All around the world, lemonade is loved and consumed on a daily basis. It's true. In 2026, the projected market size for lemonade is 11.11 billion. Billion billion. As you can see, sharks, it's loved all around the world. If you think that's crazy, in 2031, it's projected to be an 18.8 84 billion industry. According to the American Beverage website, the drink industry also generates $324 billion in direct economic impact. Wo! This proves that the drink industry is very successful and of course tasty, refreshing, creative, and flavorful. Who can resist that?
Us kids know that on a hot summer day, lemonades are irresistible. Now, our lemonades take that to the next level.
Legendary lemonades offer a wide variety of flavors. Sweet to sour and everything in between. With flavors like Shark Attack, Pinkalicious, and more, >> it's easy peasy lemon squeezy.
>> Anyways, our lemonades are affordable and there's a flavor for everyone. It's just the right amount to cool you off on a hot summer day. Our super advantage is that we took a regular pouring lemonade and added our own twist on it. Major companies don't usually do that, but we want our customers here at Mil Farm to be happy with their purchases. Our flavors are unique and totally legendary. We are sure, Sharks, that you and our customers are going to be blown away.
>> So why wait? When life gives you lemons, come on down to >> Legendary Lemonade. Let the good limes roll on. That's the wrong group.
>> Since the beginning of the year, we have been eager to bring our part of this project to life. We have been talking about selling lemonade since we were putting the same class together. From word of mouth to surveys we have constantly seen on Pinterest. It is clear that people want unique, tasty, refreshing drinks on a hot day. Wouldn't we all?
Now Sharks, here's the deal. With these unique and fun flavors, your investment is the real appeal. With multiple flavors, each one of a kind. We have the data to prove that this is lemonade.
This is just what people want.
We're asking for $100.
$100 to create our one of a kind lemonade that add the perfect amount of sweet and sour into your life. Our ingredients come out to about $93.25, which is just at our budget, leaving us around $7 to spare for any extra items.
A list of our ingredients for each of our flavors is being handed out right.
From syrups to gummies, our ingredients are topnotch, which makes our spectacular products even better. After much hard work, we have put together creative flavors and we've talked about just right ingredients. With uh with ingredients hand selected from Walmart and Amazon, $100 is just the right amount for our legendary lemonades.
We have come to the agreement to use the following lemon juice and sugar to create our special and delicious lemonade, allowing us to create the base of the for the flavors we intend to sell. Our total cost to make a legendary lemonade is approximately 94. Based on this, we have decided to sell our drinks for $3, making our profit a little over $2 per drink. We estimate to make around 100 drinks dur uh making our total profit around $200.
This drink is perfect for you with an important decision to make.
And those who aren't want to adventure, its ingredients are blue raspberry syrup, raspberry syrup, our signature lemonade base, and gums.
We've also got other flavors as well that are just as fresh, creative, stunning, and legendary >> like lava flow, which is an eruption of flavors from peach to strawberry.
Extreme Sour, which has a twist of sour lemon and is extremely good.
Galactic Energy, a drink that's totally out of this world. From its sparkles to its syrups, and Pinkalicious, which is a nostalgic lemonade made with a pink twist.
Now, enough with us talking. We want to hear we want to hear what you've got to say.
>> Do you like it?
>> Yeah, calm down. So, please invest in our business, >> Legendary Lemonade. Thank you, Sharks.
Any questions?
How do you know you're going to solve a lemon?
>> We don't know for sure, but we approximately um made 100 cups because of the amount of ingredients and using a recipe that we found to make lemonade.
So, it says around a 6:1 ratio of water to lemon juice. And based on the amount of lemon juice that we have, we've estimated around 100 cups.
>> How large are the cups? The cups are 12 oz uh for one cup.
>> And do you know that your peers are willing to spend $3 on 12 oz?
>> I mean, yeah. I mean, so we've seen a lot of different interests in from surveys to word of mouth and a lot of people are willing to buy the our lemonades and actually are looking forward to it during the business fair.
Yeah. And we've gotten a lot of the ideas for our flavors. Like we've gotten inspiration from some of our classmates because we asked for their inputs.
>> I have a question. Have you ever had a lemonade sales before?
>> Yes, we have. So, in my experience without uh these four, I've raised over $1,000 for kids with cancer. So, uh pre-briic research. And then all together, we've created um we've done multiple love. Last weekend.
>> Yes. and just over um >> of the 100 expected uh drinks to be sold, do you know what ratio each flavor will be of the >> So, I think that the flavor that would people are most like they want the most was probably the Shark Tac one. So, we're expecting to sell the most of that one. Um which we kind of we kind of put that into our um planning. So, we've got a little bit more gummies for that one and we've got like more ingredients, but all of them will still have around the same amount of elaboration.
>> Okay.
>> You mentioned glitter in one of the drinks. How do you get glitter into a drink?
>> There's um >> there's edible glitter like sprays that we have masks that are um pretty inexpensive, but >> Yes.
>> Yes. um you were thinking of using flyers to hang up around the school, maybe going door to door in a classroom to just get word out. So I wear them out and also by um other people like who found interest in it. We have seen a lot of people who already found interest in it. So by hanging the flyers and stuff around our school, we we noticed in the past years that that's also gotten a lot of interest. Have you considered putting your logo on your pups so that on the day of we are planning on doing that >> and that costs included?
>> Well, so um we have a like sticker maker at our houses. So from like a previous Christmas gift or something and uh that we were planning on using so it's like no cost and not >> um this is wonderful. I'm looking at all these different ingredients though and uh are you aware of any issues with any sort of allergens that might impact your classmates and how do you plan to >> We will have the list of ingredients up and then um we will probably we're going to ask people just make sure they don't have any allergies but we'll definitely be careful about that.
>> Yeah. So, uh, when we are going to be selling it during the business fair, we'll definitely have a list of allergens that are included in our drinks and then above with the ingredients.
>> What's the biggest obstacle?
>> Um, making the lemonade is going to take a lot of time. But, um, it >> I think the hardest part would probably be just planning ahead about it cuz it's kind of like on the spot business.
And what containers do you plan to use when you transport it to the school? And how would you plan to transport it and store it? What's your direction of how the school work starts?
>> Yeah, definitely. So, we have uh coolers and a bunch of mega like big coolers at our houses. Um, and with the amount of coolers that we have, uh, the amount of drinks that we have will easily fit into those. And we plan to have extra ice that's going to be um underneath the cooler and also like in our cups so that the lemonade stays fresh and also really tasty.
>> And then would you use pictures to pour it or you get?
>> Yes. Yeah, we have um we already have coolers uh like we have like probably two or three of them that are like very large which we're going to plan to fill up the uh fill up the lemonade and then we'll just use it upstairs.
Do you need permission to get licensed?
>> So our teacher had Miss Vita has given us the permission to sell food and other objects as the business. So we are good on that.
>> That is a great question. Um we will send out information to all the rest of the school distributing ingredients, food, the businesses that will be there so everybody knows what's going to be at the business fair and they'll have um a little bit of an insight on what they can expect. So, yes, I've taken care of giving the approval and making sure that everything is licensed properly.
Um, so we do have to have you deliberate. We're going to give them a moment to wrap up their um pitch and then we'll have you Sharks head into the hall to talk. You can decide on what you would like to invest if you would like to invest and then you can come in and deliver your um the outcome uh your decision so you can decide together.
Yes.
>> When is this going to happen? What do you >> Great question. Yeah. So this will um happen towards the end of June around the June 18th to June 17th. And then there's also a rain day if but there's a rain day in case it's raining but if it's not then around June 17th towards the end of the school year so that we have a lot of time.
>> Okay. So we really enjoyed your presentation and we have decided that we're going to give you full funding and um our guest from Craft Lab is going to give $20. our guest from the um both parent and from on behalf of the um the the grade is going to give $20 $30 to $7.
>> Thank you so much.
One more round of applause.
>> Hello and good morning sharks. Our names are Emily Hadley and my name is Shana.

Many children and adults of all genders around the world find it fitting if they have accessories. It has been proven that anyone young or old will feel like they express themselves better by adding a fabulous touch of our products to their outfit. Also, we have recently found that the Frenchy network is worth $3.8 billion and the keychain industries are worth around $2.5 billion proving that it is a popular product among the people. Our our business our small business will especially spark interest among the students of and teachers of Mil Pond. Every day walking to the school I see key times on bags, bracelets on wrists or keys and scrunchies tying back care. Though this means a lot of people have some some of these items um some of these things. The handmade aspect will be very intriguing to to people of all ages.
Um, you can also make collections of bracelets, keychains, and other items.
There are many things that make style and stones unique, including the handmade aspect of all of our products.
This large factor will set us apart from large businesses you might find in a mall or at a shopping center. Though this is true, we know that other businesses presented at the fair may have similar items to us that are handmade just like ours. But we have products that are crocheted, woven, painted, and even made from plastic.
This will pro provide a unique touch to items that illuminates contenders who be the same as us. We have made sure that we have something for everyone whether that is keychains, animal keychains, bracelets in a variety of colors or scrunchies and even painted rocks.
