Michigan City community gathers for "Prayers, Pizza, and Peace"

[00:00:00]The Michigan City community coming together to work towards a solution regarding the recent violence seen in the area. Organizer Krista Anderson says something can be done to make the area safer, but it takes everyone. Anderson adding that they want to start fixing the problem now before school is out for the summer. We need to get out here now, like No, we're not we're not going to lose any more of our kids. You know, when school start back, we want them all to go back.

[00:00:23]And so, you know, like I said, with the weather breaking, um crime is usually high during the summer times, and that's pretty much everywhere. But, we want it to stop in Michigan City, and we're going to do something about it.
