This video offers a compelling cross-cultural synthesis that elevates the siren from mere folklore to a universal archetype of the ocean's perilous allure. It successfully bridges ancient theology with global legends, though its sensationalist framing occasionally risks overshadowing its genuine mythological insights.

The Terrifying Truth About Sirens They Never Told You
Added:Everyone is scared of the mermaid.
>> Yeah, >> because it's a god of the rele and he thinks the mermaid will get angry and will come after his family.
>> Tell me what the [ __ ] this is.
>> So you think it's like a giant [ __ ] fish?
>> No.
>> There are creatures that have lived in the water for centuries that people are scared to even whisper about. All the way back to ancient Mesopotamia, there are what we would consider in modern day as folklore, but what they considered reality. Stories of women that live in the water and not just women, half fish, half mortal women that lured specifically men to their deaths. Now, in the age of the media, right, I believe that we are truly desensitized to what is really out there. What's not only in the water, but in the forests and all the unmapped places that humans are so cocky to think is completely uninhabited. You guys already know on this podcast, I am absolutely dedicated to taking you down the deepest rabbit hole, hence the name. For this episode, as much requested, we are going to be studying sirens in all their forms and all the different cultures that they rear their ugly heads in. Now, I want to put a disclaimer. I am not trying to force my beliefs down your throat. I'm simply saying what I see, what I believe about the water, the ocean, the rivers, the lakes, and what really resides in them. With that being said, let's get right into it. But before we do, I have to tell you guys exactly where I believe that the sirens came from. Now, me being Caribbean, I'm Haitian if you guys don't know that already, right? I have always I used to say that I felt a connection to the water, but I realized that it was just me sensing that something was out there. Now, I actually do have a family encounter with what I think was a siren.
That's later on in the podcast. But I remember distinctly, it was, I think, on my second cruise. I had gone out on the deck with my husband, right? And we were looking over into the vast, dark, deep waters. And I guess the realization that I was in the middle of the ocean hit me and I got this wave, this feeling like I shouldn't be there. Almost like I was being watched. And I know that sounds absolutely crazy, but those of you that have been on cruises, you tell me if you've ever felt that. Like low key, I am in someone else's home and I want you guys to literally look at the ocean and tell me if we are truly like you really believe that we're the only ones out there. You really believe that it's just whales and sharks and dolphins? Don't even get me started on dolphins. I'm actually going to be talking about the connection between the two later on in the podcast. You can't tell me that it's just that out there. Just sea creatures, okay? The ocean is so deep that if Mount Everest were to be completely submerged, the tip of Mount Everest to the surface of the water would still have a mile to go. The Mariana Trench, like y'all, the Mariana Trench is so freaking creepy.
And the connection between the Dragon Triangle and the Mariana Trench is going to blow your mind. Now, the origin of Sirens, I've never seen any origin that actually made so much sense to me as what the book of Enoch says that it is.
Now, the book of Enoch, as you guys know, if you've been here before, I believe the Book of Enoch is history. I do not read it as scripture. I feel like as a mortal, I don't have any right to say that something is God breathed. And even if sirens were out there or they weren't, that has nothing to do with salvation. You don't need to know about sirens or Nephilim or any of the things in the book of Enoch for salvation.
Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. No one gets to the father except through him. So this is why I read it as scripture or not scripture history I meant. Do you guys get what I'm saying?
Anyway, that's a disclaimer. In the book of Enoch though, the Apocrypha, Enoch 9 specifically, it says that once the flood happened, right, the fallen angels were dealt with. The Nephilim drowned, becoming disembodied spirits, part of the demonic realm, and the sirens were the mortal women that procreated with the fallen angels, and God cursed them to the sea to become such. And that makes so much sense honestly because if you think about it when the fallen angels were on earth like the women that procreated with them they wanted something different. They wanted that power that could be given to them because the fallen angels were teaching humanity things that we weren't supposed to know. Right? They were teaching women blood magic. They were teaching them ways to sync their menstrual with the moon cycles and the star cycle or the the star constellation. ways to use their womb as magic. And this is where the I don't know if I can say that the littles being sacrificed came into play.
It's it's a lot, right? What we see now in the EP files. Yeah. Where do you think that comes from? Who do you think they worship? The fallen angels. This is why this is something that you see throughout history because the fallen angels masquerade themselves as different entities. the Greek gods, the Roman gods, the ancient Egyptian gods, the Hindu gods, they are all fallen angels wearing masks. But that being said, right, it makes so much sense that now the common pattern that we see when it comes to sirens is them hating men, right? And luring them, luring them to the water with what? Music. What was Lucifer in heaven? The angel of worship.