We have conducted a survey amongst our fellow business owners. This proved that 85% of our class of 21 students will be interested in our keychains and 52% of our class would be interested in our scrunchies and bracelets. Based on the results of one singular class, we can make the prediction that other classes which may have similar results. This shows that our business will be effective towards the Mil Pond's goal of raising money.
Um, now that you know what our business can provide, we would like to once again ask for generous donations of $49 for our zero% stake in stones and stones.
It's always a great day to support this small business. Since you know how totally awesome our fashionable business is, you're likely super excited to donate to style and stones. We thank you for the time that you have given us to share a pitch.
So, let's get to it. Now is the time to ask your questions and get some answers.
>> Who's going to produce these for?
>> So, she will be making our bracelets.
She will be making our painted rocks.
And I will be making all the crochet items. As you can see, I have some examples here. These are all just from me, though, so they're not the best. I can do better, I promise. And I have this football one for multi-gender cuz we know not everybody likes bracelets and scrunchies. And then these are our products made out of plastic. I can make multiple shapes and keychains for others.
>> Um so how are you assuring the quality control of these things? Are you guys checking each other's work or are you having somebody else check things for you to make sure everything holds up? We we are constantly checking with each other on how much we've made and when we think we're going to be able to get to how much we think we're going to be able to make.
>> Okay. So, you're talking about the quantity, but what about the quality of it? Like, how you make sure it's good enough that you feel comfortable selling?
>> We take photos and then we share it with each other and give feedback for each other to make it better. Um, I've also been sharing these with my peers. In fact, I accidentally brought them to gym today and I shared them with most of my friends, shared them with some teachers, too. and I've shared them with all my fellow business owners and also I'm sharing them with you right now so you can check the quality and you've been sharing with Patricia. How did you learn how to work?
>> Um, so mostly I had a friend help me with like the beginning stuff and then I used a tutorial from the Rubles the Wooles kits and they're kind of expensive but they really worked and so I can appreciate that.
>> That's amazing.
>> Thank you. I'm curious if you to make them because it's a lot a lot of time to as a crossstitcher myself. It can take a lot of time to actually do the crafting.
>> So, I've estimated these stars. They take about like 5 to 10 minutes each side cuz I do each side one at a time and then sew it. So, each side will take 5 minutes and then it would probably take around 12 minutes just to get all the sewing done and the stuffing and the eyes in. And then this one only takes like five minutes, maybe actually six because plastic's a little harder to work with. So my products are pretty quick and easy. And I've estimated that I can make around 65 of them with one yarn from the shop that you're going to be projecting. And then the bracelets that I make take two to five minutes to create with a little bit of time to cut the string and then tie it to make it be able to slip on and slip off with different size variations. And estimated how much I can make with the amount that we might be able to get. Um I can make 500 uh 154 bracelets. Everything is so cool.
>> So, we don't So, like we said in our pitch, based on how much people in our class had said that they wanted them, we have a pretty good idea of what other classes may be like. So, we're assuming to sell a bit over half or maybe actually like 3/3 and then we can keep some of them or sell them at other separate markets. It's also better to have more than to have too little >> cuz last year the business were like all sold out and everybody was shut down and we don't want that to happen.
>> So for the your expenses, your $49 in expenses, um that's all of the materials that it will take. Um one of the one of your selling points is how different your yours are from others. And that implies that you would have different kinds of supplies. So, how are you managing the balance between having multiple supplies and your and your multiple supplies like lots of different colors or lots of different um uh you lots lots of different colors for the yarn or for beads or for you know whatever the whatever the things are.
How do you manage that with um buying uh your material?
>> So um for different colors of the yarn, I bought multiple different colors and I have multiple colors at home and I was planning to make multicolored single colored. So it really fits with like anybody who just wants one or wants two or wants three. And really yarn is I have crochet hooks already so I don't need those. I have scissors already so I don't need those. And then so that will we don't really need anything but the yarn for mine mostly and safety too. And then we've we've also we we also we have also got some donations of string and thread for our family's bracelets. Yeah.
From our teachers. Um and all of the and the beads we've bought are multiple different colors. So we don't need to buy like bags of one color. We we bought some that are multiple different colors in one thing.
And then with Sharia, do you want to tell them about the different paint you bought?
>> Um, she's also a bunch of different colors of paint.
>> You have a lot of things to do at school and chores with wood, things of that sort.
How do you balance your time in terms of making?
>> So, um, as we said, it doesn't take too long to make too many products. And the thing is crocheting. I've gotten to a point in time where I can do it like while doing other things sometimes. So like sometimes I'm reading a book on like a device or a hard copy book. I can crochet while doing that. Sometimes I'm like watching a movie with my parents or um like a show with my parents and I can crochet while doing that. Obviously with like chores I couldn't really crochet while doing the dishes. That might be a little complicated. So I can do it in the car. I can do it on the bus. I can do it here at school when we have designated time.
>> One more question.
>> You're gonna have a stand to sell this.
Are you going to have any advertising materials, pictures? What are you going to do to tell?
So, we're going to make a whole bunch of posters and then put them up around the school along with telling maybe sending out some messages to some of our teachers um to help send out some messages to other classrooms and telling their kids about some of the businesses we have.
Um, so for that we really just need to like print like flyers and just going to classes and talking about our business and trying to prototype. So that doesn't really have any costs other than what we're already buying. One of the most expensive things um again back to supplies uh is uh deciding what which which colorways you're going to do especially because that's that's driven by the by the audience by the people who are going to buy your product. Have you done any research about what color combinations are popular?
>> So, um, what one thing I didn't mention in my pitch is a lot of people think classes did surveys and we did a survey and one of the questions was, "What are your favorite colors?" And we got a lot of green, we got a lot of blue, we got a lot of purples and like pinks and stuff.
So, I was planning mostly doing some of those color schemes, but then adding a couple different ones for the other classes that didn't particularly.
>> Yeah. And then like all of my bracelets that I'm creating are all unique different colors and different patterns.
So I will not have two of the same and like they will have most of those colors but with also some like reds, orange, yellows along with the colors that might have not been voted the most. Okay, we have time for one more question before we deliberate.
>> What sort of profit margins do you have on how much does it cost to make a bracelet or a scrunchie or another uh crochet thing? rocks are probably pretty free pretty, but the paint has a cost in it. What are you um going to be collecting for each of those items?
>> Okay, so our scrunchies, I was planning to sell them from anywhere to $3 to $4 and there will be a profit of $1 based on different colors and stuff. And then keychains are $5 to $6 and there will be a $2 profit on those two items. Yeah.
And then the bracelets, depending on how much um like what their pattern is and how much time it'll take them, they'll be one to$2 dollars. And then how much like the amount of money it would take to make would be 25 cents to 30 cents to pay >> not including your labor, >> not including.
Okay, great job.
Thank you so much for your presentation.
Um we are very excited to uh to fund you for the full amount that you've requested. Um we will be investing $5, $5, $29, and $10 so you will get the full amount. Thank you. Thank you.
Hey, hey there. Our names are Julian, Kesha, and Rudy. We are here to tell you about our business idea, Splendid Sculptures.
We'll make unique clay figurines and keychains for decoration. We're feeling a bit sedimentary today.
We are asking for $31 at a 0% stake in our company. In the entire world, the United States holds 40% revenue for the global play industry. I know that's a lot, right? Play art is very popular, but it's tricky to find. It is said that many people enjoy having unique keychains which catch people's eyes.
Keychains and figurines are special memorable gifts which all people love.
They are a way to keep memories close to your heart, but people want durable items and they're challenging to find.
Many people have special keychains, but they are undurable. Usually, they're flimsy and break when you drop them. And that's where we come in. Splendid sculptures will create many unique, durable keychains and figurines, which will be popular among all kinds of people. We know that business will be successful because the clay industry was 29.16 billion and the teaching industry was $2.5 billion.
They're getting bigger and bigger. These are just unusual items and special products would be a hit for the people at the business too.
>> You can't find pre-made clay sculptures on Amazon or at a normal store. You would have to buy the clay and the tools, make it yourself, and bake it.
The whole process takes up to 2 hours, or you can buy it from us instead. Food items are nice for a fleeting moment, but once you eat them, they're gone.
Plastic chachkis last a while, but then break. These are durable, hefty, and relaxing.
Uh somewhere we found this um quote from Psychology Today. It says, "The clay transcends into a beautifully finished piece of art. And while we may never be finished and may still need therapy, we are one step closer to our own transformation. We'll make keychains and sculptures that people like. We ran a survey in our class to see what sculptures people wanted to see, so it'll be there. This sets us apart from others because big companies just make random keychains at the beginning, but we'll make items people will love. We've conducted a survey in our business club and 92% of the 39 participants said they like sculptures or keychains. Because of this, we had a question from $31 to send our business in action play and keychain books and YouTube will give you 0%.
That's all sharks. Thanks for giving us your time to listen to us and all the other businesses. With your help, we'll be able to start a successful business.
