Why AI Agents Fail Without Proper Monitoring, Guidance, and DataAdded:
AI employees are honestly crap. Unless you're adding them in with [music] a real team that are actually monitoring and managing them. AI employees are no new thing. Don't get me wrong, it's a fun space to play in, but I think what people are forgetting at the moment is that the AI employees or agents that you develop are only as good as the team that you position them with. There are definitely cases where people are making it look like they're running businesses off the back of a bunch of Mac Minis and open core setups, [music] but as many creators are saying out there, it's hard-found multi-million dollar or even hundred-thousand-dollar businesses that are using open core and truly running it autonomously on its own to run the full day-to-day operations.
[music] Now, am I saying that they're useless and they're never going to get there?
No. What I'm saying is they're better in combination with a team [music] so that they can track, monitor, and measure for their development because they'll always need additional context, they'll always need additional access, >> [music] >> and they'll need someone to guide them along the way so they're actually developing into [music] what you want and not something that they believe is the best solution without some sort of human intervention.