And like I said in the first episode, we see in Genesis the split of Seth, Seth's descendants worshiping God and then Cain's descendants falling into the fallen angel. And we may or may not know the name of the very first siren. Her name is Nama and that means pleasing to the eye. And it actually, I believe, is said in the apocrypha that she is the very first to procreate with a fallen angel. So, out of all the explanations that I have ever heard, that makes the most sense. And when I heard it, I was like, "Wait, this is it." And I believe that the marine kingdom out there, I don't believe it's good. I believe it's demonic. Now that we've covered where they come from, right? Let's get into the oldest known documentation of a siren in 700 BC in Greek documented legend, Odysseies. I think that's how you Odysseies. let's just say odysseies.
He encounters an island as he's sailing with his crew. And on this island, he sees women with talons and not half have half woman half fish, but half woman half bird. And they are using this music to lure their men to the island or a not their men but men in general to the island. And once the men get there, they are completely ripped to shred and dismembered and their bones covered the islands. Mind you, this is recorded.
This isn't something that was considered legend back then. This is something that was written, not as a story, but as history. Now, we're going to move to West and Central Africa, right? This is a very old tale.
>> I saw a mermaid.
>> Really?
>> Yeah. When it's a shell's Africa >> and that's mommy Wata. There are still people to this day that worship Mommy Wata. So she is essentially a beautiful, strikingly beautiful woman with a nice complexion, a deep dark complexion and long flowing black hair. She offers wealth. She appears in dreams. But if upset can cause storms, fatality and curses. Now, something that I want to mention that is really interesting to me is in the legend of Mami Wata is that her companion is a snake. Could that be a coincidence? I think not. Now, I'm in no way trying to demonize other cultures. I believe in Jesus. That is my preference. I'm not trying to be offensive. I'm just speaking on what I've seen in a nutshell. Now, we move to Haiti, my homeland. Right. Lassilen. This is another form of siren, right? They lure people to the sea. And actually, strangely enough, Lassilen does not just target men, but it also she what it also recruits women. There have actually been a lot of tales in Haiti that women will go to the water, especially if they have jewelry on or if they want to offer something to lassien. and it takes her and then she comes back later on completely different. Some women cannot talk. Sometimes children disappear beneath the waves, but the men most of the time do not come back.
Unfortunately, I actually have my own tale about this. And this is so crazy, guys. So, a lot of the times I tell this story and you guys are so interested in it when it comes to Tik Tok or Instagram. So, I'll tell it on here, too. We're gonna call my uncle Uncle Bob, right? My grandmother had 12 children. 12 children in Haiti, right?
And two of them looked just about identical. We'll say Aunt Aunt Mary and Uncle Bob. So, Uncle Bob was notorious for getting in trouble, right? One night he wants to go out on the water, night fishing or night swimming. I'm not sure which one it was, but he wants to go out and my grandmother told him, "No, you have to stay in. You're in trouble." So, he dresses in my aunt Mary's clothes and he sneaks out and because they look so identical and it was dark, she didn't even notice that he was actually him. He goes out with his friends. He gets on the water. Mind you, Uncle Bob was an avid swimmer. He He never had any issues in the water. He jumps in the water and then all of a sudden he's gone. I'm talking like no splashing, nothing. He disappears. His friends start to become frantic when they can't find him under the water and he never surfaces. So they freak out. They look for him and look for him. They they scream his name. It actually reminded me of a video that I saw. This might have been in Mexico. I believe it was a boy or a a man screaming into the water and saying, "Don Estas, where are you? Where are you?" Apparently, his friend had been taken by something in the water and they couldn't find him and he dove in there to go get him.
That video just sends chills down my spine. So at that time in Haiti, there was a president called Papa Doc and he had a son that everyone called Baby Doc, right? And my uncle, my other uncle, we'll call him uh Uncle Jesse. Uncle Jesse was best friends with the son Baby Doc. So they had enough means to send out professional divers to at least try to retrieve a body. Next day that happens. He was never found. Okay. Now my grandmother at that time would go to the water every single night I believe for a month or a couple months waiting for him with a towel at the shore. Now, I really wish at this time with what I know now, I was able to go speak to her and ask her why did she do that? Did she do that because she was delirious and she was overcome with grief that her baby boy would never come back? Or did she do that because she thought that there was something that might return him? Those are the questions that really keep me up at night. And it's like I don't really want to talk to my aunts about it too much because you know when you talk about these things people look at you like you have five pets. But that's kind of why I made these channels so that I can talk to you guys about it and you can kind of tell me what you think. Um, there are so many things in Haiti, like when it comes to shape shifters, sirens, which mind you, if you know someone that's Haitian, ask them if they've ever heard of a mermaid story or a siren story or lassi, I promise you, they most likely have heard of it because the things that go on in the Caribbean, I genuinely believe those waters are different. Now, we're going to move into Japanese folklore, right?