Any questions, concerns, or comments?
>> Just saying you really shaped my day.
>> Who's going to make?
>> Yeah.
>> How many?
>> We were thinking like 20.
>> Yeah. 120.
>> What were they?
>> Like these ideas like we could make like some of the prototypes we made. We don't have them with us right now, but uh we had a dog, we had a penguin, we had a taco, and they would be keychains.
Uh some of them are sculptures, some of them are keychains, which you can like hang from your bag.
>> Yeah, cuz a lot of people like keychains. I like to when I'm at school, I see a bunch of people with keychains on their back, like 15.
So, you had mentioned that it takes uh up to two hours to make one of these things in your kitchen. And if you're making 120, are you able to simultaneously bake several at the same time? What's your plan for? How do you get that done?
>> So, three of us will all be making them and we can bake them together like a few of them all at the same time. Plus, all three of us can bake them at separately.
So, we should be able to get it done with a lot of working time to make the things.
>> Yeah. And I'm busy a lot after school. I don't have too many classes. And my homework, I finish it pretty quick, so I have a lot of time at home.
>> Why are you so passionate about this?
>> Well, I went to Julian's uh Julian's mom's store, craft lab, and then I had the business idea for making clay sculptures cuz it seemed really fun and it seemed like a lot of people would like it. So, yeah, we started to make one. We're thinking about making one.
Yeah, it's like you saw the clay, then you started working on it, and then after a while, you just became like clay expert.
>> Yes. Well, >> do you So, you don't have any prototypes here?
>> Not at the moment.
>> How big are these? How large? How large will they be? Will each be? They can be like we were thinking they could go from like two to 3 cm tall and like one to two wide. So they wouldn't be like they're not too big like they're not going to you're not going to have to like you're not going to have to use effort to lift them. It's it it should be it's pretty light. They'll be pretty light but um heavy enough that it feels relaxing.
Did you get a real life change? What if you didn't get the funding from us?
Where would you get the funding?
>> Probably we would ask much. We each chip in. It's just like 10 bucks and big things and one of those purchasing.
>> Yeah, we also have very generous art teachers here. So, we have some local resources that we can ask should businesses not get their full investment. We do have uh for other businesses, Yman's, Roach Brothers. Um they're willing to help us and donate materials. Uh we're working on Dunkin Donuts. So, we we have outreach opportunities should we need them um and in-house opportunities with our um specialist teachers. We probably time for one more question if there's any before you delivery.
>> What's the cost of a keychain to buy and how much does it cost to me?
>> Um so, if we're going to sell it at $3 and it cost 26, we're making it up a lot because it's more manual labor than actually just buying things in. As we said earlier, these take a while to make. So the um amount of the amount of um profit is um bigger becomes more important.
Thank you everybody. Deliberating one more time. Round of applause.
Hey guys, I need help. What do you need help with, Trey? Well, it's my friend's birthday and I can only have one dessert, but I don't know what to choose from. Ice cream or donuts?
>> I'm sorry, Trey. I have this problem every single day.
>> Hello guys, I'm Roman and my company has created uh I've started a company called Delicious. It combines two of the best desserts, ice cream and donuts.

Meaning that customers will be interested in our product and we expect to sell each half donut for $3 and expect to make at least $300. That makes us a whopping profit of $200 and putting your hard-earned money into very good hands.

>> Remember donut stress delicious donuts will make you have success.
Thank you guys for coming. Now we'll take any questions.
I'm >> I'm curious, what's the source of these donuts? Are you buying pre-made donuts or you making your own?
>> They're from Dunkin Donuts.
>> Yeah, they're from Duncan.
>> We're buying four dozen donuts from Dun and then we're going to cut them in half and sell them with ice cream and toppings.
>> Are you going to be making them for people? In other words, if I come to your store, we've got how many flavors of ice cream have on this chocolate coverage, you'll put vanilla ice cream.
So, we'll bake it at the same we'll be selling glazed donuts and then we'll put the ice cream and toppings on like depending on what you buy.
>> So, just glazed.
>> Yeah. And you get to like pick what toppings you want on it, what drizzles, what flavor of ice cream you want. So, yes, it'll mostly be made right in front of you.
>> How are you keeping the ice cream cold?
>> Uh, with coolers.
>> We're gonna have like a lot of coolers.
>> All four of you will be assisting making.
>> So, we're going to have different jobs.
>> Like, someone's going to take orders.
Someone will probably do the two people like cut the donuts in half and then put the ice cream in them.
>> And then someone will also probably be serving orders.
>> You have the labels out so people can they have allergies or anything.
>> Yeah, we'll have we'll have the ingredients on the donuts and ice cream.
>> You said I said you did research on what people want the flavors and stuff.
Um, so we did Google form surveys on what toppings such as like Oreos and sprinkles and also flavors of ice creams that people wanted and we picked out the ones that had the most votes and stood out. So like whatever the most popular flavoring uh flavors were and toppings were we're going to use those to like cater for people's needs with what they >> if uh you're serving food. What precautions and uh procedures do you have to make sure that you're doing this in a way that is safe and >> we're going to wear glo we wear like plastic gloves um and we're going to use like plastic silverware to cut the donuts and everything. So, um, it will have lots of like sanitizer there. So, >> yeah. And we also, like I said, we're going to have like the ingredients so everyone can see. And like if if someone does have an allergy, like you could always like use a new spoon or something just in case like they're allergic to something like that.
>> Really good.
>> Thank you guys. They're going to be served in bowls. They're not just like >> not bowls like mini containers. Yeah, containers or maybe bowls that they'll come in. So, >> did you look at any other businesses for synergy of two products to see things they do?
>> Um, a lot of businesses are doing two products. Okay.
>> Yeah.
>> Mhm.
>> Look at any other businesses to see if there's anything else.
>> Not yet, but we will.
>> Good answer. This is our logo, by the way. We didn't say that. So, it's just like Yeah, we'll probably have like a big sign with the logo on it to draw people's attention. And then this is like a visual of our doughnut um without toppings. But obviously, if you want, we can like you would add whatever topping.
>> Yeah, that's a whole donut, right?
>> Yeah. We cut that in half, but we just couldn't find any pictures of it >> cuz it's in front.
>> Yeah. I like that you're cutting up the half because if you've ever had those cookie ones with ice cream in the middle, you take like three bites and you're done with it. So filling. So if you did a whole donut with ice cream and another donut on top, it's going to be so filling and waste a lot. Donuts. So and there's going to be like lots of products. So people are not just going to be like, I'm going to buy everything here with my money. They're just they're going to want to like buy some food here, some there, and some there. So we're making it like not too filling. So yeah, we're glad.
money to spend.
>> Will you give a very short summary to Mr. G if you understand what your business is?
>> Yeah.
>> Uh, so we're selling um donuts with ice cream and toppings.
Uh, and what else?
>> Uh, we're asking for $100.
>> Yeah, we're asking for $100 for 0% equity in our company. And our donuts have many toppings that you want and they have ice cream inside. And we're getting the ice cream from Yman's and uh getting the donuts from Dunkin Donuts. And we're selling half like a donut per thing so people don't get too filled up.
>> Donuts get what? Half this way or this way?
>> So, um but both. So then you can put the ice cream inside and then and cut it in half.
>> Okay. Um so we love your idea and we think you did a really great presentation and we love how you answered all of our questions and we're really excited. Um we think that it's such a yummy food like it's going to go pretty fast at the business fair. Um, so we would we we're going to meet your request and give you $100 towards your business.
>> Thank you guys so much.
>> Mr. G, you would like to request a taste.
>> One small stipulation is that I need to taste it before anybody else gets it to make sure that it's safe for all of our students.
>> We'll get you.
>> All right. I'll take that as the company.
Good morning, Sharks. My name is Sa and my name is Annabelle >> and we are here to today to share a business called We are asking for an $86 investment for a set of Christmas.
>> Our business sells water bottles, stickers, and small goodie bags with toys and treats in them.
>> We think that our business will entertain our customers and help have a fun experience at the business.
Our business will help because it educates customers looking for fun stuff at the business fair.
>> Our business helps cover up dents and scratches on your poring water bottle with their waterproof stickers.
>> Our goodie bags will help bring up sensory details and decrease anxiety.
>> Our goodie Our water bottle stickers come in a variety of different animal stickers and things. Our goodie bag treats can be chosen by customers to create a fun and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Our goal is to sell waterproof water bottle stickers with different designs on them.
Our goodie bags are allergy safe so we are inclusive to all consumers at the business. Our good time will have small toys and fidget center and extend tickets to school.
>> People will come to our business looking for something fun and unique.
>> Our business will help people find something interesting and worth buying.
We will include stickers and goodie bag items that have been requested by students in the survey. We will also have um items for all generations.
>> Our advantage is that we have been to other business fairs in the last 2 years and know how to get people to come to our business.
>> Our business first started when we thought that people would only buy the message if it's in a good price range and it has items worth.
