[00:00:12]Sebec Simon Baba's interview with Paul Baron, plus Robin R's experience over at XRP Vegas. You're definitely going to want to hear more about this, so consider smashing that like if we have to earn it. I think we will. We're going to first start off with this. It's the interview and you guys are more than welcome to of course watch the whole thing over at the Paul Baron network but I want to pull this up on the screen because it was shared earlier this morning from the Zbec network. Okay, so right here from X we have this and yeah let's just jump into it. So for one you see here the announcement. Okay, it says here, Simon Bobani sat down with Paul Baron to break down how Zbec is building a payments ecosystem by combining stable coins, compliant rails, and programmable payments. Again, institutions are definitely moving on, chain, so we'll play this, get some of our panel's thoughts as well as their experience over at XRP Vegas. We uh fast forward to this key area of the interview and yeah, let's just go ahead and play this. Here we go. Uh, last words for you. If you were to bet on Zebec in the next three years, where do you guys feel your power play would be?

[00:01:30]And well, our power play is being first to market on payroll, having the deepest relationships with most blockchains and more enterprises than anyone else in the market and continuing to scale. The success metrics that I'm looking at is in 3 to 5 years, do we see a state where getting paid in stable coins becomes the default, right? And that's what we're working to. And I do believe we're going to get there and I believe that Zbec is going to be the biggest beneficiary of that.

[00:01:53]>> I like it. This is a big thing that we talk about on the show quite a bit is that the evolution of the bank is literally happening right now.

[00:02:01]>> It is.

[00:02:02]>> And I don't think people realize and eobo banks and fintex people say are you competing with them? It's the opposite.

[00:02:09]They're coming to us for us to launch crypto cards for them to build white label rails within their apps. So if we're underneath of all of these neo banks, then Zbec is going to be the biggest beneficiary of all.

[00:02:19]>> Have you looked at uh independents that want to maybe launch their own not a neo bank, but you you could look at financial services? I'm talking about credit unions, maybe even it, you know, businesses that have large audiences.

[00:02:33]Let's say just say Walmart or a Starbucks want to launch their own, you know, crypto credit card that eventually is going to have yields and potentially loyalty.

[00:02:41]>> It's interesting. It's actually a product that's coming to market. We haven't announced it yet publicly, but we have an enterprise card that will be coming out in the next couple of months.

[00:02:48]All right. And the idea is if you're already using us for treasury and payroll, why not have an enterprise card where you can create accounts for all your employees, you can include spending limits, you can preund those cards, and you can have your company branding on in a company dashboard.

[00:03:01]>> Bingo. I like it.

[00:03:02]>> Simon, it's been good.

[00:03:03]>> It's been great. Thanks for having me on, Paul.

[00:03:05]>> Yeah, absolutely. All right. So guys, you guys are literally at XRP Vegas, but I want to get your thoughts in regard to this interview with Simon and of course Paul Baron and anything else you want to share regard to your experience over at XRP Vegas. Take it away.

[00:03:21]>> I absolutely loved his answer uh that and I agree with him 100% that payment in uh stable coins is very quickly going to become the default uh across the board and it's going to be streamed, right? Uh, it's it's just for me it's just obvious, right? I I can't see how this doesn't kind of play out. So, I absolutely loved his answer and his confidence. I don't know. Rude, do you want to touch on that first before we we kind of go further?

[00:03:48]>> Yeah, go ahead.

[00:03:50]>> Okay. So, like my personal experiences with him, uh, I've talked about it over on my channel quite a bit, but, uh, like I said, just walked up to him, uh, and he was very approachable. Uh we joked around right off the bat, found out that we were actually both born in the same place. We had a good laugh about that.

[00:04:07]We had some conversation about about the place we're from and um then he suggested that he come on the channel.

[00:04:14]So he will be coming on our channels uh for an interview and I've already I've already followed up and spoken with him again. Uh and that was the thing. He's he gave me his personal email address.

[00:04:25]He said reach out to me and we we'll get set up. We'll come on the channel. So last night I sent him an email and when I woke up in the morning I had two responses from him, right? So he was very very like very approachable and very uh eager to network and it reminded me a lot of Hara from Jasmi. Uh just very willing to answer questions, very willing to work with people and and give access and try to be as transparent as possible. Uh and I thought that that was absolutely off the charts. So guys, yeah, um, my experience with them. Simon was very kind enough to give me an exclusive interview, which we have on the R crew on the, uh, Patreon.

[00:05:05]Definitely check that out, guys. And, um, we covered some stuff that Paul didn't even cover in his 12minute interview with Simon, so definitely want to go check that out. And um you're right uh Rob like I like that you mentioned that hey Zbec is first to market with payroll and that's something we've covered a lot on the our three channels. Not only that they're first to market they're the most compliant right.

