I'm talking to here [clearing throat] have dysbiosis, are suffering from dysbiosis, and it's a diagnosis, okay? And you know what the problem is?
This is ignored in your treatment.
You focus too much on it, it's not just you, but Sometimes the professional you sought out is only focusing on the disease, only on endometriosis, but forgets about you, about your body that is sick. So here we have a bacteria, an intestine that is not healthy, you understand? Which is the intestine with dysbiosis. [clearing throat] You see? Look at how many negative bacteria there are, which are these little spots. The colored ones have already decreased, right? The difference, look, between a healthy intestine and an unhealthy intestine.
Another difference that you can also observe, right, in this intestine that has more dysbiosis here, look, it even looks like it's been eaten, right? Its speed here, look, all broken, you see?
Ah, look here, remember the bridges I talked about? Look, open, the fence was broken. And then, what happens when the fence is broken?
Particles start to pass through these spaces. And when particles pass through these spaces, it stimulates reactions in your body, you understand? Autoimmune reactions, because here it is a foreign body. It's the It's the same thing as if someone entered without the proper protective gear, right? There are proper precautions within the ICU. What will happen? The healthcare professionals will alert security, won't they? That's how your body works. If someone who isn't invited, who isn't organized here, gets through these openings we have in the cell phone spaces here, if they get through, you know what will happen?
You know? It will generate autoimmunity, so it will stimulate your immune system cells, which are your police officers, and these immune system cells will produce inflammatory reactions. And by producing inflammatory reactions, it will inflame your body, it will leave the intestine more damaged, you understand? So this is the process we have of dysbiosis, which is a very significant aggravation of endometriosis. The more dysbiosis you have, the worse it is. But we also have a problem called CBO, which, and even healthy people can have CBO, is bacterial overgrowth, regardless of whether it's good or bad. But when we stimulate it... This excessive bacterial growth causes fermentation, you know? And then it produces more gas, it becomes more uncomfortable, so it ends up not being desirable. Do you understand the difference between an unhealthy gut and a healthy gut?
Look, the more permeability you have in your gut, the more gas you'll have.
The more gas, the more pain, the more fermentation, the more your belly will look like a pregnant belly. You know that belly that wakes up one way and at the end of the day it's [clearing throat] sad and unwell?
You know [rumbling] when that belly is like that, sad and unwell, let's say, it harms your body. So it will ferment more, and if it ferments more, it produces more gas, it produces an autoimmune reaction. So it will start to recognize foods as foreign bodies and can trigger food allergies. That's how food allergies are born because of dysbiosis, intestinal inflammation. That's how autoimmune diseases are stimulated in your body. It's very common for women with endometriosis to also have autoimmune diseases. Fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, right? Celiac disease, ankylosing spondylitis. What else?
Hashimoto's thyroiditis. I myself discovered I had Hashimoto's thyroiditis. When I also discovered my endometriosis diagnosis. Does anyone here have an autoimmune disease? Or am I talking nonsense? Where are the Instagram people? Does anyone here also have an autoimmune disease?
You guys on YouTube suffer. And the good news is that by treating endometriosis you will also be treating autoimmune diseases, okay? So, your autoimmune diseases will be treated. Wow, I only treated the endometriosis, when I repeated my tests, right, the following year, after a year, my thyroid antibodies had gone down by half, by half. So, even autoimmune diseases can go into remission through diet and lifestyle, you understand? Just like endometriosis, it's not an autoimmune disease, but it has a very similar behavior, right? And then, because Having this very similar behavior, we can indeed go into remission of endometriosis itself, where we don't even remember that we have the disease anymore, you know? Like, wow, a super detail, a small detail in my life, I don't even remember that I have this disease. It can happen there, look. Many people suffer here, right, with a swollen belly. I think it's one of the main symptoms, right? A swollen belly, I think it's one of the main symptoms present here among you.
So, we have this issue here, oh my god, God forbid. So, how do I know if I have dysbiosis?
