Netflix Is Secretly Hiring Remote Workers ($3,100/Wk | No Phones)Added:
Netflix jobs are back. Listen, I not only have amazing opportunities, I got everything from email support to no phone jobs to evening jobs, remote jobs, six figure jobs. Like, listen, we are about to get hired. So, let's hop right into these opportunities. Now, coming up first on our list is going to be a systems analyst role. And I do want to point out that this job is 100% remote throughout the United States and this is going to be a part of the CS workforce management um operation. So I don't know if anybody has ever worked in workforce management. Um, but essentially this role is going to be a little bit of enhancement going on for that platform and you're going to be providing tier one troubleshooting and support for internal and external users. Now, it's very rare that Netflix has any sort of tier one sort of opportunities. Um, a lot of their stuff, as you know, is like super technical or it's like really um, like senior level stuff. And so, this is a very rare opportunity for you all to be able to put some of that technical support and troubleshooting experience to good use. And I just want to point out how much it pays down here because the role the range for this role is $15 to $190,000.
Now, a lot of you have done technical support and tier one support and I don't think that they were paying this much.
Okay, I'm just saying this is a big old huge deal right quick. So, I have done this resume for you. This is going to be in your PayPal portal. I have customized this resume. But for those of you that want me to personally do your resume, let me show you some of the results that people have recently gotten. Now, I just want to point out my girl here, Miss Healthy. Now, we've chatted before, and she was one of those people that we helped connect to a Yelp opportunity.
So, she ended up saying that she applied for the job, and then she ended up doing the final interview, and she came back a few days later and let me know that she got the job at Yelp. Now, it doesn't stop there because those people who actually did the resume makeover with Hello to Hire previously, like Latoya said she went from applying endlessly on Indeed, and literally she did the stuff in Hello to Hired on day one and day two and has already gotten two phone calls from recruiters. This is literally on day two of Hello to Hired. Lauron had an interview, has actually had multiple interviews since we last spoke. And then Melissa has also said, "Listen, I implemented what Jazzy taught us and just landed an interview for an HR generalist role that went really, really well." And she said the magic wand question had the recruiter like, "Nobody's ever asked me that before."
So, we're really excited for you, Melissa. And then Kanuka is one of my favorites because Kanuka got her resume made over. Me and my team um spend time working on her resume and her resume is absolutely beautiful now. And so within a few days of sending her back her resume, she applied for two senior positions with Amazon corporate and just this morning received an email saying that she has been moved forward in the process. And in addition to this, even after I took this little screenshot, she came back to say she did the assessment and got pushed forward to the next round. So now she's going to do um an interview with the senior leaders over there for a product management role.
Listen, these people are on fire. And it doesn't stop there. So, if seeing all of those people land interviews and get job offers within a couple of days of Hello to Hired, if that makes you excited, I need you to go ahead and secure your spot. Let me be totally transparent with some of you. I just want to say this as far as if you need your resume made over by me. This right here, this middle package has six spots left. As I've said before, the spots are going really fast since just yesterday. Now, this 5K package that you see over here, this is a 5K negotiation package. This only has two spots. Let me tell you why it only has two spots for it. This is where I guarantee you a $5,000 salary increase once you receive your job offer. Now, of course, you're going to get full access to all of our workshop stuff. You're going to get the resume makeover. That's the that's the the stuff that comes standard um with the resume makeover.
However, the offer audit where you can submit up to three offers within a year to me and you work with me one to one directly for us to negotiate you a guaranteed minimum $5,000 on top of the offer that you receive.
I'm just saying 5K modestly. I've helped people get 20K, 30K on top of what the initial offers are. You guys know I'm the queen of negotiation. So, this is where we not only come up with your market report for how much compensation you're worth, but we also come up with the exact script that you'll have to use to counter that offer to get a minimum of 5K extra in your job offer. Now, again, there's only two seats for that.
That is a very, very close group. But for those of you that want to do the resumeé makeover, we only have six spots left. And I can guarantee you there's at least a thousand of you watching this video right now. So please, please go ahead and secure your spot because once they hit capacity, we close it out.
Don't come crying to me the next day.
All right, go ahead and sign up. All right, now one more opportunity that I wanted to point out for Netflix is going to be for their collections analyst role. Now, I specifically pulled this one for my friends in New York. I know a lot of people are like, "New York is one of those places where it may be a little bit more challenging to get certain types of work." Uh, but I do want to just say this, in many of these situations, a company will list out a preferred location for where people um where they want people to sit. However, when you interview so well, they will make adjustments. I will never get tired of telling the story of how I applied for a role in San Francisco at Amazon corporate and I knew dag on well I was not about to leave Atlanta. I interviewed so well they said Jasmine we don't care where you sit as long as you start with us. So you always shoot your shot. Now we all kind of know what happens in the world of collections. And for those of you that have accounts receivable experience, this is going to be one of those really cool opportunities for you to make a whole lot of money doing the stuff that you know um and do best. So the range for this position is 120 up to $200,000.
