Cancer Treatment Update: Near Complete Response! #shorts

[00:00:00]Um, in this video, I wanted to give you guys some updates in regards to um uh my cancer treatment. For those of you who don't know, for those of you who is the first time watching my video, I uh I've been diagnosed with uh stage four cancer, uh rectal cancer, uh since uh last or actually since the yeah, October 2024.

[00:00:32]So, it's been a little over a year now since my initial diagnosis, and I've been going through um cancer treatment since then, and um I've done some uh >> [clears throat] >> conventional chemotherapy.

[00:00:48]I think I've done about 11 rounds of chemotherapy followed by um 25 sessions of radiation treatment.

[00:00:58]Um and you know, the the tumor in the rectum has shown some near complete response according to my uh surgeon as well as the MRI result, um which I did about a month ago, and they confirmed they were showing uh almost near complete response or complete response.

[00:01:25]So, they're going to keep monitoring for any potential recurrence, but so far, you know, it looks like um it's some you know, there's some good I guess response to the primary tumor in the rectum.

[00:01:43]Um so, which is a good news for sure, right?