First, if you ferment a lot, you feel your belly bloated, your intestines swell, probably if you suffer, eat a food and feel sick, right away or sometimes you have diarrhea, or [clearing throat] sometimes it can happen that you get too constipated too, look, the right thing is to go to the bathroom every day, but once, twice a day. Going to the bathroom without access is as bad as taking too long to go. Okay, so if you take too long to go to the bathroom, you can develop other complications like diverticulitis, right? And diverticulitis is a real problem, you have to be careful. If you develop diverticulitis, you can end up developing hemorrhoids, right, also because the intestine becomes very constipated, very dry. So, you can develop other problems due to constipation, okay?
And diarrhea too, you'll have nutritional deficiencies, you won't be able to absorb nutrients properly.
I remember a student who couldn't eat, she had to rush to the bathroom. She couldn't eat, people. She had to go to the bathroom all the time. She would start eating and then have to go to the bathroom, you know? She would start eating, she had to get up, rush to the bathroom because of so much diarrhea she had, you know? And that's horrible for her.
She was losing weight more and more, she had no quality of life, she couldn't eat outside the house, she couldn't go out because otherwise she would get diarrhea, she couldn't eat just anything. So, a lot of deprivation in her life. Then When she started VBE treatment, she said, "No, now I'll only go once and I can manage to finish my meal." "You don't have to run to the bathroom." So, think about how much quality of life that woman lost, right? Think about it, because being like that is almost inhuman, right? Horrible. [snoring] [clearing throat] So, going to the bathroom too, if you don't go every day, how long does it take you to go to the bathroom?
10 days, 15, a week? What's it like?
How long does it take you to go to the bathroom?
Ideally, you should go every day, right? Ideally, it should be every day.
But also not having that diarrhea, which is already a problem.
So, if your belly swells, becomes bloated, you'll feel more gas, more gas, more pain from endometriosis.
People, the gas, sometimes when you feel it while exercising, you don't have a feeling of having a heart attack, [laughs] you're there running, exercising, suddenly you get that gas pain, right? When you have those gas pains, it feels like a heart attack. Now, imagine you're having a pain flare-up from endometriosis, right? Having pain flare-ups from endometriosis, feeling those sharp pains, oh my God, it's the end, the end, the end, the end of so much pain you end up feeling. So, it's inhumane, right? It's horrible. So it will greatly intensify these endometriosis pain flare-ups because the area is sensitive, it's like pain during intercourse. Why do some people with endometriosis feel pain during intercourse? It's sensitive. The manicurist went there, didn't remove the ingrown toenail properly, left a piece of your nail. Just wiping with a sheet doesn't hurt, right? It doesn't hurt. Just wiping with a sheet hurts. You know why?
Inflammation. Then you see that it's swollen, you see that it's red, you see that it's painful, that it has a pulse. All of this is the result of an inflammatory process.
Do you understand?
So we have these issues improving, and from the moment we reduce inflammation in the body, we experience less pain. Then It eliminates pain during intercourse, and it also improves that issue of bloating. You understand? And the swollen intestines. So everything gets better, there's no way around it. Sometimes you want to avoid natural treatment by having surgery. Oh no, I don't need to do it, I'm going to have surgery, I don't need to. People, don't do that, okay? There's no way around it, especially because you don't want to go through another surgery. I want you to have surgery if you do. But I need to warn you that there's a chance that two or three months later you might still be suffering from symptoms. And that's horrible. Think about it, it was physically, emotionally, and financially exhausting. Then you have to have another surgery.
Horrible, isn't it? And then we have the parallel issue of having to have surgery, the symptoms returning, or a new area of disease appearing. So, if you're going to have surgery, the last thing you want is to go through all that again. The last thing you want is for the disease to return, right? So, to reduce the... The chances of the disease returning are high, you have to do the natural treatment, because there is a genetic predisposition to the development of endometriosis, but you are the one who triggers its development or not through your habits, your lifestyle. So, if you don't take care of yourself, you will favor the appearance of endometriosis, you understand? You will favor it. And that's what we don't want to happen anymore. You want to reduce the chance, you don't want this disease to bother you.
