[00:00:00]Trauma can be different to all sorts of different people.

[00:00:03]It does not have to make sense to you that what the person went through was traumatic to them. If they feel like they were in danger, or if they feel like they were going to be uh separated from someone that they really love, even if that logic doesn't make sense to you, it is still trauma to that person. So, don't write it off just because you don't understand it, or if you think like, "Oh, that would be so easy for me to get through." Different people go through different things in different ways, and trauma is different for every single person that it happens to.