Um that can be a mix of your salary or stock. Um Netflix is one of those companies that lets you choose what that split looks like. So again, I've done this resume for you, but obviously if you want me to personalize your resume and do it from top to bottom, please make sure you go ahead and sign up for the resume makeover, and that link is down below in the comments as well as in the description box. Now, some additional opportunities that we have are going to be for a company called RAMP. Some of you may have heard of RAMP. Um, we've talked about this before. They have several different positions and yes, New York, California is eligible, but it's also remote eligible for those of you that do not plan to go into any office. So, they are hiring for a customer experience associate. We kind of all know what a customer experience associate does. Um, I wanted to point out that they have email support, phone support, as well as chat support. So you would be um responsible for talking to the recruiter to see which one of those support channels you would ultimately land at.
Now the compensation is going to be 60 to 70K. They do offer equity on top of this. So I just want you to understand that 70K plus equity is pretty darn good. Now another role that they're hiring for is going to be the customer experience associate, but this is for the evening shift. So, a lot of people have been saying, "Jazzy, I need to work something after my kids are home from school. What do you have?" Well, here it is, folks. Here's an evening customer support role that's paying around 70,000 per year. Okay, I just want to put that out there so there are no more excuses for why you didn't sign up because here's the opportunity right in front of you. Okay, just putting it out there.
So, one more opportunity I want to point out again in the collections vertical, um, RAMP is hiring for someone that has that collections experience. And if you're in San Francisco or New York, that is a very wide range, 90 to 155K.
Um, but they're also hiring across the nation depending on where you sit. And so this range can kind of fluctuate a little bit, but again, that is a lot of money to be making for collections. A lot of you have worked in collections and you've made an hourly rate of like 20 bucks an hour. These people are paying you six figures to do the same exact thing that you've done before. And thank goodness with collections, um, you're collecting from like corporate accounts, like their vendors and that sort of thing. So, it's not a phone where you're cold calling people. So, this type of collections account, this type of um collections role is going to be a lot less of a headache than what some of you have done in the past. So, just putting that out there for you all as well. And on top of the base salary comes the offer for equity. So, that is just additional extra money um extra compensation that you ultimately get. Okay. Um, one more opportunity that we have is going to be a risk operations specialist. Somebody that has payments um, experience. If you've worked in banking, if you've worked in compliance, um, you've done anything related to card payments, maybe disputes, chargebacks, uh, AC, that sort of thing, um, you definitely need to be applying for this as well. The resumes are going to be available at paypump.com. But if you're wanting to increase your chances of getting the job, I'm happy to do your resume for you. I'm happy to do your full makeover, your resume makeover for you. These jobs are paying 100 165K. Are you serious?
Like, this is worth the investment. This is worth this salary range is worth the investment alone. Um, and I forgot that a lot of people that did Hello to Hire, they reported their wins, they got replies from recruiters, they booked their own interviews, they were receiving job offers. Like, these are all people that went through Hello to Hired, and they just updated all the statuses and all the progress that they were making. So, I just wanted you to know like what sort of good hands you're in. And I just checked my list. Somebody just grabbed an extra spot for the résé makeover. So, that means we're down to five spots for the résé makeover if you want to have me personally makeover your resume. And again, for those of you that will ultimately get a job offer, this is a one-time offer that I have um after Hello to Hire closes the registration, this goes away as well as far as the VIP negotiation.
Um, this is for people that want to guarantee themselves an extra 5K on top of whatever your offer is. So, if RAMP offered you $80,000, I'm guaranteeing you that I can help you get an $85,000 offer. And chances are we can get probably more than that. This is just me being modest and saying I can get you a guaranteed 5K on top of whatever you receive in your initial job offer. So again, there's only two spots for that and there's about a thousand of you on this uh video right now. So please make sure you are securing your spot while you still have time. Congratulations. Um especially to you um Kanukica for securing the Amazon interviews so quickly. Like this is just amazing how fast she's been getting these opportunities. Of course, Melissa secured her opportunity um her interview super duper fast. Lauron has been getting interviews left and right.
Latoya has been getting interviews.
Like, it's so many people on here that literally a day or two without um a day or two within finishing their first week of Hello to Hired, they're like already getting call backs. So, go ahead, apply for the resume makeover. See if you can still get in. I don't know. The spots are still going fast. We were at six when we started this video. So, now we're down to five. That means that some of you are moving quickly and I will just see you people on the other side, right? I'm excited to get started. We kick this thing off on June 2nd and registration will close very, very soon.
So, I will see you guys in just a couple of days. Bye.