Understand? Are you enjoying it, guys? Send hearts. Those on Instagram, you 're all very quiet. I want you to talk to me. Where is everyone? Huh? Come on, come on, talk to me. Send hearts. Those here on YouTube, speak up too, right? I want to see if this live stream is making sense.
Yay, very good. I like to feel your energy. I like you to talk to me, right? We do live streams to exchange ideas, to talk. So I want you to be more participative in the chat.
And so, you know, this issue, regardless of having surgery. Whether you like it or not, you're going to have to do the natural treatment. It gets into your head, there's no way around it. There's no way around it, okay?
Because if you promote endometriosis, look, in your gut, did you know that your gut is responsible for eliminating estrogen from the body? There's a complex of bacteria called estrobolognese. This estrobolognese is responsible for eliminating excess estrogen from the body.
So, you know what happens when you have dysbiosis, when your gut is n't functioning properly? This complex of bacteria, especially in those with endometriosis, doesn't work correctly. There's a dysfunction in it. And this dysfunction means that instead of the estrogen hormone being eliminated, it falls back into the bloodstream. It's as if it's recycled, and the estrogen feeds the endometriosis, it worsens the symptoms, you understand? So instead of eliminating it, I recycle it. Look at the role of your gut in controlling endometriosis, you understand? It also It produces more inflammatory cells that will increase the inflammation in your body, because your gut is trying to fight, it's trying to fight that inflammation that's there, that focus, that lesion. And then, it becomes a vicious cycle. Your gut worsens the endometriosis, right? And the endometriosis worsens your gut, and then one will worsen the other, one will worsen the other, one will worsen.
Until it becomes a real ordeal to poop. There are people who poop here. I remember a student I interviewed who said: "I had to hold my husband's hand because I couldn't go to the bathroom." It was like childbirth pain. She already had a daughter, so she already knew what she was talking about. She said, "I have to hold my husband's hand, you know, so I can poop." He grabs his hand from the other side of the door because of so much suffering; it's that thing where instead of thinking, "Why go to the bathroom, people, to poop?" it has to be that feeling of relief, you know? Now, if it's more panic than relief, something's wrong, it's compromising things, you understand? It's hurting you. So, instead of benefiting from it, what do you end up with? You're messing things up, you understand?
Get it into your head. If you feel panic when you go to the bathroom today, instead of relief, something is wrong.
Something's wrong, you know? The correct thing to do is to go to the bathroom every day. It's not working, something is wrong. Poop diarrhea, has diarrhea all the time, can't eat, has to run to the bathroom. Is something wrong? Your intestines are very dry, right? I'm going to show you the different shapes of poop right now so you can tell me which one is yours. If your intestines are very dry or very constipated, something is wrong. Something is wrong. Did you understand?
The gut is the thermometer of our health. In the same way that I say menstruation is a thermometer of our hormonal health, of the balance of a woman's health. Poop is the thermometer, right? The gut is the thermometer of your health. So, through it, a great wealth of information is provided. If you have dysbiosis and your gut looks like this, like I showed you, you won't absorb the supplement you're buying properly. You're going to spend a lot of money, you understand? And it won't absorb.
Before we start introducing supplements or even some medications, we need to modulate the gut. And this intestinal modulation is part of the natural treatment, you understand? It's a natural treatment.
So there's no way to escape. Don't try to run away, there's no way. And blocking menstruation doesn't treat this. This is determined by your lifestyle, the choices you make. A nerve block or surgery won't do that for you, understand? They won't change the environment, but it gives you the chance to change how the disease manifests in your body. Did you understand?
[clearing throat] Right? Does that make sense? It won't absorb water well, it won't absorb anything well. You'll end up with a headache; one thing will only make the other worse.
