How I Sold 100 Websites in 30 Days ($297/month each)Added:
All right, so here's how to sell websites for hundreds of dollars a month to businesses who already have websites.
And just so you know, we are not selling Sour Patch Kid Frosted Flake like GHL 2019 stagnant websites. We're selling real websites, lovable websites. I'm going to show you how to do it. Websites that actually convert and actually look good and actually can build a gap or discrepancy between the level of website they already have and the website that they're going to get. No offense to anyone, but we cannot be selling these 2019 go highle website templates. the businesses anymore. It just simply does not work. Now, yes, I built this website unlovable, and at the end of the video, I'm going to give it to you for completely free. This is going to be your agency website. You can just take it from me and use it. And it even has a VSSL right here, so it's fully functional.
>> Anyways, how many customers? I'm also going to be showing you how to get the websites that you do build for these businesses in Lovable for virtually like no money at all. And I'm not affiliated with lovable. So, that's how you know this is actually like what I use without being affiliated with them at all. and I'm going to show you how to plug them into GHL so that we can use the CRM uh G gohigh level forms, go highle surveys, and really collect all the data and put it back into their sub account in the CRM go high level CRM, but using a website that actually looks good. Now, what's really cool is you can have the website on lovable, but yes, we like to collect that data on GHL. So, what we'll do is up here we have book demo. And from that calendar page, we're going to be able to collect all the data.
We're going to be able to do split tests. We're going to have them in our CRM. And that's how you can actually optimize these for businesses, right? We need to be getting their data. And Lovable is not the best at that. GHL is pretty great at that. GHL just the website builder. It's just not there.
It's just not there. Like you know what?
You know, just not there. Now, here's how we're going to guarantee we can sell this to any business because why limit yourself to only the businesses that don't have websites yet? Because the TAM or totable total addressable market is just going to be so small and we want that to be as big as possible. We want the biggest amount of pool of people to be able to sell to so that we can sell a lot. And if we go to Google and look up businesses near me, yes, you can find a ton of businesses without websites simply by going down here and going to the 10th page of Google, which you probably didn't know existed over here.
Yes, you can go to the 10th page of Google and they don't have websites.
That's why they're on the 10th page of Google. But if we want to sell to all these businesses here, then we can simply go and we can check out their website. And then what we're going to do like eh, you know, like eh. So what we're going to do is we're going to reach out to them and we're going to do this one sales tactic that always works.
Now this is the same system that I use when selling air receptionist. I never sell the air receptionist. I never sell the website. I always sell the outcome that these tools are going to produce.
This is sales 101 people. You got to know this. So this works for yes the air receptionist but we're going to use this example for the web design in this case.
So just hear me out. I'm going to go ac capella for a second. So just listen to me. This is really important. So if you go to someone and you go, "Hey, how much how much are your page views every how much are your page views every day?" And they go, "Well, I don't know." It's like, "All right, let's go check blah blah blah blah." You pull up their backend system, they check, you show them, and they're like, "By the way, I'm going to show you how to get them on the meeting." Well, let me take a step back.
We're going to cold call all these businesses and be like, "Listen, I can double your revenue." Like I already built a system that can double your revenue. Do you want to jump on a call with me and see how I'm going to double your revenue? And this is not [ __ ] Like hop on for five minutes and if you don't want to if you don't think it's legit, then hang up on me and and no offense taken. And everyone always gets on. It's like and I've literally built like stuff that costs thousands of dollars for you. It's already built out customly for your business, right? And then once they do that, you take your website lovable template and you go and customize it to their business, right?
You pull their logo, a few photos, put it on. Right? So, we would take, you know, whatever business we just cold called. And once they agree to, oh, you already built me a website and all this stuff, and you're telling me you're going to double my revenue. All right, fine. I'll give you five minutes of my time. Then once they agree, then we then so we don't waste our time making, you know, a customized website for them, even though it takes a few minutes. Then once they agree, we go and spend 3 minutes customizing the website template to their business and in lovable. And then we get on the call with them.
Right? So, if you did five calls a day, then it takes you three minutes to customize the template to each business.
You're spending 15 minutes to build each of these people a a website essentially.
And that's what gets them on the call, right? That's what gets you past the cold call. I already built you something. I'm not just here to pitch you. And then what gets you onto the meeting is they think they're coming to get something. Like if you wave $100 at someone, they're going to come to you to at least get it. And then once they get it and they owe you a little bit of time. So that's sort of the system we're running. Once we have them, this is how we sell them because they already have a website. Why change? No one likes change. True. Not only are we gonna make a website lovable that is so much more appealing, so much better than any website they've ever seen or have, but what we're going to do is we're going to leverage that. We're going to create the perceived value from that and turn it into a statistical value. Once they see how good it looks, they're going to think it's just better. They're going to it's going to have that halo effect. And then once it has that halo effect, then we're going to say, "Listen, you're you're at the second page." And I always I only go after businesses on the second page of Google. And then for the most part and then I go, "Listen, you're on the second page of Google and your website I'm I'm going to be frank with you. Like I like people who tell it to me straight. I'm going to tell it to you straight. Your website kind of sucks.