>> Our data and our survey shows everyone's favorite stickers and things in goodie bags so they have a reason to come to our business. We are asking for an $86 investment with a 0% stake on your business. This investment will not help only help my business but also the customer shopping day.
>> So sharks, are you ready to stick with us and make this business fair unforgettable?
Invest in blue and play house and let's spread spread some joy together.
>> Thank you for listening. We love to answer any questions you have about our business or our mission.
>> Is it just the community?
>> Yeah.
This is our fillet.
Great.
>> Thanks.
>> I have a question. Um, what So, you said like the goodie bags they would have the goodie bags be pre-made or would there be things laying out that people would put into the goodie bags?
>> Um, we're going to let our customers get that. They can choose whatever they want.
So if you choose if let's say they make a good bag of three objects or a goodie bag of 10 objects, is there a different price point for how many things they put in the bag or is it just like you get?
>> Yes, we will add um you will add more stuff like whatever like choice you want. So more you put in more costs.
>> Yeah.
>> Why do you need 86? How are you going to spend money? How are you going to bring?
>> So, some of the items require two and items like cost a lot.
>> Have you thought about that budget in terms of where the money specifically?
Yeah, we're going to use the money we got organized to um to our to get um the baths and stuff that we can put our room.
>> What about the stickers? Are those part of the budget, too, or do you already have the materials to use?
>> They're part of the budget, too.
>> And do stickers also go in goodie bags or is that separate?
>> Um you can put them in goodie bags.
Where are you buying those?
>> We're lining them up with >> what designs uh were the stickers and there's some we have quite a wide variety of students at the school. So read meeting reading all of the interests >> in in the survey. The students they the most common they were like they were choosing cute animals and star stickers going to work just the two of you know.
So you'll package up each bag as the customer comes through and chooses what they want and then you'll have to calculate the price on the spot.
>> So you're actually So each individual each individual item is going to be price separately and then you're tallying it up.
One more question.
I know the fidgets are those those fidgets are very popular. I see my front office has them all over the vests. So, I'm sure you'll have customers in my front office as well as well as students.
Exciting. I think they'll be they'll be well loved.
All right, guys. We love your idea. Um I'll say where we're a little before we tell you what our investment is going to be. Uh we are a little bit nervous. We think it's shown to be very popular. So much that you might get overrun at points. So some ideas that we came up with that we think would like to encourage we think would be really useful for you to do. Um would be one to maybe have things pre-priced out already. So if you put you know if you're going to have them fill their own bags, have price points for how many things and have a display of it there so that you're not having to answer a thousand questions about oh I put three in, I put five in, I put 17 in, how much does that cost? Right? So already having that advertised and laid out, the other idea that we came up with that we think would be very popular and big quicker would be to do what you know you're probably familiar with is like blind bags where you've pre-made them and it's a surprise on what they guess. So that you know and then it could be things that aren't offered in your selection.
So the kids would be kind of enticed to see what's in there. Oh, I don't have any idea what's in these blind bags. You know, I know there's lots of toys like that nowadays. you open up and you don't know what you're going to get. So, we think that would also attract a lot of interest. So, if you're willing to accept those ID rates, we are willing to go over your asking. You asked for $86.
We decided that we each give $18, giving you a total of $90. Does that sound fair to you guys?
>> We did.
>> All right. Very good. Nice and done.
>> Thank you.
>> Good morning, CHS. Our names are Angela, Aurora, and Finland. We are here today to bring our reason to learn your Our Smile. This is meant to help create memories for kids and develop for taking photos to help people keep their memories. Who doesn't love good photos?
We are seeking a $100 investment for 0% stake in our business. Everyone enjoys high quality professional photos. The American Psychological Association suggests that people who take photos of their experiences usually enjoy the events more than people who don't. At the only option is your beginning of the year and end of the year. Photos taken by professional kids don't have easy access to professional looking photos with their friends at school.
According to new research, capturing sharing photos with friends can boost your positivity.
Signs from the University of California have conducted this research by selling school souvenirs photos. We are raising money for the school while giving students and teachers as well as students an affordable and professional looking memory of the fun event.
We proposed that creating a boardroom for students to take pictures of themselves hanging out with their friends would be a would be a good way to help the school raise money for other activities. Our school is raising money to help fun activities such as nature's classroom and after school clubs for everyone in the school. Smile with styles provides students with a way to document their friendships throughout the year and have a little fun. Our photo booth will provide students and teachers with a more polish color with document their than the standard photos taken in classrooms.
At our booth, you will be able to use props, backgrounds, and try out different poses. You will be promised a good time.
>> All of this will lead you to having long lasting memories of your friends.
>> Smile style is a photo booth where you can create memories with your friends and family.
>> You can use props to take your pictures, plus you can be funny or silly. You can also do different places. Capture and sharing photos with your friends can boost your We are asking for $100 to buy props, film, and backgrounds. With the investment, we will be able to create an unfable unforgettable memory for our customers. We have noticed that sports and summer have been a big topic at Milon. So, we have decided to have two backgrounds. A field of different sports clubs and a summer with different food drops.
We already have a printer and some great pops to work with. However, we want to offer fun summer themed backdrops that everyone will love. Our photo our photos will get everyone excited for summer and will be a great memory for this year.
Thank you for coming to our business. Do you have any questions?
>> What kind of camera?
>> Well, we're going to use our iPad and we have um many printers. So, we're going to pick photos as >> Have you considered making props in your backdrop to save some money?
>> Yeah, we have a bucket full of props already and we have um a back.
>> Can you explain then how that $100 breaks out?
Um, we're going to buy um like paper for the camera and we're also going to buy more props.
>> You said you were going to get two backdrops.
>> Yeah.
>> You already have one. So, you're going to buy a second one or you going to buy two?
>> Two. You're going to buy two.
>> You're going to buy two.
You already priced out the backdrops.
>> Um, yes.
>> How much the backdrops cost?
>> $10 each.
>> When you get the photograph, you have to put it in a paper frame card.
>> What are the the dimensions? How big are the photographs?
>> Uh here it says 5 to7.
>> How much is each photograph?
>> Uh 2 to3 $2 to $3 you're going to charge the person.
Is it two or is it two?
>> Yeah.
How much is it?
>> But if you're charging two, it will be $2.
You done the math?
We don't have an answer for that. We will get back to you.
>> How many do you think you sell?
>> How many people can fit in front of the back? If a group of friends wants to get the picture, how many can do it? And will they be able to buy multiple pictures? Is there any sort of discount they buy?
>> Um to answer this question maybe five to six people for the background and um >> so if I got five or six friends in my picture and we each wanted a copy, it would be $2 for each to get the picture right.
Maybe one more question before.
>> Did you think about suppose a student has their own?
Is there a different price you could charge them doing instead of using Um, so wonderful presentation. You guys are very good. We love a good photo booth that we've been in the business before. They're very popular. I think you're going to get much more than 40 customers. I think you guys are going to get a lot of customers. Um, one piece that we kind of came back with is we don't think you'll need $100 to run this. We think $100 is a little high of an asking price. We think especially with the number of photo booths that have been done. I know our current parent group has lots of supplies. Um I'm sure there are other people in our community, our milong community that would donate props for photo booths.
They've run either at parties or at, you know, kids night out and all the different places we've had them that you could probably get most props and backgrounds probably donated or built on your own. The one thing we think you can't get is the paper. So, what we've agreed to do is to go in at with $50 to give you guys $10 each. $50 you could dedicate most of that towards the paper because that is something that you can't produce on your own. And then we'd encourage you and I can help you guys and other people can probably help you connect you with people who might be able to get you donated a lot of those supplies that you would have gone and purchased. Um, which are something that anything that you don't get, maybe use the remaining money to buy a couple of props that you're really looking for.
>> You think you need to have ask for donation? Yes, I just sound good.
>> All right, 50 hours done. Right. Thank you guys.

It invol it involves physical movement and you can relax your mind while playing, which is perfect for everyone. Gaming Busters is requesting a $95 investment for 0% quantity equality stake in our business.
With this investment, we will purchase cotton candy and prizes such as fidget spinners, sticky hands, slap bracelets, pockets, stickers, mini skateboards, and mini soccer balls. We are also going to be buying small bags for customers to carry across our trucks. That is the end of our presentation. Thank you for your time. Do you have any questions?
>> So, this is a situation where they're going to pay to play the game. How much does it cost to play a game? Okay. So, three throws for $2, seven throws for $4, and 10 throws for $5.
>> And how do they determine if you're winning a prize?
>> So, if you land two throws, you're going to get one prize. If you land four throws, you're going to get two prizes.
And uh five throws, you're going to get three prizes.
>> Any other questions?
>> How many different prizes?
>> Yeah, we have a lot of variety of prizes which have Yeah, many people will like them.
>> Uh 150, >> please.
>> And some cotton candy.
>> Is the cotton candy also prized or >> Yes.
>> Is it individually packaged? How does that work?
>> Uh cotton candy comes in a box. It will be individually packaged and in plastic.
And we'll also buy some paper bags to uh to give the people the cotton candy and the prize.