Now I'm going to talk about the types of poop they're going to talk about.
I want to know without shame. You guys have to check your poop once in a while, okay? To find out how things are going. If there's someone who makes a little poop like that, poor little boy, look, there's even sweat, like one of those kinds of poops. It looks like a little peanut. Look, the boy is sweating to get out.
This poop, right? He's the worst of them all, that's the turd I call little goat.
Then write it like this: #soucabrita.
That little goat poop shows that your intestines aren't doing well. It's a sign of dysbiosis, an alteration in the gut.
And it could be saying that, in addition to not drinking enough water, you might also be consuming some foods that are harmful to your health, foods to which you may have a sensitivity, an intolerance, or even an allergy, you understand?
This little poop here, see? Add the hashtag #soucabritinha if you are. And then we have poop, so, type two.
Pick it up here. If my daughter sees this, oh my God, she'll never leave me again, right? She's going to love playing with this.
If you see a type two poop, it's a little more complicated, it's less painful, but it's still painful. Look, type two poop is still suffering.
This type two stool is harder, right? It has a sausage shape, but it's also more segmented. It's not ideal. This clearly shows that we need to consume more fiber and also drink more water.
Then we have type three poop.
Oh, type three poop also has a sausage shape and a cracked surface, right? There are some cracks on the surface.
He's not suffering as much anymore, is he? You can already recognize his little face.
Then we have a type four poop.
What is this poop here? It has a sausage shape and a smooth surface. This one here is even happy, look.
Next, we move on to type five stool, where there are these soft pieces here, right?
Oh, and the outlines are so sharp, right? It's still possible to see. Just look.
See? That 's not cool either. This type five stool here could be very characteristic of irritation in your intestines. You see, he's got a bit of that look on his face, like I say with Julia, right? As I talk to Julia, she's kind of a nutcase. Did you see?
A guy who's kind of crazy.
And then there's type six poop, which is those airy, shapeless pieces, you know? Frayed outlines.
It looks like it's been torn. This poop isn't very dense, it's also kind of loose. It's not the best thing ever. It has many characteristics of intestinal inflammation and an allergy. Regardless, folks, I'm talking specifically about endometriosis, but this applies to anyone. So, it works for children, husbands, mothers, parakeets, dogs, you know?
Anyone who has these changes in their stool. That's not good. And then there's this one too, look.
It's a type seven, it even looks awful, it's shapeless, it's diarrhea, you know, as we call it. A person who has had diarrhea forever thinks it's normal. She doesn't think there's anything wrong with this.
There is a problem when you feel it; it's similar to the pain you feel from menstrual cramps. Once you feel the pain of menstrual cramps, which you always feel, you think it's normal. Did you understand?
So, what is the ideal poop size from one to seven?
What is the ideal type of poop? Tell me about it. From one to seven, or from you? Did you identify yourselves, or does nobody poop here? Anyone who didn't answer is because they don't poop.
Actually, the word "enfesados" comes from "enfeses". A person who is full of feces, right? They are a grumpy, ill-tempered person. So, the more constipated you are, the more moody and irritable you will be. You're going to be furious.
Ideally, that's right, it's four.
See? Ideally, this is the poop here, type four, the happy one. This is the ideal shape, which is a smooth, banana-like form. If you avoided type four, the further you are from type four, the worse your situation.
The further you are from four, the worse your situation, understand? This guarantees that you have some kind of problem regardless of your age, right?
Like I'm seeing here, oh, my daughter doing it this way or that way is also wrong. Any human being, any human being who does n't have type four poop is in bad shape, you understand? Any human being, type one and type seven are the worst. There's a good chance it's a food allergy, an intolerance, dehydration, or a lack of fiber, you know? Inflamed intestine.
