[00:00:05]>> Yeah, this question comes up a lot actually about like, oh, should my perfect team be literally like perfect quadrants? And I suppose if you're looking at it from like a maths perspective, you'd be able to be like, yes, we've got 25% of everything, aren't we awesome? But I think the reality is if you've got even with a even with a team like yours where it's 50% blue and 50% red, I think it's about awareness. So, if you are aware of that, you know, for example, when you make decisions, sometimes you might forget the people bit or the relationship bit, that's okay cuz you know that about yourself and you can then work on that.

[00:00:36]So, I think there's something for me about not necessarily having like a perfect pie chart of colors, but it's about being aware enough to know where your gaps are and therefore where you might see some opportunities to adapt or do something differently. So, I think it's about less about kind of trying to fit the perfect pie chart, but much more about being able to see where your gaps are and either fill them or kind of work around them in a way that makes it fit for the team.
