Targeting innocent children to vent political frustration is a cowardly display of moral bankruptcy that solves no systemic issues. This report chillingly illustrates how xenophobia erodes the basic human decency required for a functional society.

Protesters Target School Children of African Migrants, Leaving Them TraumatizedAdded:
Just when I thought South Africa could not go even lower, they went lower and they've reached the bottom of the barrel. Tensions around immigration have taken a disturbing turn. This time involving school children. At the start of the school term, chaos erupted outside Addington Primary School in Durban as parents and anti-immigrant protesters clashed at the school gates.
The protesters targeted children believed to be from foreign national families, hurling insults as um at the children as they've entered the school premises. The situation quickly escalated, forcing police to intervene to prevent further violence and chaos.
What shocks me is that this incident involves young children. It's raising urgent concerns about safety, xenophobia, and the boundaries of protest action. The protest was led by march and march leader that has been targeting Africans throughout South Africa, Jessa Zuma. Speaking in her native language, Isuzulu, she spoke to the media and claimed that this particular school is prioritizing foreign nationals over South African children. According to her, some local parents have allegedly been turned away while migrant families continue to secure placement for their children. She argues that this is unfair, stating that South African taxpayers should come first. She's tired of South African children's education being compromised.
You have an opinion.
Hallelujah.
Guys, this is so Oh my god.
>> Shut up.
>> Don't be scared.
But I know for a fact it was if they wanted to solve this, they would have solved it and got the seaw even today come January we're not compromising we're not compromising on South African children anymore now suddenly it's becoming as if it's magic you had a whole year you sitting with the list you are busy taking that's what we here for and we're saying we're no longer compromising ourselves our children our future and the future of this country or other people from outside of South.
>> In this video, she's alleging that 66 local learners were rejected by the school and they demand these children to be placed in the school, including 40 children that were displaced by floods.
The KZN Department of Education responded to her and said the school has reached its capacity with a total enrollment of 1548 learners. Of these 968 were South African citizens and 580 were foreign nationals. Amongst the 17 undocumented children at the school, 12 were South African and only five were foreign nationals. Well, it looks like even South African children are undocumented at the school. What do they have to say about that? I remember Zandel Dabula from Operation Dudullah once said they are going to be escalating their fight against African migrants in 2026. I honestly didn't think denying black children an education was part of the agenda, but here we are, ladies and gentlemen.
>> The country schools. We're going to launch a campaign end of school and no foreign child will be attending school in a public school. They can rather take them to private. We don't care. But at private public schools, it's going to be reserved for South African children only.
>> You know what I think the problem is not migrants, it's the government. They have lost track of the population. How many people are in the country right now? I mean, if you are going to allow immigrants to flock into the country, whether legally or illegally, then you should expand infrastructure to accommodate all of us. Our borders are weak. There is an illicit business of smuggling immigrants in the country at the borders and home affairs officials are complicit in this. Clearly they have a plan of accommodating these migrants as they shipping them in as they smuggling them in South Africa. And I know someone in the comment section is going to say it is not the responsibility of the government to use our tax money to increase infrastructure to accommodate people that don't even belong in the country. And I say to that comment, it is true. It's true. But guys, children are innocent. Some children of those illegal migrants were born here. And South Africa is the only home they know. What must happen to them? South African law guarantees every child the right to basic education regardless of nationality. When the world sees this, they are not going to care about legal documents and visas.
They are going to see a bunch of middle-aged people with no jobs waking up early in the morning to terrorize children that are building a future for themselves.
South Africa, we are setting ourselves up for destruction and we are isolating ourselves from the rest of the diaspora.
We are setting ourselves up for human rights institutions to intervene. We are setting ourselves up for sanctions.
I mean, we've opened a case against Israel at the International Court of Justice for crimes against humanity, and we turn around and we do this. Who are we to teach people about moral ethics when we can barely hold down our own?
Huh? Just now, now we were opening um court cases at the International Court of Justice against Israel for violating human rights in Palestine. And then we turn around and we deny children the right to education. Who are we to judge people on morality when we can barely hold our own morals? When we can barely live up to the values of our democracy, our the values of our sovereignty. We are violating people's rights. And I say look at the government. Look at what the government is doing. They are complicit in smuggling these foreign nationals.
Just long not so long ago, a bus um was discovered. Yes. The police a the police sorry the police stop um stopped a bus in Free State Bloom Fontaine South Africa carrying 32 illegal foreign nationals.
32 32 illegal illegal foreign nationals.
Where do they come from? Who let them in? Cuz I know they didn't fly here.
They're not witches. They don't have a broom to fly in South Africa. Who let them in the braid uh bra uh bait bridge border?
Who let them in the country? Clearly someone at the borders is running an illicit business of smuggling illegal immigrants in the country. Those are the ones that we should be holding accountable. The government is is complicit in this. Home affairs, someone at home affairs is benefiting. Someone is running bribes to get these illegals in our country.
And we must hold the right people accountable because children at the end of the day, children are innocent. They are really innocent. Some were born here. So they don't even know what the fuss is all about. All they know is that I was born here, but the land that I know as my home is discriminating against me.
South Africans, we can do better. We can do better.
We really can do better. And if you are a smart South African, you can realize that there is a larger hand at play. No South African can wake up in the morning and start to wage war against the black skin. No one. We've been living with this um foreign migrants, these African migrants for decades now. We've been living that with them for decades. And all of a sudden we are xenophobic. All of a sudden there is these protests. All of a sudden there's this violence against African migrants. All of a sudden there's a bigger hand at play. And if you know, you know. If you are smart enough, you'll know that a certain country, South Africa, has opened a court case against a certain country.
And that certain country is known for fighting back, is known for stirring up trouble for other sovereignties. It's known for interfering in people's domestic affairs, domestic policies. It is known for funding re um protests that challenge the governments that challenge people that are in charge that challenge the sovereignties. It is known for funding chaos.
So if you know, you'd know that South Africans wouldn't just wake up and have an idea of fighting foreign migrants.
Nah. or African migrants as you'd like to call them. No, someone is angry or a certain country is angry that we opened a court case against them and this is their way of revenge. Someone in the comment section once asked me and um I was speaking about how this certain country that we took to the ICJ has powers to cause chaos in people's sovereignties. And someone was like, "Wow, how quick you are to blame this particular country as if South Africans are not xenophobic." South Africans are not xenophobic.
They're not xenophobic. We are not these kind of people. I mean, we forgave people that did not ask for forgiveness.
We integrated them into the rainbow nation. We let it slide. Despite being slaughtered at their hands, we let it slide. If we can forgive them, clearly we have moral conscience.