Do it, do it. And do you know what the best part of natural treatment is? When we start doing it, we see results in the first few days. And in today's live stream, I mean, I'm not going to leave you without practical information. So you'll also leave here with tips on what to do to improve your situation, understand? To improve things, let's stop being so grumpy, right? [laughs] So, I've even seen some people asking if they can start my treatment method now, wanting to start from the beginning, wanting to follow the strategies at the right pace, you know? Because it's just a suggestion, please be patient, okay? There aren't any open classes yet, but we'll see how it goes; I'll open one after the event.
Your first step is to participate in the event. For those watching on YouTube, there's a link in the video description where you can secure your spot. And who's following along here on Instagram too, right? For those following along on Instagram, just click the link in the bio or comment with the word "event" and you'll be redirected, okay? So, after the event I will open registration for my program. So, you who are eager and anxious to start my treatment program, you'll have that chance.
But look, it's already starting. If you participate in this live stream, you'll be sharing the tips that I'll also be giving here. You're about to start putting the natural treatment into practice, understand? And in the gut, we can already see it in the first few days. Let's correct the water intake first, because the gut is entirely a result of the amount of water you consume. Here you go, right? Today you have to do some calculations. Take 35 and multiply it by your weight. Did you get 35? He picked up? Guys, go ahead and do the calculation and tell me in the chat. Let me know in the chat if you created the account. 35 times its weight. He did. Let's go, I'm waiting. Let's see if I'm drinking water.
You should drink 35 times your weight in water throughout the day. If you exercise, if you do physical activity, you need to add another 500 ml of water on top of what we just calculated, understand? So, we need to start there, uh, uh, calculate another 500 ml on top of the calculation you've already done, okay? So, based on this question, we drank water and we're going to do the math, right?
Let's say you're going to drink 2 liters, so that's 2.7 liters. The amount I need to drink is 2.7 liters. What are you going to do? You're not going to take 2,700 all at once. Your body can't even absorb it. I don't know if you've ever experienced this, but once I was on a diet, and I felt a lot of sensitivity in my teeth because I was drinking so much water. I had a goal; I remember I had to drink, like, 5 liters of water a day, something like that. Guys, my tooth looks like it's going to fall out of my gum.
Such great sensitivity, so great, right? It's so large compared to what we can't drink much of; it's such a large quantity that our bodies can't even absorb it properly. So ideally, we should break it down into smaller portions. If you have 2,700 to consume throughout the day, what are you going to do? Consume 1 L in the morning, another 1 L in the afternoon, and at night, in the early evening, take 700 ml. Now, a mistake is drinking too much water close to bedtime. Why?
If you drink a lot of water close to bedtime, do you know what will happen? You'll be getting up several times to go to the bathroom during the night, disrupting your sleep.
If it disrupts your sleep, you'll get more inflamed, you'll produce more pain cells, you understand? So, there 's no advantage to drinking a lot of water close to bedtime. You need to drink more water sooner. So take those 700 or 500 ml, or the rest that we counted earlier, understand? Put it there for another 6 or 7 hours of the night. Don't put it so close to where you're sleeping, so you can actually get some rest, that's the ideal position. If you don't sleep well, you'll also feel more pain, it will mess up your hormones more, and it will throw your body out of balance, okay? So we have this amount of water here, we'll drink it in small portions as well. There's no point in drinking 1 liter all at once in the morning, drink 300 ml at a time, 400 ml at a time, understand? Start working on your strategy. It nourishes me, but I forget.
Woman, if you forget, set an alarm. Find a way to solve your problem, find a way to make an excuse.
What you can't do is keep making excuses. Oh, and that too. Oh, and that too. Oh, and that too. Oh, and that too.
You're here because you need to prioritize yourself in your treatment. Now, if you're not going to deal with your problem, well, this isn't the place for you to be here, much less participate in the event, you understand? Here you're supposed to find solutions, but it's pointless to keep offering solutions if you're not taking advantage of the opportunity and are just creating difficulties.
No, my friend, help me to help you.
I'm giving you a solution. Make an effort to put it into practice. Strive to change this reality. Are we all set?