[00:05:33]So if anyone wants to try to get anywhere near them they have to be compliant. They have to be first to market and they have to have streaming payroll which they don't have. So >> that's that's exactly it is that they're first to market and I've said before that they don't really have any competition. They were like Ripple back in like 2017. They didn't really have any competition what they were trying to achieve, right? And I've had, believe it or not, I've had uh the the random person like mention some obscure uh altcoin that's trying to do the same thing. Like they don't have any competition. What about this? And it's like some coin with no partnerships, no like they're they're just and that's important, guys, because everything that Sebec has accomplished in such a short amount of time, they've accomplished because they are first to market, right?

[00:06:25]They've they've they've partnered with all of these companies already getting compliance. I mean, uh acquiring a compliance company, right? Or so that they can make sure they're compliant everywhere in the world.

[00:06:38]They are so far ahead of anyone who wants to come in and compete with them.

[00:06:42]It's going to take someone else years to come in and even it's you know what it reminds me of if another company came in. It would remind me of while it may be a great company, Pith coming in as an oracle, right? And people saying right off the bat, oh, they're gonna they're going to overtake Chain Link.

[00:07:04]No, they're not. Chainlink has just got the the the bridge is just too far.

[00:07:09]They've gone they've been around too long. They're the glue that holds the crypto space together. So, I'm using that as an analogy because even if a new company came into the narrative and tried to compete, they're years behind acquiring the same regulatory compliance, partnerships, and everything else that Zbec already has. They're so far ahead, it's not even funny. And this is like to back up what Rob's saying, this is how far ahead they are. Um if you've listened to uh Jesse Apex Crypto um um insights, smoke and Maximus, they've said Ripple is the IMF. So Ripple, you can imply that it's almost as if that Ripple is the central bank. Okay, within the last two months, ZBec has come out and said they're the global infrastructure payroll partner for Stellar and the enterprise payroll partner for Ripple. So, if you're connected to Ripple being the they are the IMF, they are the central bank.

[00:08:18]Okay, game over. They won. They won.

[00:08:22]Wrap it up. within the last two months they've made those two announcements with Stellar and Ripple game over they won right and we know that they said with Nat Pay right even before these two announcements with Nat Pay they have a direct connection to Fed now which is the American central bank right so >> it's over >> it's it's over game game over right just >> lost right >> already done so I think um you know you know not financial advice, but I think people are going to look back and they're really going to regret not having this under a penny, right? Um, they're really going to regret that.

[00:09:02]Now, uh, one of the things he just mentioned here and one of the things with this Ripple partnership is that now enterprises come through, right? And he just mentioned that they're going to make their own enterprise cards in which you can, >> right? in which you can have your own enterprise dashboard. Like picture a company, an enterprise like Ford, a enterprise like you know Johnson and Johnson, an an enterprise like Tesla having their own company branded uh dashboard for for payroll, their own company back branded uh thing for payroll, but also he mentioned uh he mentioned it earlier in Paul's interview as well and on stage right shout out to the root crew. I also have um Simon Babakani's speech from XRP on stage with with the Patreon people where he mentioned treasuries that is a huge huge portion right and with Ripple and Ripple payments that also connects Zbec to treasuries. So, they're already having a product that's available if you um use ZBEC for both Treasury and payroll that you can use this um enterprise card and shout out this is one of the things that I mentioned on my show, right? Uh when I when I talked about this like so so then there's already some enterprise that is using ZBEC for both treasury and payroll. That is huge guys. That's huge.

[00:10:41]And then one of the other things he touched on is white labeling things for neo banks. So we know they have the neo banks um facet connected to them. They have the neo bank of lattis with canton connected to them. They have the neo bank of ADI which is basically backed by the um central bank of Dubai right uh United Arab Emirates right? They have all these central banks that are are these neo banks that are connected to them, right? Like what is there not to like? I don't I don't understand.

[00:11:16]>> Yeah. He talked also about the neo banks back when when we were covering the Lattis connection before, too, and how that was really the first Neo Bank, but he said that there were so many that were not quite ready to come to market, but were chomping at the bit to work with Zbec. So, absolutely. Yeah. It's just, you know, it's it's all coming together, baby.

[00:11:38]>> Excellent point, Rob. So, there's how many of those neo banks that we don't know about, right?

[00:11:44]>> That are just waiting for Yeah. that are just waiting for Clarity Act or something like that. So, there are tons even that we don't know about yet.

[00:11:53]>> Yep.

[00:11:54]>> Boy, oh boy, you guys sure had a lot to share and rightfully so. You went to literally XRP Vegas. So, really appreciate you guys' insights. We'll go ahead and close it out with that. But I do want to actually just chime in and say one thing. Uh Rue, you mentioned a lot in regard to the enterprise cards.

[00:12:12]We even heard from Simon. Check out our previous video. We literally showed you a thing called the regulated layer 1.

[00:12:20]And what's interesting, Ru, is right on that site a lot of mention about the enterprise. and we were coming to the conclusion like could Zbec also be like a white label for something like that.

[00:12:31]Well, it kind of matches up. So, we'll have to investigate that a little bit more further. But, uh we won't keep you guys any bit further.
