The documented contradictions between the testimony and digital evidence create substantial hurdles for the prosecution's burden of proof. This analysis underscores the critical role of cross-examination in exposing inconsistencies that challenge the fundamental credibility of a legal account.

Yung Filly Trial — Video Shows Victim Admitting This..EXPOSED
Added:So, my people, you know files I've got the files. You know what I say let's talk about the Young Philly day two trial. One thing that I don't like one thing I don't like. If we're going to be journalists or we're going to give updates, we're going to tell it all.
Safe to say day one is always the maddest day. It's always the maddest day. When man listens to it, I don't like to hear anything to do with This is mad triggering.
So, I don't like to hear anything to do with uh this disturbing stuff what the alleged victim said.
And then also like if we're going to speak and we're going to say things, we're going to say all of it. We can't talk about day two and then miss all key parts. I'm keep telling you about this culture vulture Murad. You get me? But, we're going to play what he had to say say. But, you know we we all got we all got people that will tell you the facts at court. Obviously, that Murad guy said that he's got some people in the court in the court sitting in the court that's going to tell you the facts. But, I'm confused why there's key factors that the UK don't know. And what happens is obviously the Shae Brother is not going to post me because you look, you know, you get me?
The Shae Brother wasn't internet ready.
And I want to make amends with the Shae Brother and and you know, say that let's work together now. You you've improved your page Will and Helena. It's amazing. You're doing amazing things. I see what you've done.
You get me? Amazing. But, man had to call you out for you to improve your page. But, then you're putting this weirdo. Cuz he's a weirdo. You just say he's a weirdo. You're putting this weirdo that don't like black people that says mad madness into our culture. But, man has to listen to it. You know, obviously, he's telling the Young Philly news. I reacted to it yesterday, but it's very important just to tell the news how it is. Do you know what I mean?
If you're going to tell the news, you done your first segment, no problem, but your second segment, you've missed out key areas. Anyway, let's get into this, man. Let's get into this. Let's get into this now.
>> Today is day two of Andreas Felipe Valencia Varied Toussaint's trial here at Perth District Court. His stage name is Young Philly, and now the UK rapper, he's fighting 10 charges all to do with the alleged sexual assault of a young fan after a gig at a Hillary's nightclub in September 2024. Today, the jury was shown a video taken from inside the club where the woman, she can be heard saying, "I got touched by Young Philly in a good way. I love Young Philly. I'm going to marry him." She's >> So, I just want you lot to understand these things because you see when we always hear day one, and then I've seen more oppo videos, and look, like, it's very important to stay impartial. It's very important to stay impartial. I'm going to tell man straight. I'm not one of these fence sitters and whatnot and whatnot. Young Philly was a friend, is was a friend of man. So, when I'm hearing all of this, this is madness to me, bro. It's It's madness to me, bro. So, it's like the guy gets knocked The guy gets found guilty, bro.
It is what it is, bro. But, there's so much areas of this story that's not out that we're going to watch, and you're going to see everyone's energy slightly change from oh my god, this is crazy to oh.
Like, even day two, no one's not saying much. And it's Why is baffling to me cuz there's some key bits in this why Murad and and the UK is not speaking about. Like, key bits. Like, why isn't the UK speaking about these bits? But anyway, we're going to we're going to speak about it anyway.
>> Says this was after the 30-year-old put his hands down her pants and touched her breast, telling the jury she was naive because he was her idol. That all changed later that night when she says consensual sex turned non-consensual.
>> So, I just want you to know we're going to I'm going to read out a number of things, you get me? But, what we're going to do is we're going to play Murad's stuff what he heard.
>> Says Young Philly violently sexually assaulted her, repeatedly slapping and biting her. Young Philly's defense team called the woman's allegations a pack of lies. She broke down in tears on the witness stand, telling the jury, "I am telling the truth."
>> Cool.
And this is what Murad had to say. Just listen to what he had to say.
>> So, it is day two of the Young Philly trial, and today was the cross-examination of the complainant. My court reporters were in the room, and so I've got a lot of court notes to basically go through. Please do listen attentively. Young Philly, guys, I want to remind you all has denied all charges and is presumed innocent. Today, the complainant was cross-examined by Young Philly's lawyer, David Edwardson.
The complainant, guys, admitted that she worked as a club promoter for Bar One.