>> The game that they're going to be playing is bags or the game that's on the picture or there'll be more than one type of game.
>> Uh it'll be the same game there. Uh we are getting our corn boards from Mr. Sloansky and our fellow classmates. So uh there will be total of eight boards.
So and you can also play with your friends wearing.
So >> you just borrow.
>> Yeah.
>> One is there going to be a I know one thing that is often popular in these type of competitive ones is some form of scoreboard or leaderboard that is advertising scores throughout the day. And oftentimes people like to play for the prizes but they also like to play for the fame. Um, so, uh, is there going to be any type of scoreboard that you're going to keep throughout the day to like advertise? Maybe you're like somebody that's seven out of seven or something like that.
>> We don't have a scoreboard right now, but I think we could do it on this.
>> You're looking for one. I might know.
How are you three going to be managing the actual itself?
>> So, there's going to be one person that's going to look at the game in case if anyone's still cheating their way.
>> Yeah. And there's going to be one person that's going to give the cash register and there's going to be one person that's going to give up.
One thing I do just want to highlight just for this business in particular is Arya is brand new to our school. He just moved from India about a month ago. He joined our school about a week and a half ago. So him him becoming part of this group and this presentation is really impressive and Zion Noah did a fantastic job getting him right into it.
So for him to be brave enough to stand up in front of you all and uh give this pitch and come up with all of these great ideas. I just want to acknowledge that he's brand new. He just just arrived. So this is his first welcome to Mil Pond.
Well, last >> um we we again see we think your gaming station will be very popular. Um I think it'll be more popular and we all agreed on this one because of wanting to be the best. I think the prizes will be nice, but I think they're wanting to be the best. So what we've decided and one strong suggestion is that uh maybe you give a grand prize or like you know a bigger prize that's kind of there people are wanting to get to that that you that you advertise and you have a leaderboard the top three scores of the whole day get something a little bit bigger. Um and and so um >> yeah and you give less prizes to the people for like you said you'll give away three if they got four on that's too many to give away you think we think maybe you don't get anything if you only get one and you get two if you get four on if you get all seven or something like that you know shrink how much you're giving away to each throw but advertise a bigger prize that way that'll get people wanting to earn that.
So, that was kind of where we landed. We decided that we would each donate $15 um which would give you a total of $75 towards your cost.
>> Sound good?
>> Thank you guys.
Hello and welcome sharks to uh Shark Tank 2026. I'm like the business leader for this uh Shark Tank this year and the business fair this year. So the first group we have is Croissant Delights who will be presenting to you with their amazingly delicious delights I guess. And if there is anything you wonderful >> Hello Sharks. Our names are Oliver, >> Joseph, and Moses.
>> And we're here to introduce you to Croissant Delights, >> a business idea where we take croissants and put ice cream in the middle of them for kids and adults to enjoy the hot summer day of the business fair. We are seeking a $50 investment for 0% stake in our company.
>> Around the world, the average price for our croissant lights are $7 to 12. Our croissants are way cheaper and we're selling them for $30, which is a $4 with a $4 difference with more creamy and delicious item inside. Our croissants are not 100% homemade, but they're still delicious, but different variety of flavors to choose from. The food and beverage skyrocketed from skyrocketed from 1992 to present day by by 2,000 products unlike unlike um unlike no food which is still getting close to this day.
It is a good choice to invest in us cuz we are selling our croissants for $3 yet it cost us 96 cents to make. So I think we're going to make a good profit for this delicious choice.
>> Plus there are multiple choices to choose from. Businesses that sell ice cream around the world make $86.9 billion dollar in a year. And and businesses that make croissants make 1 billion a year. We are willing to make a better price range to make this business successful.
>> What sets croissant delights from all the other places is we're kids and all the other places are adults trying to make a living when we're just trying to have fun and enjoy ourselves during the business fair.
>> Our croissants have more delicious flavors to choose from. We are als we have very very fast workers to bring a smile to your face to make sure that everyone is happy with their purchase.
We are also selling them with topics for no extra change. Thank you very much for listening to us. You have been a kind audience and we appreciate that.
>> Are there any questions?
>> I have a question. So I happen to know that there's another business that is similar but not the same. Um, and I can't quite remember the name of the business, but it's donuts with with with ice cream inside. How are you differentiating yourself in the market?
>> Well, we're selling croissants with ice cream and milk and they're selling donuts with ice cream and milk. So, I believe like um some people who don't like donuts might like croissants. So, also there's different price ranges.
>> They're selling their ice cream donuts for $4. We're selling them for >> What made you come up with this idea?
Where did you get the idea for this unique combination? Well, uh, a while back when I was in Disney World with my dad, we were in Epcot at the French like spot and, uh, we, uh, found this place that seldro like croissant ice cream sandwiches and you got to choose what kind of ice cream you put in the middle and we thought it was pretty good.
Um, uh, when we when I saw that we were doing the business fair, I'm like, we should do that.
>> Have you seen that anywhere besides Disney World?
>> No. Okay, cool.
>> Where do you plan to get your croissants from?
>> Uh, PJ Street.
>> First of all, you guys did a really good job. Um, my question is, how are you going to keep the ice cream from melting on a really warm day?
>> We have big big coolers.
>> I will interject as the the teacher.
We're also going to store some of it in the freezer, in the kitchen, in the um lunchroom, and then the things that they need are going to be put in coolers that the groups that are using ice cream are going to bring. And the ice cream will be in the corner. We're going to have the businesses set up on either end and that's where they're going to utilize their space >> in shape.
>> Are you scooping them on site or are you prefilling them?
>> Oh, I'm sorry.
>> How are you going to to hand them to the customer?
>> We're serving them with a bowl so it's not that messy. And we have a choice of spoon >> to make it more sanitary. We also wear plastic bowls.
What are your flavor choices for ice cream?
>> Chocolate and vanilla. And for toppings, we have uh chocolate syrup and Oreo cookies.
>> Crushed Oreo cookies.
>> Um my last question is will you how are you going to manage allergies for students and adults?
We have um the ingredients listed out at the business fair if any >> and we'll also ask them uh if they have any.
>> Right. Um great job, great presentation.
We love the the product that you're offering. Um so we deliberated and we came up with an agreement that we're going to fund you what you're asking for with however um it's going to be both your the cash that you're looking for and a donation of croissants.
Does that sound like a good plan?
>> Yes. You actually have a shark that works at BJ works for BJ's.
>> That is a very great connection. You did you picked the right sharks today.
>> Do you know how many croissants you plan to eat? Uh well, we were going to buy um so with the money we got, we saw that we have to buy um I think we would had 84 and and originally we were thinking of 112, but we have to lower that price because of ice cream.
>> So 112 is what you actually need?
>> Yeah.
>> Okay.
I mean, if you want to donate us that >> they they wanted 112, but they lowered it because of their budget to 84 because it came in packages.
>> So, by getting a donation of croissants, that means you'll now have enough to be potentially made 112 croissants, right?
>> Yeah.
>> And we want to help you with that. Thank you so much.
>> Nice job. All right, next group. Come on up.
>> The next group we have are is sugar uh sorry, Tweet Victory, who are selling sugar cookies. The people are Liam and Ryan. And over to them. Hopefully they do great.
>> Hello Sharks. Our names are Ryan and Liam, and we are here today to tell you about our business, Sweet Victories. We are a sugar cookie. sugar cookie brand and we are trying to create cookies people can enjoy but also present their favorite sports teams in the process. We are seeking a $95 investment for a 0% stake in our company. In today's world, a lot of people are eating dessert because they need to satisfy their sweet tooth due to biology, psychology, and sensory enjoyment. Also, their brain craves sugar. So, this is a chance to satisfy your sweet tooth. But also, we have noticed that a lot of people are wearing sports jerseys like you right now. And uh there is students spiking interest in women's sports and that is why we are here to both satisfy your sweet tooth and help you support your favorite sports teams. Sweet victory offers a variety of different sports and teams on our cookies to please fans of any and all sports. The cookie itself will be across the sugar cookie sports.com so you can get that taste of victory in your mouth. The cookie market has made over 11 billion dollars in 2025. Think how much money you can make with this market. And also specialty cookies are growing in popularity and sugar cookies are categorized as specialty cookies. This shows how big and large this market is.
What sets Sweet Victory apart from other companies is that it costs less. Right now our prices are $4 for two cookies and $7 for four cookies. Also, sometimes it takes more work to make those cookies, but at Sweet Dick Victory, the work is done by us. Right now at another bakery in Westbrook, one sugar cookie is almost $4. We also offer both the chocolate and vanilla flavors, so you can have both your favorites. We have taken a survey of what people would want for cookies, and a lot of people like the ideas of the frosting, too. We see asking for $95 to make your product so that can actually have something to sell it if you're going to be able to sell it without any germs on. In return, we offer a 0% equity stake in our company, Sweet Victory. This investment helps us grow and helps satisfy your sweet tooth and helps to support your favorite sports teams.
>> Sharks, by investing in sweet victory, you're not just investing in cookies.
