Unfortunately, as wonderful as AI is in making us more efficient and whatnot, it can make us dumb. You know, I mean, it it can make you rely too heavily on another intelligent source that you don't need to read yourself and just being told things.
So, the all the things that we learn earlier in life of reading makes you smart or smarter, continuing to read, continuing to do things where you're you're making decisions. But, also, I would say the thing we probably don't talk about a lot is the social connection. And it doesn't mean that you have to have a lot of friends, but just continuing to have connection with someone or something. Could be an animal. But, we know that the social connection piece is very important when it comes to brain health and and neuroplasticity and and enhancing how we think.