So there was a time when it came to the ocean the dragon triangle between Philippine the Philippines Guam and Japan right that the Japanese Navy sent out a little search vessel called the Kaiou number five. This had a full crew on it right all of a sudden as it plunges into the depths of the ocean it disappears off the sonar completely. I believe this was in the 1900s the early 1900s.
I'm saying 1900s like it's like 500 years ago. But I am talking about so many search parties were done. So many that Japan said we are never exploring that area of the ocean again. Now if you look deeper into the legends, you will find a disturbing creature called the Ningo. The Ningo is actually a sea spirit, a water woman who is, I believe, either half serpent, half woman, or half woman, half fish. Regardless, she is the version of the Japanese siren that has been around for centuries, might I add.
Now, if you if you catch the favor of the of the Ningill, right, you can receive good fortune. But if you by chance get her on a bad day or you try to catch her, steal her, kidnap her, whatever, you're met with terrible water or terrible waves, terrible storms, a lot of death. But the thing with the Ningo is it's psychological at this point. If you come in and if you encounter one, she goes home with you.
She stays in your dreams, in your head.
Kind of like mommy Wata appears in dreams as well, right? And a lot of the people, including Japanese Navy men that said they were attacked psychologically while out on the water, that is documented by Ningo. They go home and they have these like literal fits of almost it looks like schizophrenia. And a lot of them actually ended up unaliving themselves either on ships.
Not a lot of the Navy men, but that have encountered these issues unalive themselves on ships or at home. Now, there's a part of the legend that I find really interesting. Oh, especially in today's events, the uproar on Tik Tok about the elites consuming sirens, the Ningo, right? If you consume their flesh, you get immortality. Now, what are these elites always looking for, the fountain of youth, immortality? They want to live forever in the riches that they bathe in every day. Because I truly believe that the rich know they know it's not going to last forever and they know that they can't take this when they die. So, they want to find a way to be here forever. So, I found that super interesting, especially with everyone talking about that being a thing after the creator, Jay Lee, spoke about an anonymous story that was sent to her of a man that did an illegal trip or an illegal um mission going to find big fish. And these big fish actually turned out to be sirens. But he's like, "No one's actually going to believe me. Some people say they signed NDAs. I have made videos about how people have um spotted sirens at Navy Pier in Chicago because it it became such a big thing. And I had multiple men that have been in the Navy and some women that have been in the Navy commenting on my videos and being like, the things that I've seen in the water, I genuinely don't think people would believe me. And there was one guy that said something that was really chilling. He was like, "If I were to actually say what I've seen, I would be in fear for my life." And people would ask him, they kept on asking, "My you click on his account. It's like super private." People were like, "No, bro.
Like, say it." And he's like, "I will not. I will not open my mouth about what I've seen because I'm not going to risk mine and my family's life." Now, of course, he literally could just be a troll. But what if he isn't? Oh my goodness. I remember speaking of the dragon triangle in Philippines Guam and the um in Japan. Also, did you guys know the Mariana Trench is somewhere in that vicinity as well? Kind of crazy, right?
While we're on that topic, did you guys know that like sea gigantism only exists at pressures that we cannot go? And there are literally five blue like five different types of whales.
Whales, right, that we hear their frequency underwater, but we don't know what they look like because they're so deep in the water. just only know they're there by their frequencies. And speaking of which, right, with the frequencies, I asked myself, you know what? Yeah, I can say it. I asked myself one of these days, what if it's not really the song that hypnotizes people to to go into the water to their deaths, but what if it's the frequency? Do you guys remember when XXXT Tentacion, I always say his name wrong, and I believe it was like 2016 before his passing, spoke about how he only uses a certain kind of frequency in his music because apparently, is it 442? No. Apparently, the main industry uses 440 hertz, which keeps you in a depressive state. And he use I think he uses 432 hertz instead which is often used in meditation music or worship music. I might have gotten that backwards but it makes me think with all these frequencies right and we see that dolphins use frequencies as well and there was even the dolphin assisted assist assisted birth which apparently to the according to the studies the dolphins would go around and around and around a lady that would be pregnant and and in labor and she would have give birth in like 20 minutes with virtually no pain. But they would use echolocation and like a frequency to do that. What if it's the frequency that's almost like a mindontrolling thing that gets someone to go into the water? What if that's the reason why a lot of times people of all different areas will encounter a siren and somehow she speaks their language?
