Hello, I'm John McNamara, IBM Master Inventor from the IBM Hursley Laboratories, and I've been involved in the University of Sheffield's computer science school for a number of years.

A lot of that is based around learning how to learn, solving problems, and using innovative methods. I think that's critical. And also as well, students get access to industry mentors.