We are. Okay, so I want you all to be there at the revolution event, already in the fourth stage of the cycle. I 've already improved that situation. Just a reminder that to participate in the event, if you're on Instagram, simply comment with the word "event" or click the link in the bio.
And for those watching on YouTube, you can also subscribe in the video description and join the WhatsApp notification group where I always let you know when I'm live, sending you materials and everything else, okay? Another strategy we have to improve our gut health is consuming fiber. So, this is a very important fiber that will greatly help your intestines: psyllium. So now you can start including psyllium in your routine. You can drink psyllium water twice a day, for example, one tablespoon of psyllium in the morning on an empty stomach. Wow, it's going to hit and clean, you know? And I even remembered another strategy. Drink three glasses of water as soon as you wake up.
Drink up, folks, you can eat later.
Drink water, because it will also help cleanse your intestines. It has such a wonderful laxative effect. Then, drink three glasses. Oh, nutritionist, I can't. Drink one, then you can gradually increase it, drink as much as you can, you understand? But if you can manage to drink three glasses of water, it will make a huge difference, okay? Drink three glasses of water as soon as you wake up. So, if you make one of those glasses of water with PSUM, it's PSUM with PSY, Psylium, Ll, if I'm not mistaken, and the M, psicilium, psyllium with Y, okay? no psi.
So you're going to take pool water, no, you're going to take it, right, uh, and put a tablespoon of it in the water and drink it, which will also have that effect, the fiber has that soapy effect, right, of sticking to the grease and pulling it out. So, there will be this benefit of the fat pulling through, right?
The fiber pulling through the fat, and not only pulling through the fat but also providing satiety to improve the lipid profile, reduce inflammation, so it will be positive. You can drink this pilium water twice a day, take one pilium in the morning, one pilium in the afternoon, you understand? It will make a big difference for you. And whenever possible, sometimes we forget, it seems silly, but it's not, folks, it 's not silly. You eat at least two fruits a day. Today, if I ask, there might be people who are exaggerating, sometimes they're not just consuming two fruits. I'm consuming about 10 a day, right? He's eating a bowl of fruit. Be careful, because that's harmful too, very harmful.
It can cause an insulin spike in your body.
If you experience an insulin spike, it will make your life even more difficult, you understand? It will stimulate estrogen, it stimulates endometriosis, it stimulates even more chaos. Did you understand?
Right? Did you understand? Did you understand?
So you have to eat at least two fruits. Sometimes it sounds silly, but a lot of people here probably didn't even consume that minimum amount of fruit. Eating a bowlful of fruit is dangerous, you know?
First thing in the morning, she'll have a bowl of fruit, lots of fruit, she'll eat watermelon, she can't just eat one, you know? Do you know what that does?
Eat several slices. Grab one of those stainless steel cake tins, you know? And place several slices of watermelon there. He's my father. This person is going to suck on an orange, tip, all at once. Be careful, excesses are also dangerous, understand?
Floor water is awful, isn't it? But drink it like you would medicine. Mix it up, then. You can put it in juice, did you know? If you make a detox juice, a green juice for example, in the morning, you could put a tablespoon of picilum in it, you understand? It might be happening there, you understand?
Doubts, so, so, so, following along? So, just so you can implement these strategies of consuming your recommended amount of water, increasing it by another 500 ml, and exercising, right? Drink those three glasses of water first thing in the morning, use the psyllium, right? It's also about doing physical activity, moving around, right? If you're feeling this way today, wow, it's really difficult for me because I suffer a lot from the pain. You don't need to push beyond the pain threshold.
Pain is your limit. But even if you can manage to go for a walk, even if it 's just inside your house or around your block, it will make a big difference for you, you know? And because it will make a big difference to you, it will help you a lot, it will help you a lot to cope.
