Property investment provides financial security and passive income streams that remain valuable even during job loss or deportation, as mortgage holders can access unemployment benefits (disoccupazione) or mortgage insurance to continue payments, and property owners can generate rental income or sell their property through authorized agents while abroad, making real estate investment a viable strategy regardless of employment status or immigration concerns.

Don't buy a house in Italy - invest in Nigeria insteadAdded:
You see I don't know what to give you that man.
You would have used the You would have used the permission of 2 years. You would have just got the social number. No be say [clears throat] you be citizen yet. You never ever get passport yet. You never talk about mortgage.
What if tomorrow you lose your job? What if tomorrow that document they are not renewing them for you? I be feeling say because of say you get house for this country if you do what you buy they no fit deport you.
You be say if you up for this country because say you buy a house with your 5 years permission to stay here they no fit deport you. Or because say you get work they no fit deport you.
But may we go into the work where you make you no fit get that mind say if I just get work I just go carry mortgage.
Do you know that in this country, Italy to be precisely, even though say you get life contract there are so many reasons your director, your employee I be your employer. If he If he If he If he sack you any day any time.
A whole lot of reasons we go fit they sack you.
Reason number one, if you they late they come work.
Forget say you get life contract if he use that sack you.
Reason number two, if you they do malaria always. Forget say you get life contract if he use that sack you.
With all these reasons now you want to tell me say may you yourself you no they make some kind mistake with all these reasons.
Where you they realize say maybe if you just get life contract not to go carry mortgage.
Huh?
You go they talk say because say I just buy a house I just leave am for my children they go grow come meet am. Who tell you say your children go like that house?
Who tell you say your children go even like to stay Italy?
But my mission here not to make you see reason to invest for where you come from. Oh, thank you very much my brother. But first of all, it is a very wrong mindset for anybody to think that because you collected mortgage here in Italy to buy a house that you can no longer invest anywhere again. You can no longer invest in Nigeria. It's a very wrong mindset.
Buying a house here in Italy does not stop anybody from also investing in Nigeria. In fact, it is even our prayer that God should bless us financially so that we get to a stage where by we can invest in Africa and if you invest here in Italy or invest anywhere in the world. I even have a very close somebody that used to live here in Italy. The person has so many investment in Nigeria. Has about two houses here in Italy, and the person has relocated to Manchester. And in Manchester, the person also have property there. These are stages in life. So, while you are still thinking of Nigeria, Edo state, some people have passed through that stage. Invest in Nigeria, invest in Ghana, invest So, we are not on the same level. So, buying a house here does not stop you from investing in your country.
That is one. Now, you talked about deportation. It is even an advantage for somebody that have a house here if they deport that person. It's a big advantage. And this is my reason. For instance, you bought a house here on mortgage, you collected money from the bank to buy a house in in Italy. And you later have one or two problem with the government that now made the government deport you to Nigeria or to whichever country that you came from. That does not mean the government will seize this house that you bought. No. I've seen so many people that are deported that also have property here. It does not work that way. If they deport you because of a particular crime, that crime does not affect your property. Except that property, the money that you used to buy that property, you got it through fraudulent means. But if you got it through legal means, they will not touch your property. So, even if they deport you, you can get a lawyer. Even while you are in Nigeria, you can get a lawyer here, authorize that lawyer to help you sell your house here. So, let's say you bought a house for about 100,000, and you have been able to pay about 20,000 euro before they deport you. The lawyer can help you sell that house. Let's say the lawyer also sold the house for 100,000, pay the bank the 80,000 that you are owing the bank. The remaining 20,000, you pay the lawyer, and you will still have about 15 or 20,000 euro for you to start up your life in Nigeria. It is possible. But if you also don't want to sell the house, it's also possible for you from Nigeria, you can get an agent here, give the agent an authorization to manage that house. So, the agent can help you put that house on rentage.
Let's say they agent put that house on rent for 700 euro and you are supposed to be paying the bank for 400 euro that you collected money from. So if the agent collect house rent in a month for 700 euro, you can pay 400 to the bank and 300 euro will still be left for you. Let's say 50 euro will now be for the agent that is helping you. So you see about 250 euro.
Just imagine that they deported you, you are in Nigeria. But because you invested, you have a property here in Italy. That property is still giving you 250 euro every month which can also help you sustain yourself in Nigeria. If you also want to make more money, you can also decide not to rent the full house out to one person. You can decide to rent it out one one room. Let's assume the house is three bedroom flat and you also have separate sitting room. So you can decide to rent it one one room which is four rooms. And let's say they are paying 300 every month. That's about 1,200 euro that you'll be making. You pay 400 euro to the bank and you still have close to about You still have close to about 800 euro. So you can look for a friend that can help you be managing this this property or you can also look for black agent. There are also agents that help people to manage their property. I also do it as well. People that have traveled to UK and all that, they call me, I help them to manage their house for less house rent and all that. You can also get black agents like that to help you do some of these some of these things. So it is not a disadvantage if you have a house here and you were being deported. That house can even help you sustain yourself in Nigeria. Then you also talked about maybe you lost your job as well. It's as if maybe because you are not into house buying. That maybe that's why you are not aware that there's something called There's something called disoccupazione.
So if they sack you in your place of work, that does not mean the bank will just come and collect the house. You can apply for disoccupazione that will mean in the next two years government will still be paying you something. So from that money you can be able to you can continue paying for the mortgage. You lost your job and within that two years, two years is enough for you to get a job again in Italy. It's not like 10 years ago when getting a job was more difficult compared to this time that is easier. At least within 2 years you should be able to get a new job, then you continue from where you stop. Let's also assume that you could not apply for the super pas net. There are some people when they buy a house here, they also do insurance. There's a type of insurance you can also do for your house that if you lost your job, the insurance company can help you continue the payment of that mortgage until you get a job. They can say okay, we can help you pay for the first 6 months. We can help you pay for the first 1 year. It depend on the type of insurance that you did.
Insurance company can also help you pay.
So, either you use this the super pas net to be paying or you did insurance the insurance will be assisting you.
Let's also assume that you did not buy a house here, that you rented a house.
And you're not telling me that if they sack you in your place of work, you will no longer pay house rent. So, mortgage is like you paying your house rent as well. There are There are a lot of people that don't have job that that are still paying their house rent. So, if you bought a house here, it's still the same even if you don't have a job, you will still do that same thing. You will still also look for any other means to see how you can continue paying your mortgage. The same way you will still do one or two things to continue paying your house rent. So, the two motive that you gave that maybe because they will they can deport you or your document or or they can sack you in your place of work, those ones they already have solutions to eat. So, it is not a mistake for you to buy a house whether you are whether you are an Italian citizen or you just have 2 years or you have 5 years or it's not a mistake. So, please share this video.