You're investing in victory.
>> Thank you for your time. Now, any questions, sharks?
>> How are you going to um decide what teams are going to be on on the cookies?
Um, mainly just like the like uh like local teams.
>> And are you making them yourselves? How are you getting the the How are you getting the teams onto the cookies?
>> Um, we're basically just going to do the colors because doing like all the teams logos would be too hard.
>> So, you're decorating them?
>> Yeah.
Do you plan to do the cookie decorating at home or on site?
>> Um, uh, I think we're going to do it at home.
>> And you'll have a variety of chocolate and vanilla.
>> Yeah.
>> Do you know how many cookies you're planning to make or that you'd like to make?
>> It's around like 175.
So, how does the $95 that you're asking for break out?
>> Um, most of it's for the cookie dough and frosting, and then the rest of it is um napkins, cookie cutters, and gloves.
>> Cookie cutters. Can you say more about that? Um they're basically just cookie cutters that cross design into the cookies.
>> Well, no. I mean I know what a cookie cutter is. Uh so you're not doing circle cookies.
>> Oh no, >> we're like we are we're cutting it out with a circle cutter then using like um so like for example Celtics we use a basketball cookie cutter to print in the the lines on the basketball.
>> So it's like an imprint like a stencil.
Okay.
How are you planning to package these up for kids on the business?
>> Um, so to transport it, we're going to like uh put it in a cooler with in a plastic bag and then to give to people going to put it on a napkin.
>> Is that included in the cost?
>> Yes.
>> Napkins.
>> Yeah, napkins.
>> Where are you going to get your materials from?
>> Um um What about the cookie?
>> Oh, that's >> What about um ingredients and allergies?
Are you going to have that?
Yeah.
>> That's including the frost.
>> And are you going to put this out on the table on the >> Yes.
>> Okay. So, we have a we have some feedback and some ideas that we'd like to discuss with you. So, first off, great presentation and we will fully fund your business. Um, we have some feedback around the creative parts of how to include Boston Sports and some ideas on how to save some money on supplies. So, you had said you were going to get supplies at Amazon and Wegman's. Amazon's a great place for cheap things, but Wegman's tends to be a little bit more expensive than like Walmart or BJ's. Um, so we have some suggestions that your supplies should come from Walmart or BJs and we can price that out.
um versus Wegman's, which will save money. And then the chocolate versus vanilla. Um we think if you stick with one flavor, it the logos or the colors will show up better on the cookies. Um, and an idea is that I have a friend who has a screen printing machine and you can print Celtics logos, Bruins logos, Toronto Toronto Blue Jays logo for those that like it. Um, and you could have the actual sports emblem, which we think might be more appealing to your audience.
Um, and then lastly, um, if you're ingredient conscious by using vanilla and the screen printing, you would remove the food dyes from your list. So, you can take that off and it would be a healthier option.
>> Any other feedback?
>> You think you can do that?
>> All right. Great job.
Good morning, Sharks. I'm Lizar, Aen, and Scarlet, and we would like to introduce you to our business, Milk Pond Delights. Milk Pond Delights is dedicated to making everyone's day a little sweeter with a sweet treat.
>> We are dedicated to having tea that everyone can have and enjoy. We are seeing an $83 investment for 0% stake in our company. Many things showed that the candy industry or the confectionary industry is a very successful industry especially in the USA. Research from Grand View research shows that in 2023 the US candy market made 16.5 billion.
It also shows shows that the CGR compound annual growth rate of the US confectionary industry is expected to grow 4.9% from 2024 to 2030. Other research shows that the C AR has grown by 5.7% from 2021 to 2026.
>> No pond delights offers a variety of candies such as gummies, sour gummies, and even some hard candy. Our lead product, the candy bag, offers people to try multiple candies at once.
>> The global candy industry is worth $137 billion. It is considered a mature evolving industry. This demonstrates a health and growing industry that everyone can enjoy. One thing that sets Melon Delights apart is that we are focused on providing candy that everyone can enjoy. We will offer a variety of sweets, not just one kind that only a group of people will like. For example, our candy bags will let people experience different kinds and flavors of candy in just one bag. Candy bags aren't the only thing we will sell. We will also offer hard candy with different flavors. This will let anyone looking for a sweet treat find something they like at our business. We are asking for $83 investment to make sure that we are able to buy the variety of candy that we are promising. In return, we will offer a 0% equity stake in our company. This investment will help us grow, but often contribute to everyone's day by making it sweeter with candy and a little sour some sour candy. Sharks, by investing in our business, Milon Delights, you will be investing in products that everyone can enjoy and make their day better.
>> Thank you for your time and attention.
We are now ready to answer any questions you may have.
>> I'm strong. Um, where where are you looking to buy the candy from? Amazon >> and um how are you looking to like package this?
>> So, we have little plastic bags that a lot of people have seen before and they're really like little zip color depending on how much >> Are you planning to have individually wrapped candies?
>> Yes.
Can you give us some examples of the types of candies that you're planning to offer?
>> Yeah. Um, so we have like we also have like chocolate and we have like popular drinks like Hershey's and for our candy we have like salads and like those.
Are you going to separate out the chocolate hard candies and gummies or will they all be in one bag?
>> Uh, they're all going to be separate from the jelly.
>> Okay. And then they'll be packaged together.
How? So that you exper you said experience each individual candy. So every bag include one of each.
>> It depends on what the customer want.
>> Oh, you're going to package?
>> Yeah.
>> Okay.
>> Yeah. They pick the candy they want and then we put it in.
Okay. So, a custom pack.
>> How much will each package cost depending on how many piece of candy each person wants?
>> It mostly depends on how many pieces.
So, like say it was like one to five pieces if it was like five to 10 and up, it' be like three to$4.
How are you going to keep the chocolate from melting?
>> We haven't really thought about that.
>> How are you going to handle allergies for the peanut item you mentioned?
>> Um, we're going to put a list of what's in for the ingredients.
With the $83 that you guys are looking for, what are some of the things that you're looking to purchase? I know that you mentioned candy, but are there other items that you're looking to purchase?
>> We're looking to purchase gloves. So, like and we're also going to do like little plastic bags. We're also going to purchase Do you need any money for stickers or how are you using your logo?
How are you incorporating that into your business?
>> Once again, have fun. Let's take a look at that.
>> Okay, so you did a wonderful job. We really liked your presentation. We think candy is going to be a big hit. We have a couple um pieces of feedback. One is to consider eliminating chocolate and just keep with the sours, the gummies, and the hard candies just because chocolate is a whole another category and it will melt. So, we have to have some kind of cooling option. That would reduce your cost. Um, Sugar Shack is a really good resource. We think we should maybe find some outreach and reach out to them to ask them about their process with owning a candy store because it's a local business and we are prepared to fund you at this moment 50% of your business. And if we can lower the cost without the chocolate, then we think we can purchase all of the sour, the gummies, and the hard candy that you'll need to be successful.
>> All right, >> good job. Great job.
>> The next group we have is K-pop corner with Kelsey, Maria, sorry, Kelsey, Maria, Mega, and Ally. and they will be showing delicious cake pops in which everyone loves cake but on a possible idea.
>> Good morning sharks. My name is Kelsey and we are here today to present our business kit. Our business provides delicious cake pop to various flavors that can bring in everyone today. rather than this, you're requesting a $98 investment for a 0% steak in our country.
>> We also are guaranteed to produce good quality products from this investment and make the day a whole lot sweeter.
You can definitely rely on our survivors.
>> Cake pups are messfree when eaten and the taste will make your mouth water for more. Our cake pops will definitely be worth the money. You can also count the senior money going into this project.
Many of you might have heard of Starbucks. Maybe even though they indeed are quite popular, only earning about 11.1 billion dollars globally. Although Starbucks doesn't offer a gluten-free option, we have that option for people who cannot consume gluten. We are honored to be making such tasty treats that will bring everyone joy. We believe we can successfully sell cake pops. Many people have a sweet treat, so when they discover our fruit, they'll immediately be changed. We will also use the money for cake mix, toppings, cake popsticks, and display to make their experience more boxy. Cake clubs can generally boost strength and provide sensory comfort. They can also staying careful.
Our cake pop corner is a perfect place that will provide our customers with satisfaction and happiness. What sets Kop corner apart is our unique idea. Not all sweet shops sell cake pops. They can also provide portion control and satisfaction. With our business, we can get cake pops right here at school. Kops implement immediate joy pleasure due to their small size ingredients. Unlike other sweet shops and some K-pops, we also have a gluten-free option so that everyone can enjoy our drinks.
>> Nashucks, we are asking for a $98 investment for a 0% equity save to make our product with quality. We will use the money to finetune and deploy precision focus. Did you know that approximately 500 million globally buy cake pops each year, resulting in the market value being between 759 and 84 million in 105. Furthermore, cake pops are fairly popular and will most likely sell out rapidly. By investing in Cake Pop Quarter, you can help bring joy around the school. You aren't just investing in a product, but you are also investing in a sweet treat that is capable of bringing joy. Thank you for listening and we hope and we hope you like our business and pop. We we're all welcome any questions or >> I'll I'll start first. I love that you all coordinated. Makes it seem very much like a like a business. I love that. Um very very cohesive. Um as a person who cannot have gluten myself, that's very exciting to me to see that you have a gluten-free option. How are you going to make sure that it's it's actually safe?