It's not the best. I'm going be honest with you. People like that. People like that." Then you're going to say, "This website, I promise you, over the next few months, it will get you to the first page of Google." And what happens when you get to the first page of Google is your page views on your website are automatically going to double. Because if you didn't know, 97% of people don't even know there's a second page of Google. So your total addressable market is 3% of the population of whoever was looking for your business because when they look you up, you're always going to be on the second page of Google. And they're 97% of them are only going to look at businesses on the first page of Google. So we're going to at least double your page views just by getting you on the first page of Google. And this website and the SEO keywords that I have in this website for your business are going to get you there. Not only are we going to get you on the first page of Google so more people see you, but we're going to be presenting your brand in a far more aesthetic and appealing way than you are now. People are going to think you're the go-to luxurious business within your niche. Now, this is where the numbers come in. How many page views are you getting a day? Oh, you're getting 10 page views a day. Gotcha.
Now, how many sales? How many people are booking a meeting or a free consult, whatever it is, from your website every day? Oh, you're you're booking two free consults. Gotcha. So, you're 20% conversion. Not terrible. That's good.
Not bad. It's pretty good actually. But if I can get you to 20 page views a day and now instead of two consults a day, you get four consults a day, which trust me, by having you on the first page of Google with this website, you're going to do, then you would get an extra two consults every single day, which over the course of the month would be 60 consults a month. And then it's like, well, how much do you know the average console end up paying or you know appointment whatever it is, whether this is a barber shop, a dentist, a doctor, a med spa, a this, a that. And what you're going to do is you're going to say, "Okay, how much is your average appointment cost?" And they might say, "Well, $100." And you say, "Oh, $100.
Gotcha." So on average, by implementing the system, you'll make an extra $200 per day in extra revenue. So, and this is only if you get them an extra 10 page views a day. And this is only if they're already getting 10 page views a day. And then what you'll say is, "Would you not pay $500 a month or would you not pay $300 a month to make an extra $12,000 every single month and have a website that makes you excited about your brand?" Nine times out of 10, they are going to say yes. And you can always say, "Let's at least just get it in there and try it." And even if you don't meet this exact sort of expectation, nobody wants to change their website, especially if you upsell them on an air receptionist and Google reviews and SEO optimization. quickly they just become rooted into your business like this like you know the business the air receptionists the Google reviews the website you just become the foundation of their business minimizes churn completely right you don't want these businesses to keep paying because they want to you want them to keep paying you because they have to you become the service of their lifetime now obviously if you don't provide results you don't have a business and you can just go and [ __ ] off because it doesn't matter if you can't pro provide results obviously so obviously we want to provide results but I'm just making the point now if you if they were getting 100 page views a day and they were getting 10 uh consults a day and you got them to 200 page views a day and got them an extra 10 consults a day. 10 time 30 is 300 consults a month. Now 300 times that $100 average console price is going to be 30,000 a month. So you can see how my example is a little bit low but if you actually have take an actual business you could be generating them 100 times 300 new clients every month that's 30,000 XYZ business center would you not spend $300 a month and make an extra $30,000 a month in revenue. What would that $30,000 a month do for you? Oh, you'd be able to go to Europe and spend more time with your kids and retire earlier and delegate things so you can spend more time with your wife. Would you not spend $300 a month to make an extra $30,000 every single month so you can go to Europe and spend three months in a Tuscan villa and send your kids to that private school and spend time with them and retire earlier. $300. These are business owners. This is clockwork. This is easy. They're going to say yes every single time. Now, the only tangible skills that you actually need are you need to know how to build a website in Lovable, which I have videos on how to do that. And you need to know how to build a funnel in GHL. So, you can just basically you can take the link of the funnel in GHL and you can go to lovable.
For example, I would say, hey, the test drive or the uh test drive our AI button, I need you to add this link to.
Then paste the link in. Boom. Your lovable will add the link. You're lovable. Add your domain. It's super easy. And I'm even going to give you this website for completely free. So, just go down to the description, hit edit with lovable, take it from me. You can put your own logo on it. Keep the VSSL if you want and it's yours done.
Don't spend two weeks building a website. It's the biggest waste of time if you're starting your agency. Just take this one. It already converts extremely well. It's a great website.
Has cool automations. I'm not going to ask for your email. It's just completely free. Oh, and what I will do just so you know is boom. Yes, I have the VSSL here.
Had the book demo call that will go directly to my calendar. And then the test drive RAI that will actually call my AI receptionist that I sell. And the air receptionist will act as an appointment setter and try to set the person who called to book on to my calendar and it will send them text to book and everything. And then obviously here air receptionist that never sleep high in web design that converts. So you know this is what we do. We do air receptionist. We do a lot of AI and web design but you could change it to whatever you want. But obviously this already right off the bat and I made this in less than like I this took me a little while but you could make this in five minutes. So obviously you're just making way better websites than go high level and you should be doing that because GoH High Level is just cheap when it comes to the website builder.
And then when it comes to GHL, you can just go in here. You can build out any type of form, survey, quiz, whatever you need for the business. And I like to do that in the funnels in GHL. And then again, you're just basically taking this link right here and plugging this link into book a free demo now down here or up here or here. And just so you understand, if you're selling all these services for $500 a month on average, you might sell it for a little bit less or a little bit more. Just saying. If you booked three of these meetings a day, you could spend literally 15 minutes building out the websites for each person. Like total 5 minutes each.
So you can trust me with very minimal work, you can get three booked calls per day. Um, and that might take 30 to 50 cold calls to do. That will take you an hour maybe. And then if you close these clients at 25% or just call it 33%, then you'd get one new client a day. And if you got one new client a day on average, or just say you got 100 book calls, closed 25% of them, that's 25 new clients at whatever ticket price you're selling it for. So whether it's 500 or 250, you're still going to be generating 5 to 10 grand a month in recurring revenue month one. Then you can allocate money into ads and really scaling this up.
