What happens when you do it and the dangers of how addiction starts, I share for educationalAdded:
What happens when you do a line of cocaine, you do your first line of cocaine, you snort this [ __ ] up. What's going to end up happening is as soon as you end up snorting it up, you're going to start to feel usually your nose go a little bit numb and you're all a sudden going to start having a runny nose. What that is is your nose is screaming. You have just started to suffocate your nose. You have now created and doing damage to your nose. That snot, that drip that you taste, that chemical drip, kind of metallic, kind of like kerosene, that right there is your nose trying to now protect itself because it's being damaged usually by like even liaane. A lot of the things cut into cocaine. Once you've snorted this and that drip is already now happening, your face does start to go a little bit numb. And then all of a sudden, your brain is going to get hit with anywhere from two to 300 times more dopamine than it's ever had.
And all of a sudden, immediately in about a minute, you are going to feel unstoppable. You're going to have the biggest mood energy in the world. You are going to feel great. It literally feels like the heavens have parted and you Jesus [ __ ] Christ himself has come down and blessed you with the best excitement and happiness in the world.
That this is never going to end. It is amazing. All your depression is gone.
Your anxiety is gone. Big mood energy.
You have all the confidence in the world. Dude, you're going to start businesses now. Everybody's your friend now. You're going to talk to everyone because it floods your brain with so much dopamine. Your mouth and jaw is starting to tighten up a little bit.
Your mouth is drying out because that flooded dopamine is so much electricity essentially going through your neurons up there that your body starts to tense up even some that you're just like you're just on one and you're not thirsty. You don't want to really drink anything, but man, your mouth is dry and God, I'm going to tell you some more business ideas. But then in about 15 minutes, guess what ends up happening is all of a sudden you notice that you don't feel quite as good. And now all of a sudden the happiness is gone.
And now all of a sudden your shoulders drop and your nose is still dripping some. And you're just kind of exhausted and you're like all I can think about is maybe if I do another line I'm going to feel good again. And that's the scariest part because as soon as that moment hits now all your brain can think about is doing cocaine again. And that's how you get sucked into it. That's the reality of cocaine addiction. And I share for educational purposes only. When it comes to getting sober, you got to find what works for you. Whether it's going to inpatient treatment or outpatient treatment, download Sunflower Sober.
It's linked in the bio. Find a therapist, a doctor, a psychiatrist. Get on the right meds. Go to a AA meeting, an NA meeting, Elan meeting. Go to all the meetings and then some. But don't give up. We're the one fighting through every single day. Don't give up. It does get better. earns your worth.