Crosscontamination is a big thing with gluten-free products.
>> So, we didn't really think about that.
So, we will get back to you. And >> so, you'll be making them all yourselves individually.
>> Which flavor did you plan to have gluten-free?
>> Uh, birthday cake. thinking.
>> And how much per cake pop are you planning to charge?
>> We're going to have $2 per normal cake pop and $3 for glut.
>> You got to offer a gluten-free option.
You got to be really careful.
>> How many each flavor are you planning to make? How are you going to know how many chocolate, how many birthday cake?
Um, I think we're going to do like I think like the same amount as like chocolate and vanilla. And then birthday cake is going to be a little bit less expensive, but >> yeah. And then there's also going to be cookies and cream, which is also going to have a little bit less.
>> How many total cake pops do you plan to make? Well, we could make hundreds depending on like the size, >> but like we could make like 100.
>> It's a big difference. 100 or 200.
How much does it cost to make one like to check that it's actually just like look at the ingredients and make sure that >> okay so um so great presentation and thank you for your follow-up answer. Um, one of our suggestions was to remove the gluten-free option. Um, it can be very challenging to make sure that there's no flour on the counter at all from your previous boxes. Um, so if you remove the gluten-free option, then you kind of remove the risk of somebody getting crosscontamination.
Um, so we recommend that you remove the gluten-free option. Um, and you continue with your four flavors for variety because I think a lot of people will be happy with those four flavors. Um, we also recommend that you get your cake boxes from the Dollar Tree, which will help keep your costs down and that way you can spend the necessary money you need to on your supplies for the cake pops. Um, and we are going to fund um the business at $60.
All right, round of applause for our last group. Good job being here for our Shark Tank. We have four businesses that are ready to pitch to you. We're going to start with uh Jeffrey and Vihan and they will explain their business, Spin the Wheel.
>> Good morning, Sharks. We are Vihan and we are here to pitch our projects.
Today, we're here to introduce Spin the Wheel. We are going to sell fidgets for people who stress a lot.
We We are asking for $96 for 0% stake in our business. Our goal here is to help kids and adults with mental issues.
Things can happen like family issues or you recently lost your job or any other psychological situations that you can think of. This business can help you with that situation. You want to give a stressfree life for everyone here at Spin Wheel. Also, the global wellness industry is worth $4.5 trillion with the mental wellness sector accounting for 121 billion.
We want to do this because we just finished math in the GLA class and we do not want kids to be stressing over what their scores are for summer break.
We want you guys to have fun in summer.
Also, our advantage over our competit competitors is that we have high quality products and a homemade wheel that spins as fast as your feet running towards our business.
The point is we have the best fidgets and to use and a very fast wheel. Also, our fidgets can move unlike art. For our financial details, we have 97 95 97 as our total amount of money needed to make this business bring to life. We are doing this to get money for this program. The school is fundraising which helps fund MPS special events that happen all throughout the school year.
>> Starts by investing in You won't regret it. And don't forget our goal of better mental loans. We want a better place for all people. Thank you for your time. We are now open to ask.
You are now open to ask questions about our business.
>> I have a question. How does the wheel connect to the fidget?
>> Yes, that's my question.
>> Uh so the demo is a prototype. It's not working yet.
So, this is the wheel. And when you spin it, you have the chance of getting a prize.
And every time you win a prize.
>> Yeah.
>> So, the wheel will tell you which fidget you get.
>> Yes.
>> What is the cost to spin the wheel?
>> It's going to be $1.
>> $1 per spin or >> per spin?
>> Where do you plan to get your fidgets from?
Did I get them from Amazon? So many sources were given to use.
>> Have you looked at other places to get your fidgets or just Amazon?
>> How many fidgets can you get for $96?
>> Uh 248.
And is the the are the fidgets the only thing you need to purchase or are there other materials you need? No, it's the only thing that's the only thing.
Um will people be able to do it more than once?
>> Yes. So you pay another dollar, you get another spin.
>> Yeah.
>> And you said every spin some you get something.
>> How how many um on that day you expect to come to your place?
>> Uh we have no idea.
So what what you have done to understand who the interest so that you can attract them.
>> I don't think we did much but we can try doing that.
>> So it's more of like a marketing question. You mean like how what are you going to do to get people to come to your table?
>> Yeah.
That brings up another good question.
Uh, have you done any research on what are the fidgets people want the most?
>> No.
>> So, maybe a survey of some kind to your classmates might help understand what we just get.
>> All right. Um, so first, um, we wanted to say great job on your presentation.
Uh, great job providing a prototype.
It's good to see what the wheel is going to look like. Um, couple of pieces of feedback. I think what we'll want to do is we'll want to survey your classmates and friends and see what kind of fidgets they would be interested in because this will help you with what you're actually going to purchase. So once you survey them, you'll get results. you'll understand a little bit more about what everybody's looking for, which will make it a little bit more attractive when you go to the business fair. Um, secondly, we discussed um, you know, you talked about going to Amazon to get the fidgets, but we would like you to consider going to a website called Oriental Training, which will let you get more fidgets for your money. Um and then lastly to um bring the cost down we you know we want you to consider maybe 100 to 120 fidgets instead of the 248 um because we you know many of the other groups are serving between 100 and 120 kids. So we want to keep that around there and then that'll bring your cost down too. So, with all that said, uh we agreed that we're going to fund $80 for this and then that would give you the time to go back to survey your your classmates and then um look at oriental trading or even look at the dollar store and that would help you bring your cost down and then you would need the the $96 that you originally looking for. Does that make sense?
But first, why did the chicken cross the road?
For brownies, of course. Same with me.
So, pay a visit to my business, Taco Vanilla Paradise, because it sells exactly that.
Delicious, homemade, and mouthwatering brownies on a beautiful day. Scrunch's bonies as well. Even better.
But I can understand some people aren't familiar with blondies not as much as a popular dessert brownies. If you are familiar with blondies, great. If you're not, just pay a visit and you'll fall in love. I'm aspiring for an investment of $100 for a steak of 0%.
Products like brownies and brownies allow consumers to save time and effort while also getting delicious desserts and consumers are leaning toward more convenient ready to go food. I understand people have busy schedules and they can't make time to savor desserts, but my mini enterprise will solve that problem. You can get cardboard. You can get cardboard boxes, not plastic, that you can take anywhere.
Please don't do anywhere.
And it's convenient because you won't have to take anything yourself.
Choco Vanilla Paradise has desserts that will satiate your craving for dessert that you can take on the go and is convenient at the same time. It offers brownies and blondies, various toppings, so you won't have to want more. And as a kid myself, I've always wanted to find brownies with toppings I've never seen before. You can choose caramel, chocolate chips, M&M, and even popping candy. Our brownies and bunnies will be your version of paradise. I'm sure you did. If you haven't fallen in love already, I'm sure you will. Also, package rings are expected to increase in value from 3.99 billion um US dollars to 5.94 billion US in from 2024 to 2031 since they're convenient and good to take on the go.
Choco Vanilla Paradise offers brownies and blendies you can eat right out of the box.
Choco Vanilla Paradise is unique, too, because it offers delicious desserts with various toppings. I don't think you can just get fresh homemade brownies just randomly in any store. Also, brownies are considered a favorite food of comfort for many people since you can get them just about anywhere. Even if you can get regular brownies in New York's grocery store, you feel like something isn't right, huh? This sets us apart from major companies because our brownies feel just like milk.
And following I have conduct I have conducted a survey with people from two classes down by for delicious desserts like brownies and blies. All the all the responses that I've gotten showed at least some variation of green my ideas.
I'm seeking a $100 investment to officialize my brownies and blies that bring comfort to anyone willing to try.
In return, I volunteer a 0% stake in chocolate vanilla paradise. Your graceful investment will contribute will contribute to making desserts that bring comfort and making people feel at home.
And sharks by confirming your investment to chocolate vanilla paradise. You're helping in an effort to bring your people comfort food designed to make them feel at ease. If you invest in this enterprise, you won't just invest in a bunch of desserts. You'll invest in packaged comfort that's also delicious.
Thank you for offering your time. Any questions you have, ask away. Now's the time.
Will you be making yourself?
>> Um, kind of. But I will have help from my That's actually a good thing.
>> How much are you selling them for?
>> About maybe $150 or $2 >> per brownie.
>> And you're making brownies, not brownies and blondies.
Um, will they be individually packaged on the day of the business fair?
>> Um, so I'm going to have the cardboard boxes and like it depends on how much that the customer wants. So if they want to, I'll put some in the box.
>> Okay. So you're going to pack them right then and there customer.
>> And are the toppings going to be on the brownies already?
So how many options? How many options you're going to provide?
