While the underlying photobiomodulation science is legitimate, the presentation risks reducing complex neurological rehabilitation to a simplistic biohacking trend. It is a classic case of sound cellular theory being marketed with more aesthetic appeal than clinical nuance.

Healing the brain with red light therapyAdded:
As a brain-based practitioner, one of the tools I like to use on any of my clients with any sort of neurological issues is light, specifically red light therapy. This is so powerful on penetrating deep into our cells to help activate and bring more energy into and inside the cell.
Now, red light therapy, it's if you think of sunlight, sunlight is so beautiful. When you sit in the sun, what happens is these wavelengths of light penetrate into our cells doing amazing things inside our body that we don't have a clue what's happening.
Same as infrared light. In fact, the Pronger system here has two wavelengths that are penetrating into the body.
You've got 650 nm, which is what wavelengths are measured in, and the 650 um penetrates into the surface level of the skin. I like to use it on my brain.
So, the 650 is going to penetrate into the skull and surrounding tissue where I put it. You've also got 850 nm, which goes deeper. It penetrates deeper inside working into the cell. Now, this is going to help any cell damage that has occurred, any uh it's going to help with cell perfusion as well, your ability ability for nutrients to come into the cell and our waste to get out of the cell. That's an important one. We want to get rid of inflammation when we have issues with any neurological conditions. I recently suffered from a mild concussion. That's why I have this setup going on right now for me. So, I have it on my frontal cortex, which is going to help with memory recall, attention, focus, which can deplete after you have a bit of a head knock. So, that's why that's sitting there.
And I've also got it on my cerebellum.
The cerebellum is your receptionist to your brain. It has to be firing well in order for every part of your body and brain to function well. And we'd sit with this for about 10, 15, 20 minutes depending on how much time you have for cell renewal to help activate my mitochondria. Think of your mitochondria as a mouse sprinting on a wheel. If that mouse is able to sprint really fast, you're going to function really well. If that mouse is dragging its butt along the ground, you're going to feel fatigued, brain fog. You're going to have all these symptoms of neurological conditions going on, like being knocked out. So, we want to get as much light wavelength, it's actually called transcranial photobiomodulation or infrared light inside the cells to wake them up, to power you up, and make you feel better, too. Just like plugging your phone into the power point, this is what this is doing for your brain health. And on depending on what my clients have issues with, I will configure the Pronger to whatever configuration that needs to happen in the brain. But obviously, you can use it anywhere you like. You've got tennis elbow, you can put it on the elbow. If you've got back pain, you can strap it to your back. You've got knee pain, go for it.
Surface level and deep level penetration is what this infrared does to the body, which I am a big, big fan of.
Um check out Pronger. I've got all the details below. It is definitely an investment, but a very, very good investment to help improve your cell perfusion and your ability for your brain to activate well and your body to function well.
