Incredible tiny homes full refund for a Spencer home, one person key money refunded.are pigs flying?

[00:00:04]Well, we have some breaking news. Now, I've known for a little bit, but um after I did my video uh last week or whenever it was uh telling Randy and Amanda they need to step up, call people themselves, refund money.

[00:00:20]Uh just a actually a an hour or so after that, Randy Jones himself called someone.

[00:00:28]And uh she's going to post about it over in the group, I believe. And um he called her himself to apologize for her home that she had paid for and was to go into Spencer. And they offered her another home or stay somewhere else that they would pay for while her home was being built, and then they would put it right on Spencer right like she where she wanted. And uh she's just doesn't want any part of them and their lies. And then he said, "Or I can uh write you a check for a refund today." And she said, "I want the refund." He wrote her a check or was supposedly. I was starting to think he had lied about it because, you know, he doesn't tell the truth about anything.

[00:01:12]And um that was last Friday, and she just got her check today. So, um they didn't send it out right away, but they did get it out to her. She's on her way to the bank to cash that bad boy.

[00:01:28]Uh so, if now I was amazed he was apologizing. He didn't know anything about it. Sure. And uh she had wrote a demand letter uh which um I guess helped, and Micah had called her a couple of weeks ago.

[00:01:44]Uh but then Randy called her himself.

[00:01:48]Now, after that, we got a report that he called at least one other person and gave this lady, I think it was her key money back. It was right under $10,000.

[00:01:57]She has received her check and the check cleared. So, if you want a refund, you need you can write a demand letter like she did. She thinks that had something to do with it. Uh you can um or file a police report against them and uh they you should tell them you want the same uh thing. You want the same deal. They can either offer you uh another place to live that at at their expense or you can get a full refund.

[00:02:27]Uh so, I don't know um I would definitely be contacting them and blowing them up whether they liked it or not and telling them you wanted your refund just like the others they were giving out or and while or if you still want your home and you still want to live in that hellhole then you can tell them, you know, sure.

[00:02:48]Uh they they he's told her he could have her home built and on Spencer in like I think it was 60 days. I might have to recheck that with her. But, I think it was like 60 days, but she was like, "No way." She wanted her money back. He offered the refund.

[00:03:01]And he he he gave it to her. Of course, there was no extra money for everything she's incurred and been living homeless since then.

[00:03:10]Uh but, he did apologize and that's at least two people that they gave back. I wouldn't get my hopes up, but for everybody else that needs a refund, wants a refund, wants their key money back, whatever, you need to blow them up and tell them you want the same deal.