She admitted, guys, to wanting to meet him in person and tried entering the VIP area, and she did before 2:30 a.m. The defense lawyer brought up how she claimed he put his hands down her pants, and how she claimed that she said no when he touched her breast. And he says, "That's not what happened at all, is it?" She responds, "Yes, it is."
And was emotional and crying.
>> Bear in mind she was emotional and she was crying at this point.
Cuz you see, what happens is evidence and and videos and all of a sudden this video and things get played in court, and then all of a sudden the crying stops, and oh, well, do Do know what I mean? You can see the news has reported something.
Now, let's get into it.
>> Video played to the jury of the woman inside the VIP area saying he touched me not in a bad way, in a good way. I love Filly. And another video was shown to court where she said, "I'm going to marry him."
>> Now, obviously, look, this is an area of consensual and not consensual. So, what I'm saying is and what the message is is still what she's saying is Remember, she's made it out, "I'm not that sort of girl."
You get me? And it's not that, but there's videos of her saying, "Yo, my man touched me in the like in a good way." Like, "Oh my god." Like, "Boom boom boom boom boom boom boom." So, this We're just stating these things, guys, yeah?
>> He responds to these videos by saying at the time Young Filly was my idol and I was naive. Her diary entry was also brought up where she referred to herself as Victoria Beckham and him as David Beckham. "So, who's your favorite celebrity?" says the defense lawyer. She says, "Yes." He replied, "You saw yourself as Victoria Beckham?" She says, "Yes." The The jury then saw another video, CCTV footage, guys, of the woman leaving Bar One and putting a thumbs up or down communicating with Young Filly who was in the car. "I was intimidated.
I was with seven guys. I didn't want to be rude and interrupt." says the complainant. And went on to say that she thought they were going to after-party, but also agreed that she should herself clarified.
"You went to the car and did a thumbs up and down." She responds, "I don't remember."
The lawyer says, "You knew there was no after-party." The defense lawyer suggested that she was lying, the courtroom heard. Uh how consensual sex turned aggressive. "A pack of lies and it did not happen. You would have been distressed." says the defense lawyer.
She says, "I was." In an emotional way, she responded.
She I put on a persona to be calm so I wouldn't be raped again.
The defense lawyer continues, "So, after being slapped, breathing impeded, bitten, anally penetrated, you asked Young Filly for chips to go?" She responds, "Yes."
He responds, the defense lawyer, "You seriously asked for chips?" She responds, "Yes, I stupidly >> This Listen Just listen to this, but there's key There's a key part of information that the internet and no one's speaking about, but that got mentioned in court, but I just don't We just don't understand why why ain't Murad speaking about it.
>> he asked. Another video was shown to the jury of the woman smiling in the hotel room before she leaves. "I wanted to be seen as calm. I had a high-pitched voice to not make things worse." The defense lawyer states um that a conversation between Young Philly and the security guard did not happen. She responds by saying, "I disagree." He, the defense lawyer, says, "It's another lie." She responds by saying, "I have not lied."
She also says, "I moved away from him, put my fists up and my hands up to get him off me. I realized each time I said something, he hurt me more." It is also described that she was 20 years old, so I believe around 19, 20 around this time. Just a reminder that Young Philly has pleaded not guilty to six counts of sexually penetrating the woman, one count of impeding woman's breathing by applying pressure to the neck, and three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm. So, this is what took place in court today. The alleged victim, the complainant, was cross-examined by Young Philly's defense lawyer with CCTV footage and videos being presented for the court and the jury to hear and see. In my previous video, I locked off the comments purely because this is an active >> Here's my thing. Obviously, let me tell you and give you the facts of what was said in the courts.
Let me read it out cuz there's a key area that we've missed out here. And it's like we're going to tell the news, tell the news, isn't it? They say They say it all. Let's not miss out key areas if you're giving updates on a case and you've got your people there and they're reporting back to you. But let's get into it. Let's get into it. So, obviously, you know, Australia time difference is mad. You know, reading is not internet ready, but you know, the reading's reading. It is what it is.
So, today's update. That was like yesterday, yeah? The jury and the court were shown CCTV of the club. They shown evidence that her relative messages saying, "Fiddy's leaving. Hurry up." And asked the alleged victim what she meant and and said, "I thought she meant the after-party."
So, he said, "They asked her if she's been to one before. Has she been to an after-party before?"