So, do some physical exercise, because physical exercise stimulates peristalsis, which is the movement of the intestines, and promotes their proper functioning. So, we have these three very important strategies, okay? Throughout our event, I will share more practical strategies with you, because your gut is a result of what you eat. So, you will learn how to regulate your gut through natural strategies. And it all started with the tips I gave here, with the information I shared with you, okay?
So, for those who aren't participating in the event yet, click the link in the YouTube video description to join. And for those of you on Instagram, comment "event" or click the link in my bio, and I'll send you a free ticket, got it? So, did you enjoy today's live stream? Did they understand the importance of the gut in the treatment? So, what do you guys do most often? They're probably ignoring all of you who are here, right? In total, counting YouTube and Instagram, we have more than 1500 people watching live. That's great, thank you so much, so many people want to know more about natural treatments. It's very good, that's why we ca n't stop this mission. There are too many women suffering, Jesus.
So, uh, where was I leaving off? There are more than 1500 people here. And if I told you that 80% of you, if not more, have probably never heard of the importance of taking care of your gut, right? They only heard about treating endometriosis, this and that, blocking menstruation, having surgery. But is this really the right path? We 'll delve deeper into these topics at the event.
Now, unfortunately, few of you have heard about natural treatments.
Most people thought it was just surgery and medication and didn't know the power they had in their hands to improve their situation, to do something to even be released from surgery, to increase their chances of getting pregnant, and that this something could be natural strategies, right? So here, I found out by listening to you.
Great. See? Because knowledge liberates, and until now all the information is free, free for you. So don't miss out, okay? Because knowledge frees you from making bad decisions. Pilion, folks, you can find natural product stores, maybe even in the supermarket. Sometimes if you ca n't find it in your city, you can search on websites, on the internet, you'll surely find distributors there, you know, of Pilio. And everything I've said about the intestines also applies to those who have dysmyosis.
Endometriosis and adenomyosis are not the same disease, but they behave similarly in the way they present. So the natural treatment for both will be the same, understand? Both endometriosis and adenomyosis. Combined?
Great. You explain it very well.
Thanks. I'm glad you liked it, right? I tried to be very playful here.
I tried to be good, uh, how do you say it? Well, oh, I forgot how didactic it is, didn't I? I tried to be very didactic here to talk about a subject that is very important, which I consider one of the most important, for you who have endometriosis, who have adenomyosis.
The gut really does play a role there, and today we know that all natural treatments—not for all diseases, actually, whether it's cancer, an autoimmune disease, or whatever—all of them, you know, they all involve the gut.
So they will all be influenced by the gut, and we will have the gut as a frontline tool in the treatment, in the modulation of diseases. It's not just endometriosis, but we're talking about cancer, autoimmune disease, and several other conditions that involve our intestines, you know? So you're going to benefit a lot from this topic, okay? The live stream will be recorded for a while longer. If you arrived late, you're the last one to arrive, so you can watch it on the profile bio.
Anyone watching on YouTube, please share this live stream with someone, send it to a friend, someone who needs to know, because you can't deny the role of the gut. And if you don't treat it, your treatment is n't being effective and isn't being completed. Even in the absence of menstruation, endometriosis can worsen, and unfortunately, it can return even after surgery. And what will be decisive, right, for all this to happen or not, is the choices you make, the lifestyle you choose, but it has to be a lifestyle you enjoy, because if you don't, you'll abandon it because it's for the rest of your life. If you don't like it, you won't be able to wait to stop. And if you stop, symptoms, pain, and illness may come back to bother you, okay? So, a big kiss for you all. See you later. I hope you're also watching the class with my students, whom I'm interviewing so you can see this new perspective on the results you can achieve. And through natural strategies, I'm also doing live streams with content and information, preparing you all for the ton of information that will come throughout our event, okay? Just click the link in the description here on YouTube, right? The description contains a link for you to secure your free ticket and invite someone. And for those following along on Instagram, just comment with the word "event" or click the link in the bio, okay? Big kisses to you all, may God be with you, and until the next live stream.
