Most Dental Practices Misunderstand the Office Manager Role

[00:00:00]I think really good office managers sort of sit at an intersection in a dental practice where they are interacting with people, operations, patient experience, [music] financial performance. And so, the strength of the role really determines on how scalable and sustainable the growth can be. But, I think a [music] lot of times we do see office managers who are really just >> [music] >> front desk coordinators. So, I think there's two groups that we can see in most dental [music] offices. It's either those who really excel at being that you know, successful person that's sitting [music] in that seat who can see all of these different things that they influence, or this person that is potentially just a really a supervisor of the front [music] desk.
