A winner mentality in trading requires shifting from a victim mindset to a proactive problem-solving approach, understanding that success comes from respecting the process, making daily improvements, and embracing both wins and losses as part of the journey, rather than seeking quick profits or being motivated solely by money.

Winner Mentality You NEED as a TraderAdded:
Having a winner mentality as a trader is so important, especially if you are at the beginning of a journey.
You feel like I don't see a light. I'm putting consistent efforts, but the results don't say anything.
Then you have to really question yourself, okay, are you really working so hard on something that you're passionate about? Or are you just here for the money? Because if you're just in the financial market for the money, high chance you won't make money.
Everyone wants to make the money, but those who respect the process will rather go much further than most of the people who who remain struggling for years.
I've coached more than 500 plus traders inside the 1% Academy. And the longest I've heard of was that person spent the past 20 plus years trading the market, investing stocks or whatsoever, and he's still losing money.
Imagine if someone who spent 20 plus years. That's a big portion of your life.
Doing something that you don't even know what you're doing, doing it the wrong way, seeing negative results, but still have the mentality to pursue. For me, that's not the right mentality. As much as he's he's not giving up, but you're at the same time also not doing the right thing.
So, I want all of you to start shifting your perspective from being a victim to becoming a predator.
Okay, you're not being profitable.
You're not where you want to be in life.
Let's put trading aside. You're not where you want to be in life.
How can I fix it?
Every good thing starts with one sentence, which is how can I fix it?
And also, what can I do right now today to make it tomorrow better?
Because if you don't change your habit today, if you don't change or shift the perspective today, you'll still be living the same way tomorrow.
Like for example, now I'm in Japan and I'm having a family trip with my wife, my kids, and also my assistant.
I yesterday just received an email from one of my employees that tell me, "Okay, one of our business are getting damaged."
I don't sit there sulking. What I did was, okay, I told my wife I have to fix some problem.
And I spent half the day just solving problems, literally from the afternoon all the way not half today, probably the entire day until midnight 1:00. And we're just solving problem we're running calls. We are fixing problems, brainstorming, how can we find a solution everything.
These are things that most people don't see. Many of you see me as I'm just a good trader. I'm a I'm a I'm a good mentor, I'm a good coach. But outside of trading, I have other things going on that many people just don't understand.
And those are things that we keep it private.
If you want to be able to glow in the public, to be recognized, you have to be able to grind in private.
To to enjoy the blood, sweat, tear in the darkness.
Before I was profitable, I I have lost a lot of things. For example, in the process of becoming profitable, I've lost relationships, friends, everything. I can almost say I have no friends these days. All my friends are have my fellow students they then we become close then we start hanging out, we become friends. So in the same way we're all like-minded.
I don't have a lot of friends in reality, a few business owners of course for relationship, but close ones not really because I have a lot of things to do. It's not that I don't want friends, but in the process of becoming a better self, I lost a lot of things. And those are things that I as I get mature, I realize they are inevitable.
For me to become better, my circle has to become better, and I have to cleanse my circle. I have to go through a few rounds of filtering process to know, "Okay, this friend is don't really fit my puzzle. This one doesn't align with the way I think.
This one has a complete different path.
I'm so sorry. Um I don't disres- I don't mean to disrespect any of you. I just have more important things to do. I have a family to take care."
So, let me fix my thing. Once it gets better, I'll come back to you.
So, it all comes to sacrifices. But many of you sitting here watching, you're still thinking you you you just consume a lot of garbage on social media, of the lifestyle, the the lavish lifestyle, the the super car, everything. And all you do is you start relating trading as a get-rich-quick scheme. Even though your mouth say, "No, I'm not looking for get-rich-quick." But all you consume every day, just look at your Instagram.
They have algorithm that gives you the content that you want to see.
Look at your Instagram swipe through.
What are the kind of content you're watching? If it's all super car, it's all watches, it's all traveling, everything, you're consuming garbage. For my Instagram that I open it, it's all just quote.
>> [snorts] >> Literally all quote and all meaningful poem, stories, things like that.
Because I choose what I want to consume.
And if let's say you keep taking in the the just the outcome side of things, you forget that you have to work on yourself.
Every single successful person that you see have spent years in the darkness that you don't know.
And those are things that they don't bring out because they feel like it's not necessary.
Because people say, "Oh, I'm glad you made it."
But when they actually are going through the process of sharpening their craft and everything, who's the one cheering for them? No one.
I want all of you to imagine trading just like a professional athlete, just like any entrepreneur journey.
Were the first few years extremely difficult?
But after you get past that, you realize that you have much better control in terms of emotional detachment. You have much better control on how do you organize your thoughts to stick to your execution, your trading plan, everything.
And you just have a much better understanding of what real trading is.
The feeling of waiting for a price to come, the feeling of managing losing streaks, the feeling of understanding uncertainty, the feeling of gaining start gaining that intuition on knowing what's an A+ setup, what's a B setup, to when to risk more, when to size down.
All these are process. You can't become coming into the market and say, "I will master everything within a month."
For all my fellow mentees, they also spend a few months at least to really start knowing what they're doing.
And some of them managed to make over a million dollar plus.
They don't make more than that amount by sitting there, you know, every day just telling me, "You know, I want to buy the watch. I want to I want to travel, blah blah blah. I want to provide."
Many of you love saying, "I'm going to become a provider." But the main thing is if you don't become a strong individual, if you don't even work on yourself, how can you even become a provider?
Because you yourself have not solved your own problem. If you don't solve your own problem, you can't solve someone else's problem, even if it's your loved ones.
So, I want all of you start working on yourself unless it over the long run and just keep trusting the process like February I was down 75k, March I was up 300 over 1,000.
Now I'm going through a 50k plus drawdown and then all of our traders inside will see me go way beyond that again.
So, they've seen me and some of them follow me for 2 years or more. They've seen me going through draw downs and wins, draw downs and come back.
It's the process that you should embrace that makes you a good trader.
