When leaders achieve success, the entire organizational culture should reflect that success through equitable compensation, where employees at all levels share in the prosperity rather than receiving only minimal rewards; this 'trickle-down' approach ensures that when executives earn substantial bonuses, every employee from secretaries to floor sweepers should receive proportionally increased compensation, creating a culture where success is distributed throughout the organization rather than concentrated at the top.

HOW CULTURE CHANGES WHEN LEADERS WIN | DRTB #danpena #qla #trilliondollarman #successcoach #wealthAdded:
Uh, now he and his brother Noel Noonan from Australia didn't bring up the fact that they gave I think he they gave about 200 plus thousand dollars bonuses unearned bonuses and Noonan gave 100,000 in Australia last year.
For the bonuses they should have paid over the last 5 years.
And in their case since they paid those bonuses, there has not been 1 minute of overtime put in.
Not 1 minute.
They have hundreds of employees.
Noonan's got 200 or 250, not 1 minute of overtime put in.
In the 9 and 1/2 years I was the CEO we had not 5 minutes of overtime put in.
I had thousands of employees.
But it wasn't unusual for in those days a secretary made high-paid secretary and 80s got paid 50 grand. That was a high-paid price secretary.
But it wasn't unusual for her to get a 30 or 40 grand bonus at the year end.
When somebody would get a new employee, we'd buy a new division or something. I remember we brought a bought a pipeline division. Uh where they were used to putting in for overtime.
I mean, you know what a blanket party is?
Where you go 3:00 in the morning, you put a blanket over and you kick the [ __ ] out of them.
We had blanket parties in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
And I said, "You'll better appreciate about over and then when they got their first bonus, which was whenever it was And so, but the other part of the QLA methodology, which you had problem with, is the trickle down. If the chairman's making a [ __ ] pot a [ __ ] ton of money, the [ __ ] guy that sweeps the [ __ ] floors is making a [ __ ] ton of money compared to what he should be making.
We used to pay for me, if I had a best year, Jimmy had a best year. If I had a best year, all the secretaries had a best year. If I had a best year, and I had a lot of best years.
