[00:01:31]The streets got questions and we all represent the streets. But first and foremost, let me say this right. In no way, form and fashion are we trying to take shots at Prince Miller. in no way forming fashion are we trying to create a conflict between the two of them. We recognize that there's a back and forth with the situation because Prince Miller popped it off on video with him and his little cousin. You know what I'm saying?

[00:02:00]So Prince Miller had created a lot of discussions about Jimmy Henchman. A lot of old discussion and everybody's wondering why now? Why bring all this back up? Why you choose to do this now?

[00:02:13]Why him? What is the motive? You know what I'm saying? So, people got some questions. But before we get to those questions, let me address some of the things that's going down with the Jimmy Henchman situation.

[00:02:29]They say Jimmy Ace been telling for 30 years. Okay. It's funny you said that, homie. You pulled up in the building and you said that because like I said, we doing these things live and I'mma get to it live. I'mma give y'all some uh information pertaining to what you have just said.

[00:02:49]You know what I'm saying? Now, everybody screaming about the profit situation and they saying basically when he when he agreed to do the profer, he basically agreed to sit down and tell.

[00:03:03]You know what I'm saying? And from reading the documentation that I have and the documentation that I received, you know what I'm saying? It it looked like the man sat down and did discuss for discussions for for nonhoppers like he went crazy. You know what I'm saying?

[00:03:19]And I'mma read some of this stuff to you. Rap is James Roseman is the petitioner versus the United States of America. Who is the respondent? It's in the United District Court ED New York signed May 5th, 2019.

[00:03:41]In June 2012, this is the memorandum in order.

[00:03:47]In June 2012, petitioner James Roseman was convicted by a jury of various narcotics trafficking charges, including the use of firearms and money laundering. He now moves for a writ of hapist corpus to vacate his conviction for the reasons that follow. The writ is denied and his petition is dismissed.

[00:04:15]Background. Within a few months of the filing of the second superseding indictment in August 2011, Roseman was in negotiation with the government about resolving the case short of trial.

[00:04:32]Over the course of these negotiations, Roseman participated in nine profit sessions.

[00:04:42]Roseman was represented by Gerald Shargo, a prominent criminal defense lawyer who was present for all of these sessions. Before each one of the prophet sessions, both Rosman and Attorney Shu signed a proper agreement that barred the government from using any statements made in its case in chief or at sentencing except as substantive evidence to rebuke directly or indirectly any evidence offered or elicit or a factual assertions.

[00:05:22]made by or on behalf of Roseman at any stage of a criminal prosecution.

[00:05:33]Roseman profers loosed a torrent of incriminating details including about his role, the identity of his suppliers and the quantity of cocaine he had purchased from them. the means of communication employed by members of the drug trafficking organization and his involvement in laundering the drugs proceeds.

[00:06:04]Roseman's statements in describing them as in coping not only himself but also a wide variety of others. Among the statements Roseman made during the profit sessions was an account of a drug transaction involving a supplier named Wayne Champagne. Now we got a name on documentation.

[00:06:29]Truthiveness obviously is a sinqua non of profering.

[00:06:36]The government contends that this narrative about Champagne was untruthful and further offers that Champagne was out of the relevant geographic region on the date Roseman claimed.

[00:06:52]For the most part though, the information Roseman profited was not only truthful but also in some ways helpful. For in instance, some of it was later used by the United States Attorney's Office in Los Angeles.

[00:07:07]Testimony of DEA special agent Steven Miller. Petitioner provided information about drug suppliers and unrelated cases about cold cases and even about his brother's criminal conduct. He also discussed the 1983 murder of a club owner, eventually admitting his role in it, and the 2010 drugrelated murder of an individual named Lel Fletcher. The government does not dispute that some of Roseman's prophet statements were truthful. Nor is there any disagreement that Roseman had engaged in the repeated prophecations specifically to secure a cooperation agreement and avoid trial. Now listen, this document goes on and on and on, but I wanted to get to the meat of that. You know what I'm saying? Like I said, this document is Roseman verse the United States and you can research this. This is case law. This is the real deal.

[00:08:17]Now, nine profitable sessions.

[00:08:26]Y'all heard it right then and there right now. So the people, it seems like the people want to disregard all that right there and say, "Yo, Jimmy ain't no rat. Who?"

[00:09:26]I'm not going to say support your statement because I don't want to say people are supporting it with no type of proof or documentation, but people will express your same sentiment because when I speak to the OG's, they like, "Yo, man, [ __ ] didn't know what's up with Jimmy." You know what I'm saying? Big spin knew with Jimmy. Now, I just read y'all what it is, but he was digging and telling on plugs and connects and his own brother's old criminal history, a old 1983 murder that goes back to 30 years of telling. This [ __ ] is crazy, man. This [ __ ] isn't documentations, man. You know what I'm saying? This is document. This is PDF files. This is the real deal. Now, the OG's be like, "Man, [ __ ] Ben knew what it was for Jimmy." Now Jimmy is one of them dudes, right? He ain't no punk.

[00:10:20]He got blood in his eyes. He got a ego and he got pride. So when the when the boy zipped the drip sat there and said, "Yo, if Jimmy was on on deck and his I saw the paperwork and he pulled up, I would look him in his face and call him a rat." Maybe so. Maybe. So you know what I'm saying? And I got to respect that because it goes to show that Zip Fear is no man. He going to speak his peace and it's going to be what it's going to be. I respect that. But know this, Jimmy's one of them type. When you do that, after you say that to him, to his face, know that you got to put him down after that.