And she said, "Not with any celebrity."
They asked her, "Has she been to one before not with any celebrity?" They then brought up when Jacquees came to Perth.
I hope I said his name right. Came to Perth and she was one of the 12 girls who were escorted to his hotel.
Now, the reading's not great, but this is this is the man. This is who they're speaking about.
Jacquees.
This is my man. So, when he came to Australia, she was one of the 12 girls that went to his hotel. Just to let you know, guys, but this is this for some reason for some reason, guys, this is not put out. Murda didn't speak about this. But check the plot twist. Check it. Cool.
The prosecutor objected and the judge agreed and didn't allow for this info to be heard by the jury.
But it was out in court. So, they just boom, passed it. They didn't dumb down in this bit. But just understand, this is in court. So, she was one of the 12 girls. She said, "I've never been to after party a celebrity after party."
You get me? She said, "I've never been to that." Then they brought out they brought up my man and said, "Bro, well, actually, can can you remember my man do you can you remember his name was brought up when all this happened and said this was this girl was was involved and and she had something to do with my man?
Can anyone remember that? I'm sure there's a video. I'm sure you lot will find it and send it to me. You know, I'm sure. But anyway, so so just to let you know, but for some reason the judge ruled it out to be That's it That is vital.
That's vital, but I'm confused that no one's not speaking about that. This is what's happening in court. This is the facts of what's happening in court.
Anyway, you get me? Anyway, because it's like if we're going to speak about it, speak about all of it.
We speak We heard the madness. Remember Murad done a flipping 10-minute video in-depth madness day one. Bam. Everyone now is reacting to the way how they should be reacting cuz it sounds disgusting. It is disgusting. And if man is guilty of that, man is disgusting and man deserves every bit to him. Period.
Day two. Let's report everything. Let's not miss out these key key areas.
Remember the girl Listen to this anyway.
This girl We've done that.
Cool.
The jury was shown CCTV of her walking in the hotel and was asked, "Why did you go to his hotel if you thought it was a after party?" She said, "I knew what the vibe was. Now we went to have consensual sex."
The prosecution presented a video of her showing her bruises a few hours later with no sound. So, they showed her they showed all them things they had no sound in it. You get me? It had no sound on it. Cool. The defense then played it with sound.
With the sound, she talks about love bites not being not being slapped or strangled.
So, in the video, she speaks about love bites.
She not talking about getting Cool. This is in the case, guys, yeah? Cool.
The state The state are saying Fifi I don't want to over talk with YouTube, but the state saying Fifi boom her and fingered her.
But in But in the video on her phone, she doesn't say that. She don't say that. Cool.
She said she did not She did not speak She said she did not speak to her cousin until she was outside of her house. The defense then showed her CCTV of her coming out of the lift of the hotel going down to her Uber happy, speaking to someone on the phone.
Fifi's defense lawyer asked who was and she who Sorry, guys. Fifi's defense lawyer asked who it was and she said her cousin.
So, she said she didn't speak to her cousin until she got to her house. But after the madness that obviously alleged that she's saying, she jumped on the phone.
She got down the lift. She was speaking to someone on the phone before she got in the Uber. It was her cousin. So, cool. There's an inconsistency there.
Cool. No problem.
Um Okay. Fifi's defense asked who cousin I just missed Philly's defense lawyer asked who it was that she spoke to. She said her cousin. And then he asked again, "Who?"
She then said, "I don't remember."
So first she was like, "Oh, I didn't speak to my cousin till I got home."
Then she's like, "Oh, the CCTV on the phone is on. Who did you speak to?" She said, "Oh, [ __ ] my cousin." And she said, "Who?" He said, "Oh, I don't remember."
That's That's what This is the facts what she's saying in court. Cool.
Then she said, "I don't remember." The defense showed pictures from Photoshop from a photo shoot she did after. So the defense showed pictures from a photo shoot she did after she went to a festival, about 20 pictures including one that was a bit sexual. You get me? So obviously she's saying, "Boom, in the festival there was pictures and one of the pictures straight after when she went to the festival, one of them was mad sexual." They showed her pictures of that. Cool.
They showed her this because she is in her statement. She showed her this They showed her this because in her statement after the festival where her cousin had to rub her head to sleep because she was so sad.
So obviously the madnesses allegedly happened, but she's gone to a festival the next day.