So when you said you did a survey.
So what was uh the content question that you used survey so that you understand what options to >> I asked them if they wanted like chocolate chips or M&M's or like candy or any sort. And I also asked them to give me like feedback on my business.
And then and then people said like caramel, M&M's, like um popping candy like that's what I included.
>> Um with the with the $100 that you're looking for, what are the materials that you need to purchase?
I need cocoa butter, sugar, flour, vanilla extract, eggs, baking powder, chocolate chips.
I mean, I haven't memorized.
You're doing a great job.
You mentioned popping candy.
Would that be like on top of the frosting or would that be something that you put on the brownie when they ask for it? like just how many quantity do you plan to make?
>> About 60 each. Like 60 brown, 60.
So like >> 60 each.
And also, they're not going to be that big, so I don't think it's going to be.
>> Also made a suggestion of doing the the toppings actually inside the brownies and baking them ahead of time to keep um the mess down when you're plating um the day of the business fair. Um and we like the amounts of 60 each and think that that is a good idea as well.
Um, and we're willing to fund the business at $60.
>> Thank you.
Go ahead.
>> Good morning, Sharks. Our names are Charlotte >> and Emma, >> and we are the Go and Glam Slime Shop.
We would love to share our slime business ideas and goals with you.
>> Our slime shop is for you to pay upgrade to state and we are looking for $97 in investment for state. We think that our slime shop is going to be a hit here at Mo Park because it is very easy to make and a lot of kids love slime. William Lim offers many different types of slime to help kids, teenagers, and adults.
Slime is a big kind of specialization that physics can use in class. It is fun and to slime is used for fun as well.
When you are bored, it's the perfect thing to use.
Good lamb is a business business that relies on making slime for all and mainly to help people anxiety or suffer from depression or others. Slime is a great tool in classes with floss and other symptoms. It's a five that helps people offers a variety of different types of slime and textures. We'll be making lots of slime, icy slime, butter slime, and of course, and incentive.
>> Our slime products are pre-made and very fun and satisfying. You can usually find slime anywhere at Target, Walmart, Amazon, and other big businesses.
>> But our slime is homemade and just like we'll be putting our full effort into it.
>> Once again, we are asking for $97 for 0% equity in our safe and doing. Our your investment will not only help us grow as a business, but will also help both children and adults with stress and anxiety.
Thank you so much for listening to our pitch. Are there any questions?
>> How do you plan to package the slime?
>> We're just going to put them in plastic containers and we're going to sell them out to the people who want to buy them.
>> How much are you selling them for?
>> About $3.
What um what do you need for materials for each type of slime?
>> Um so there's many different types of slime, but um for um glossy slime, you need glue, activator.
Um you can use baby oil if you want. Um, for icy slime you have to use and snow glue activator. For butter slime, you can use glue activator and clay.
And for I think that's all.
>> Oh, and um like the crunchy slime is used for um glue activator and foam beads.
I have a question about glam in the title of your business in the name of your business. The glam side of it. I I feel like there might be an opportunity for something like sparkles or your glitter or things like that. Can you explain the glam part?
>> Um it's mainly just used for like to remind but we could also use it like as a theme. I could do maybe I could add glitter into some of our slimes or anything else.
>> Where do you plan to get your materials from?
>> Um, Amazon.
Are you going to have like um a description of each slime at your table so that um your classmates know what's in a butter slime, what's in a glossy slime, etc. >> So, we don't really know if we're going to do that. We know that we're going to like set out the slime based on what texture it is, what size is, >> but we don't know.
So, have you decided how much quantity you are going to make for each type of >> um all the same price?
>> The quantity that you're going to need for each type.
>> We haven't figured that out yet, but we can figure that out.
>> It says container use.
We also don't know about that either.
Biscuit.
>> We're going to use um like a cup, but we should like not actual. We're going to use a cup, but that might be too big since we want to sell 50 of them. So, we don't really know what we're going to use.
>> So, your goal is to sell 50.
Do you know how much it costs to make one container of slime? When you think about like the materials in your container, like do you know how much it costs to make one?
>> Okay. So, we don't really know exactly because we're not sure of the size, but like it's not that much, but since we are going to be making a lot, um, we need two gallons of and then we need one box of that.
>> So, in your pitch, you said that you plan to sell it $3, right? So how how did you come to $50? Because you are not sure on size. You are not sure. So how how did you come to $3 as a selling price?
>> So since our items cost a lot and it takes a lot of time to make, we think that $3 is an appropriate amount because like $5 is a lot and we feel like$1 to $2 is like a really short amount. So, we just came to the conclusion that we should use I mean that we should sell for $9.
>> So, how does your $97 break out in terms of your materials?
>> Um, two gallons of glue is pretty expensive actually. It's like three.
>> I don't know. It's about in the 30s.
>> Okay. So, um for the blue it's really expensive. for the borax is not as expensive, but to be able to make the different textures, we will need like a lot of materials and that and yeah, there's just a lot of things that we will be needing to make all the different types of slime. So, it's kind of fun.
>> And you're making three or four different kinds.
We would really like to see at some point uh the size because we we're unsure about what size you're actually going to be selling in if we're we weren't entirely sure that uh that would pay $3 for something small. Also, we want to see exactly what the container is. Our last pitch of the day.
>> Hello and good morning.
Our names are Emily, Hadley, >> and Shirana. We are the dows and creators of the wonderful business style and stones. Today we would like $49 for a 0% stake in our business. Style and stones will provide fabulous looks and accessories for children, teens, and adults. Also, you should know that all of our glamorous items are homemade. On top of that, some of our items are made from plastic bags found at local stores.
>> In our world, there are many styles to help everyone express their true personality. Because of this, style and stones will provide handmade looks for many, if not all our aesthetics. Our scrunchies provide a vintage 2000 look.
Bracelets can cover multiple styles with a variety of different colors and patterns. And our keychains bring a pop of color and fun to everyone's world.

It has been proven that anyone young or old feel like they express themselves better by adding fabulous tattoos or products to their outfit. Also, we've recently found that the Grunchy Network is worth 3.8 $8 billion and the keychain industries are worth around $2.5 billion proving that it is popular among the people. Our small business will especially spark interest among the students and teachers of Mel Pond. Every day walking into school I see keychains on bags, bracelets on wrists or keys and scrunchies tying back hair. Though this means a lot of people have some of these things, the handmade aspect will be intriguing to people of all ages.
Um, you can also make collections of bracelets, keychains, and other items.
>> There are many things that makes style and stones unique, including the handmade aspect of all of our products.
This large factor will set us apart from large businesses you might find in a mall or a shopping center. Though this is true, we know that other businesses presented at the fair may have similar items that are handmade just like ours.
But we have product products that are crocheted, woven, and even painted and made from plastic.
This will provide a unique touch to our item that eliminates contenders from being the same as us.
Um we have made sure that we have something for everyone whether that is sports keychains, animal keychains, faces in a variety of colors or scrunchies and even painted rounds. We have conducted a survey amongst our fellow business owners. This proved that 85% of our class of 21 students would be interested in our keychains and 52% would be interested in our scrunchies and bracelets. Based on the results of one singular class, we can make the predictions that other classes may have similar results. This shows that our business will be effective towards no fun's goal of raising money.
Um, now that you know about our business control guide, we would like to once again ask for our generous donations for $49 for zero% stake in thousands don. It's always a great day to to support the small business. Since you now know how totally awesome our fashionable business is, you're likely super excited to donate to Styling Stone.
>> We thank you for the time you have given us to share a pitch.
>> So, let's get to it. Now, it's the time to ask your questions and get some answers.
>> I have a question. Um, how how much are you selling your products for?
So, the bracelets will be from $1 to $2 depending on the pattern. Um, but they the cost for to create them could be 25 cents to 30 cents to create our keychains and scrunchies. The scrunchies will be cost three to four depending on the amount of colors with a profit of $1. And our keychains will be anywhere from 5 to$6 also depending on the design and colors with a profit of $2.
Also important to disclose you already have funding from yesterday.
>> Yes, that was just half the funding that we needed so we can add it together. So the total funding would be $98. We asked for $49 yesterday and another 49 today so we can buy all the materials that we need.
>> The reason they pushed twice >> I wasn't ask 49 enough >> for what you're going to do.
So based on the idea that we have decided that we needed $98 for what we found, we don't think that just $4 enough is enough. But if we had more like 98 around that, we'd be to make our products.
>> Yeah. to also get materials like Mod Podge for painted rocks and other items like maybe paints, um, beads and yarn for cushion.
>> How many of each item do you plan to have available?
>> For bracelets, we're going to have um about 154 about like 100 to 154.
I've estimated that with each of the like two yarns I can make around 65 of the keychains without being multicolored and then 65 will also have eyes because of the amount of safe I can buy. So, I'll probably be able to make around 120 with time wise and um also just like skill wise.
>> I will have like 50 rocks to play.
>> Go right into it. Uh we uh decided that we will fully fund your business. We think that you should reduce the number of uh the number of offerings that you have.