Regardless of what people say about him, regardless of what he did, he's still a man with a lot of ego and a lot of pride. And he he he's a vindictive [ __ ] So just know once you look him in his face and say you a rat, just know you got to put him down after that. That's all I want to say about that. But now when it come to Prince Miller, everybody is out here saying, "Damn, son." Like, "Why Prince Miller doing this now?

But we are trying to speak to the streets and we trying to speak to the youth. But when we speaking to the streets, representing the streets, we got to listen to the streets. And the streets got questions. And I'mma present those questions because I am the voice of the streets. And pe people's got questions. They coming up with their own theories. Know what I'm saying? They wondering if the theories is true. Know what I'm saying? They're hearing rumors.

[00:12:52]Some people just got questions like, "Yo, I would like to know." And this is where they're touching on. They're saying, "Prince, why now?"

[00:13:00]Because if they're saying if y'all ever had a problem in the past, which I do believe I've heard, but it wasn't no messy [ __ ] Why is this so messy? Why you come home now bring rehash the old problems between the two of y'all and you going crazy? You know what I'm saying? Why you being so messy with Jimmy Henchman? You know what I mean?

[00:13:20]Talking about Jimmy been ratting for years and [ __ ] always knew and he was hiding in the feds under Muslims and you was going crazy. You had a binder. You didn't show no paperwork. You never mentioned anybody names who told who he told on. I just told you what it was with the guy Champagne. I researched that. You could have did that as well if you really was really really trying to do that. You know what I'm saying? But everybody saying why now?

[00:13:47]And then they're saying why so hard on Jimmy Henchman? And then everybody's paying attention how you keep bringing up 50 name. It's like you're trying to promote support or wing it on some defending 50 and [ __ ] on Jimmy. If you gonna handle Jimmy, you can handle Jimmy. You ain't got to utilize 50 name to do so. Just like people seeing, yo yo, he used his nephew platform. He used that platform and used his nephew to get at Jim instead of him just saying what it is, what it really is. So everybody seeing this type of [ __ ] Everybody's questioning all these different comments is being made and they killing my DM.

[00:14:30]They're killing my DM. And these are the questions that's coming from the streets. Everybody saying, "Yo, is he trying to play chess with 50?" Cuz he don't talk bad with 50. He talk about 50 ain't never tell and 50 this and Jimmy that. And it's like he's trying to incorporate himself in their beef. But on the same time, let it be known, he's on 50 side and everybody's [ __ ] up cuz they saying, "What about the situation with 50 and green? Is that swept under the rug? Is he doing this to try to get close to 50? Is he trying to rock 50 to sleep and try to get 50 to throw some money behind his platform?" every these are the questions everybody asking my guy because they're trying to figure out why you going so hard on Jimmy but yet you not producing nothing and you not really seeing what it is as far as what he did and who he did it to cuz you got everybody attention right now you got everybody attention Prince did 35 years so he hate raps my uncle from Charleston did time with Prince in the fs has paperwork on lots of bigname street dudes people you never would guess. Prince got word. Listen, we not disputing that. We understand that. We not disputing any of that. But people are saying why now?

[00:15:57]Like why now? What's the motive? You know what I'm saying? And then they bringing up all this 50 [ __ ] like you trying to play butter up on 50. Like these are these are the things coming from the streets. These are not coming from big fruit. I'm bringing you what the streets are saying and what the streets want to know. You understand what I'm saying?

[00:16:36]They're the same dudes in reference to the Queens boys that hid a rat for 30 years. Remember, they was accusing Bimie of being that rat. To this day, we don't know who that rat really is, but it's somebody in their organization, South Jamaica, Queens, Supreme Team, Prince and them [ __ ] is somebody in their organization that they personally kept quiet for 30 years. How dare you scream about Jimmy being a henchman for 30 years. Jimmy Henchman being a rat for 30 years. They're saying that as well. How do we attack that? How do we defend that?

And that story about the guy Champagne that was untruthful. That's what killed his deal. That's the one situation that killed his deal. That's why they mentioned it because allegedly allegedly, you know what I'm saying? He was in BK or whatever whatever city he was in laid up doing what he do and him and the boy Champagne was on the mic.

[00:18:27]Allegedly, the transaction was supposed to go down in LA. He must have thought Champagne was in LA. So, he let it be known. Yo, it went down in LA. Blah blah blah blah blah. And when he went to get this [ __ ] the boy Champagne wasn't there. He sent his people.

[00:18:46]Okay. But he sent his people, but he probably was still in the city. You know what I'm saying? He got it from the people. Whatever. whatever. When he flipped into the prophets, he told him about the [ __ ] how it went down. And when they investigated, they found out that the boy Champagne was nowhere in the geographical era. You heard them say that. They said he wasn't in the state of California. The man was in the state of New York, Long Island. I believe that alone killed his deal. And the man got no rhythm on his appeal. I just read it for you. You understand what I'm saying? So, you can research yourself. Like I said, [clears throat] you can go get Roseman versus the United States. You can go get the get this stuff yourself and we ain't got to be wondering what Prince talking about. You know what I'm saying? We ain't got to be wondering what old cases they talking about. They said it. 1983 murder. But the boy Booby, he had to hold down that murder as well as some other charges. And they loaded Booby up.