What if it's like a mind thing because of the frequency? And that just kind of brings me, this isn't part of the history of sirens, but it brings me to the whole Gerald thing, right? Let's talk about that. Okay, this had to have been maybe 5 months ago. The internet went into an uproar because apparently, and some people will say this is a hoax.
I believe it personally, especially after Congress is like, "Oh, there's a presence in the water. I think they'll do anything to hide and cover up the truth."
>> Florida man claims to have been kidnapped by dolphins and forced to build an underwater city. The man was found early Monday morning on the side of a beach in Lee County, soaking wet, dehydrated, and confused. But there was a man, a Florida man that was found on the beach and he said that he was taken by bottl-nose dolphins into the ocean and he was forced like I believe what he say 40 m deep 30 or 40 m deep to create like these structures for them building people twisted and said it was like condominions or something but basically building underwater structures for these dolphins. And the head honcho down there was called Gerald. And Gerald was like, "Good luck telling people cuz they won't believe you." Now, I know this sounds absolutely insane. But you would think, right, when he comes out, like they had him tested psychologically. He passed the psyche val. You would think that he would show that he's crazy right now. He passed with flying colors. He was not under any he was not under the influence of any substances. And they checked his lungs to find that there was actually a certain like I don't know how to explain it but like a certain kind of seawater or like a certain particle I don't remember that was in his lungs that shows that he was in deep water. He also was making these crazy intricate detailed sketches about what was down there. And he also had like a deep sea coral etched into his hands. Like you know when you're working on construction, obviously it's going to like you're going to get like a in indentation into your hand. That's basically what he had. Now obviously with a story this freaking insane, people immediately counted it off. But there was surprisingly a lot of people that were like, "You know what? I believe it." in all the things that we're seeing right in the EP files, like are we really going to like put out of our head that something could be going on in the water? I did some digging as per usual, right? What? Okay. Did you know that NASA, not a space agency, for entertainment purposes only? Okay.
United Space Agency did an entire study.
Not only is it illegal to talk to dolphins, prohibited to talk to them in their natural habitat, only captivity.
They say to protect the dolphins, but I don't know. So, they did a study on dolphins to try to make them talk. They wanted to teach dolphins to talk.
>> Mama.
>> Yeah.
Mama.
Mama, >> there was actually like a crazy incident that happened where um a woman, a trainer, um was actually yanking off a dolphin named Peter. And Peter, because dolphins are so smart, I believe they use 40% of their cerebral cortex. They are extremely smart. They literally use puffer fish to get high or to get above.
I don't know if I can say that. I don't know. any mammal that can get above.
Yeah, they're really smart cuz what?
Anyway, Peter grew such intense feelings for her that when she left because they found out that she was essaying a dolphin when she left, he went to the bottom of his captivity, opened his blow hole, and unalived himself. Okay, so that's that. They're they were trying to teach dolphins to talk. Not only do they use specifically bottl-nose dolphins in the Vietnam War to sniff out freaking um bombs at the bottom of the ocean, they also use them in the Navy to arrest unauthorized dolph or divers. So you're saying dolphins are smart enough I keep doing that. Sorry. Smart enough to arrest someone and to find mines and to find bombs, but they're not smart enough to take somebody I don't know. and specifically bottl-nose dolphins. That is that not weird? And then just recently, we saw that whole that thing with the lady that came up to that couple on the beach and asks, "Hey, do you want your picture tak taken?" And they were like, "No, it's okay." And this lady literally walks into the water with two things unal alive in either hand. and comes up to us, asks us if she wants us to take picture of us and then she disappears in the ocean with two dead things hanging from each side of her.
I have to say watch that.
>> It's like something really so freaking sinister about that video. And people always say, "Why in the world every time a siren is caught on camera, it's always blurry?" I don't know. You know, in the in the horror movies where like they always go to record the demons and the demons never show up in the camera unless it's like a blurry shadowy figure. What if that's the reason why? I genuinely believe that the marine kingdom is demonic, guys. Anyway, this is already a really long episode. I don't know if you guys like that it's long, but the next episode, you guys tell me in the comments what should we get into. I was really thinking that we should talk about the forests. Now, did you guys know that um the Scottish Highlands and the Appalachian Mountains were actually connected before Pangia?
Yeah, I believe it was Pangia. And then they were scattered. But in both of those areas, there are the same legends of the same creatures, the skin walkers, the mimics. And you see that across folklore everywhere in the wilderness.
And what if I told you there's a connection to the Apocrypha to that as well? I don't know, guys. I'm thinking the next episode should be about the land, mythical creatures, maybe the fay, vampires. Anyway, you guys know I'm crazy. As always, make sure you like, subscribe, comment down below what you want to talk about next, and I'll see you guys next week.