You get me? But what she's stating is she's saying she's stating allegedly she's stating that, "Oh, yeah, boom, well man's going through such a madness, obviously my cousin had to rub my head because man's so sad." So what they're basically saying is, "Well, you're living your best life. You're posting up pictures, skinning out, doing sexual Not skinning out, but you're you're in a in a festival having a great time, you get me? But, cool.
The defense asked her when these pictures were taken, before or after festival, and she said before. The first picture is her pushing up her hair, and on her wrist is a festival entry band.
The lawyer then asked if this how she got the festival wristband before the festival.
She then said, "Oh, it must be before the festival." The The defense showed her a DM of The defense showed her a DM of asked him Fiddy to come back to see him to get her keys.
So, remember we heard like what she said that, "Oh, yeah, Fiddy then Oh, remember we heard she was saying, "Oh, I just wanted to message him to get my keys. I knew I didn't leave my keys there, but I just wanted to message him so he could just see what he done to me." Can you remember that, yeah? Cool.
Even though in the CCTV, Fiddy's saying loud four times, so there's a CCTV of Fiddy saying loud four times, "Yo, man them, we have to leave at 8:00 a.m."
And she sent that at 12:00 in the afternoon.
And this is This is what you got to understand. You see when you're hearing in depth things about, I don't know.
Same thing I want to say with Fiddy, bro.
You're picking up young young girls, you're doing madness, um and bro, like then allegedly man's saying, "Oh, yeah, she's shit." Had sex with sex with her. "Oh, yeah, she's shit." And then then boom boom boom boom.
Bro, like the how that feels for a woman saying that and then obviously after this all of this stuff is now come out. You get me? Obviously she's she's messaged you after this saying I've left my keys. So you're alluding to I want to see you again.
Obviously 50's not Young Fiddy's not there. He has to go. He had to leave at 8 8:00 a.m.
Um Last bit. She also started to cry when saying Young Fiddy touched her boobs and pants.
At the night at the club then we're shown a video of her saying Fiddy touched me but in a good way. She stopped crying.
So this is the facts of it. She's saying that boom she said this oh Fiddy done this boom boom boom boom and she started crying. But when she was shown the video of her saying oh yeah it was in a good way she stopped crying.
So look and this is my thing guys.
It's very important yeah that if we're going to tell like this guy here in the black culture told his his segment. He done this segment.
You get me? He done this segment what got a million views.
>> Okay, so my team is directly in the courthouse in >> His team's directly in the courthouse and he gave a in-depth what happened.
But with the next one he didn't give in-depth. He didn't even tell none of this. He didn't even actually say that the alleged victim was one of the girls that went to the hotel with my man.
So in my head I'm just like what is going on here? You get me? Like furthermore like she said that she never been to another after party with a celebrity. She got cool out line there.
Cool.
She said raw boom my man touched me boom boom boom and there's a video saying oh yeah my man touched me in a good way. So there's lots of errors and then she's messaged him after like oh I left my keys. But then obviously after this mad crazy Remember, we're listening to it and it's so crazy, so so crazy, you are not going to a festival straight away after that. I'm not if anyone Trigger warning, anyone has had to deal with whatever you're dealing with and something crazy that this has happened, respectfully, my people, I don't think that you're going to get up and go to a festival and post any pictures and this and go on a bender and what not and what not. Just get one chance to say then like you're in the video, you're in the court so doing your video link crying.
But then, on the flip side, when you're getting shown these things, you stop crying.
So, this inconsistencies giving you a update of the case and stop listening to people If you're going to listen to someone like Morant, yeah, and you listen to one's story and then you get to the now the defense story and and he's not telling the full breakdown, bro, like it just makes you just wonder like why ain't this Why why why is the Why is the Jaquille one Why ain't his Why why why ain't his one flipping been Why isn't it out there that they flipping that when she she said that and then it's not out there and the judge rules it out. But look, that's my take.
That's my take on it. That's my take.
I'm going to give you an update. Like I said yesterday, I done an update and we listened to what Myriam said and we listened to all of it and and today this is an update of what's happening and I want to give you an update tomorrow what happens in day three. So, I'll wait for everything to come and I'll give you the facts, bullet points, of what's going on. So, I'll see you tomorrow at 12:00 p.m. Make sure you like, comment, and subscribe. Peace.
